Pros: It was easy to pickup and drop off. Car was a good size for our needs and would rent again from Thrifty.
Cons: The car smelled kinda weird - like smoke but it wasn't unbearable.

Bald Tires
Pros: I can’t really complain about the rate. It was quite affordable.
Cons: Even if you are paying a good rate, you should expect that the car would at least be safe. The front tires had NO tread left and i was having to drive in the rain! Every time I would start from a stop the tires would spin out!!! Yikes! And when breaking the antilock breaks would engage. Definitely one of the scariest drives I’ve driven!!! Also, I had no idea that the location was NOT on airport like all of the other locations! Someone should apprise you of this so you don’t miss your flight!!!

Ended up cancelling
Pros: Pick up area was clean (but it was an airport after all)
Cons: Staff member was rude, unhelpful and obviously didn't like her job. We cancelled on the spot. After we cancelled the next person in line asked do they have any available cars and she almost shouted NO!
