Pros:NothingCons:I didn’t like how they processed everything, too fast and didn’t have a choice of car. I would of liked a compact with trunk not hatch. And again fast with the check out, I wanted to pay cash and they didn’t even give us a chance to ask if we could. They were only concerned how many miles I put on, and that I parked in the return section. Mind you it’s snowing outside and their parking lot is a mess. Safety first? Lol mileage should be my last concern, And besides I’m paying.Reviewed Jan 5 2018

Fine Print: Read ItPros:Low price, fast process, easy to pick up and drop offCons:Car was obviously smoked in even though they claim a non smoking fleet.. It was like driving an ashtray with leather seats. Froze $200 of credit for 3 days past my drop off as opposed to date of pick up. Was very odd.Reviewed Jun 28 2017

Pros:I liked the car. I drive a Subaru and was given an Outback by the agent at ABE. She was wonderful. Name? sorry I forgot.Cons:ABE airport is going through reconstruction and the rental car lot has been relocated temporarily. While I understand the process, Budget has been relocated to the furthest point. My husband was in a wheel chair and it was raining. A porter named Luis was kind enough to get the car for us and pull it to the front entrance. When we returned, I dropped my husband and suitcases off and went to return the car. The attendant for budget said there was no shuttle and I would have to walk back to the airport! The distance was unbelievable!! NO SHUTTLE, NO GOLFCART to transport your clients?? Budget Car RentalPros:I am a repeat Budget customer. This time, I rented four 12 passengers van from Budget.Cons:When we came to pick up my cars, we have to wait about 40 minutes for the paper work do to the printer problem at Budget rent center. When we pick up the van, only 3 available and we have to wait another 20 minutes for the 4th van. I paid for toll boxes rental on all 4 vans but we discover that one of the van did not have the toll box. Two van cleanliness was mediocre, when I returned the vans after 9:00PM the location has already closed so we have to put the keys along with the papers work in the box.Reviewed Apr 11 2017

Horrible experience. Will never use budget againPros:Ford makes a good large suvCons:Service all the way around was horrid. After having so many issues and being hung up on etc and speaking to 15 ppl I finally got excellent service from one employee through the original pickup location. Couldnt even get a manager to call me or find a working phone number for a week.Reviewed Sep 24 2016
