Pros: Liked the position. Swimming pool is in the shade until 1 pm. Hotel pool was taken over by the locals on a Saturday and they eat nuts and drink vodka and invite all their friends from outside to join them taking all the dinners! The Executive Lounge, lovely staff. Ideal and worthwhile for snacks and drinks throughout the day. A very able Guest Relations who tried her best to sort out complaints of other guests who wanted to move rooms due to mould in the bathroom in an executive room.

Cons: The locals taking over the pool at weekends. A rude receptionist who really upset me, wanted to charge me £160 to keep the room on day of checkout for 2 hours! This was rectified but only after I had been stressed with the uncertainty of the next day. Cold food on a festival dinner. Again, the rush of locals at breakfast pushing and shoving to get food. Although, I wouldn’t know how to ever sort this. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a great variety if you could be bothered to push through the crowds to eat. (My husband couldn’t). Rather expensive.

Pros: The rooms were nice, the location is great, the swimming pool was very nice too. There were a few amenities in the room which was certainly added a nice touch.
Cons: Had to spend too much time waiting in line at the reception, twice at checkin (we arrived before the room was ready) and once checking out. People were really frustrated about that, this is not something common in Israel in my opinion, even on holidays.... Breakfast food quality was disappointing. Had to pay for a few more hours when exiting the parking since reception only charges for 24 hours. I find that very strange....

Pros: Nice location, close to major sights of TLV. Hotel is huge and has all the needed facilities. Nice view from the room!Huge thanks to bellboy Jonathan in his help with accommodation-he is indeed an example of customer orientation!
Cons: This hotel needs renovation - both rooms & restaurant area are very tired. Some of the rooms are positioned as “renovated”,but are shabby on the inside. The quality of room cleaning is very mediocre - ton of dust was left after each cleaning. Attitude of the staff is another issue - basically everyone from reception to restaurant employees don’t care much about the customer - there were few minor issues we need to fix,and we as guests were totally on our own! Hotel mgmt needs to spend more time on retraining staff to better meet customer needs.

Pros: One of the best hostels in the world. Excellent location, helpful and pleasant staff, amazing atmosphere, spacious room, lots of activities around. I highly recommend the shabbat dinner, it was one of the highlights of the trip. The breakfast is also really good, much better than lots of 3 or 4-star hotels I´ve been to before.

Pros: Over the last 6 months, I traveled to 14 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in.
Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and love having bottomless cappuccino or espresso. Not many hostels offer breakfast over several hours that are actually convenient for travelers, so I greatly appreciated that it started at 6:45am. Even the sheer amount of dining space available was great, with options for cafeteria style seating or something more cozy.
Also loved having a door-to-door shuttle between Abraham Hostels, which made my transfer to the hostel in Jerusalem effortless, particularly with baggage that would've been a hassle on public transport. Abraham Tours are also 10% off with any hostel stay, and I booked one already affordable tour in advance with this discount. Fairly certain I will be doing 1-2 more!

Pros: Breakfast was very good! New activities everyday. The bar at the hostel. Shower was good. The hostel was clean. The wall paintings are impressive.
Cons: The hostel is huge.. It feels more like a school canteen than a typical hostel. Not all the staff members were that friendly, the lady (I think she was French) at the check-in didn't provide me with any information about the city. She was in a hurry and just gave me the city map. Because the hostel is so big I felt more like a 'number' instead of a guest. The hostel is pricy, but I guess that's the norm in Israel whatsoever.

Pros: After breakfast the first morning, I got severe diarrohoea. I think it was the milk or the yoghurt. It took twenty minutes and two reminders for me to get my coffee.
Cons: The potatoes were raw!!! I couldn't even force my fork into them. The man serving coffee on the second day was RUDE!!! The hotel was surrounded by flyovers with heavy traffic!!! It was nowhere near the city centre and so I couldn't go for a walk to see things, and the so-called beautiful mall attached was a nightmare.

Pros: Fantastic location and good breakfast. Quite clean although room , particularly bathroom was a bit tired looking and the extractor didn’t work.
Cons: We’ve stayed here before and did have a nicer room. If we opened the window we could hear all the air conditioning units. Also, there were building works going on outside the hotel. We felt it was quite pricey considering the room size. I think , compared to last time, the U.K. exchange rate is worse which makes everything more expensive !

Cons: Room cleaning is poor, they have missed two days out of five and were not that thorough. Breakfast is the same every other day and very modest, again for such a price, it is poor. No room service at all. Room was very small, like many hotels in Japan! It is hard to fit in washroom and I am not a large person. Room had a broken window latch, no sound proofing from noisy road nearby. Only shower, no bath. No bar.
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly. The location is good as it’s close to the beach.
Cons: Room too small! We had booked a studio as we were with an 8 year old kid. Super small no place to even open our suitcases. Also very hot. Airco didn’t work. A lot of noise from the street so we couldn’t even open the window during the night. Breakfast - very modest for the price of the room. We ordered a cab via the hotel to take us to the airport. And only in the cab we found out that the hotel adds a charge although it’s a Gett Taxi, not any special transport. I find this to be a rip off! So instead of 130 shekels we paid 180 for a taxi which I could have ordered via my own app on the phone. I don’t find this kind of cheap tricks professional.. I would not recommend this hotel.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Amazing location and well connected There was complementary wine which as very nice ( it would have been better if this was cold but still it was nice gesture)
Cons: Staff is very rude and don’t make the experience enjoyable. I would have expected to have a double bed as I requested but instead they gave me two different beds Property needs some refurbished They gave us only one set of shampoo and shower gel for two people for 3 days We needed to request extra towels as they didn’t display them They where insects flying around the facilities on the terrace specially

Pros: Personnel extremely helpful and polite.
Cons: Breakfast, room without view and very small

Cons: We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already.
We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken. We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well.
Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation

Pros: Location was great. Lovely views from the balcony and central location close to Carmel Market. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.
Cons: The staff was rude and unfriendly. We requested an early check-in and their only solution was to check into three time as expensive a suite. When we asked if it was possible to book the suite for one night only, they said, it was policy to only book the suite for the entire duration of the stay. Overall, the vibe was that the staff only wanted to extract more money from us without being helpful. There was no feeling of warm hospitality which is expected from a 5 star property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel, excellent location, room was very nice design and comfortable,
Cons: Smell of the WC. was very unpleasant from moment we checked in, and especially in the mornings.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.

Pros: Big rooms, good big bed. Friendly stuff.
Cons: The local art exhibiton idea is nice but some of the art presented is really not that great ( understatement ) and downgraded the whole experience. They should have a better critiria for local art. High prices for art pieces doesn't make the art better.

Pros: Great little spot to relax near the beach. Quiet. Clean. Close to Jaffa if you're up for an historical experience.
Cons: Parking takes some getting used to. Hotel is on a one way street. But they have a deal with the owner of the small lot located North East of the hotel entrance. A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.

Pros: The food was outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the food at the bar were excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best of all the hotels we stayed in. Location of hotel was great and the rooftop garden was nice.
Cons: The rooms and bathrooms were minimal. Ikea type of furniture and not very comfortable. Elevators were small. Manager of the hotel messed me up by emailing me incorrect information literally the day I left on the flight for our stay in Tel Aviv. I was very stressed about it, impacting the traveling from San Francisco to Tel Aviv. It was resolved when we got to the hotel in Israel. It was very unfortunate that she did this, and I really resented the imposition and the stress it caused.

Location was very good, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, only 35 min walk to Jaffa, bus stop just 200 m on the opposite street. Breakfasts were amazing, you can have different food everyday. Cava as a welcome drink was great surprise after the long travel. Our room was upgraded although we did not ask for this.

Pros: We liked the staff. This includes reception people, restaurant people and managers.
Cons: The room. It was located directly opposite the construction to the south. We were awaken each morning at 0700. The shower drain was blocked with hair and the water leaked and made a mess. The wifi was poor in the bedroom but ok in the front room. The air conditioning stopped working one one occasion. We felt that room #303 was a room not normally given to guests. Perhaps a day room used when guests check in and their room not ready.

Cons: There are currently lots of building sites outside so its a bit noisy early in the morning but we knew we were in a city so its to be expected. It was quiet at night though and the double glazing and air con were good.

Pros:
Cons: I was told I was being upgraded to a larger room which meant they put me in the basement (didn’t realize it was a basement until I open the blinds and saw dirt and a sewer grate. Anyway, it was musty and to top it all of these cockroaches kept finding their way onto the bed. I also heard the staff mocking a guest who complained about the smell of her room after they got off the phone with her. It really was an insane experience.

Cons: The water in the pool could be a bit warmer. The girls at the executive lounge made us laugh, we turned up a bit late one evening and wanted to get some of the food, which was still on the counter. They just said that the dinner was until 8pm and took the food away from us, like literally as we tried to scoop some humus she just snatched it away from us. Ok, we were late but come on, let the guests to finish serving themselves before cleaning it! :)

Pros: Very clean; comfortable bed; spacious room and bathroom; beautiful sea and city views; great location; friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included, and seemed unreasonably pricey to add on; no mount in shower for shower head, so you're required to hand-hold the shower head -- it's difficult to shower using only one hand!
4,8 Okay
Pros: Location is great. That seems to be the only positive especially considering the cost.
Cons: I had my headphones stolen from my room. I met with hotel security and was consistently told that they were looking into it, but 2 days later have still not seen action. I will be disputing the charges for Kt last nights stay.
Showed them my travel cars on the last day and have not received my refund for the travel tax.
Beds were uncomfortable and same quality as a kibbutz. Room was not clean as well as there was hair in my bed and the shower and sink were dirty. Not worth the money and would advise against others staying there.
Staff appears nice, but couldn’t do anything without manager approval and did nothing to resolve the issues of the tax and stolen headphones.

Cons: The room Reno is poor design. Lots of extra wood cabinetry with no purpose and not appealing visually. Can't view the city as bed and tables in the way of window. Get better room designers.

Pros: Location is the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: The cleaning staff are incompetent and leave rooms dirty and without replacing towels or loo roll. The management yell at their staff - maybe because they don't clean very well? The breakfast (I ordered something, not the buffet) was cold and completely undercooked. Staff were clueless and indifferent. The hotel is long overdue a refurb. This hotel would struggle to be 3 star, let alone 5. Clearly being managed into the ground. Avoid.

Pros: The bed was comfortable the room was quiet The breakfast was very varied

Executive lounge was free with plenty of food and was a surprise free treat. Service was good and when we called for towels and toilet paper they brought it within a few minutes.

Pros: It was spacious and close to the beach . Good choice of breakfast value for money
Cons:
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is sensational. Being able to get to the beach without crossing a road is fantastic and then to be able to walk for miles along the boardwalk of the Mediterranean Sea... so beautiful! Ask for a South facing room if you want a sunny balcony, North if you want no sun. Very friendly staff.
Cons:
5,4 Okay
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The request for billing was not followed, which put me in a difficult spot.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Really old building with no sound isolation, some room have wooden doors as separators. You can hear your neighbors from both sides. Definitely not a quite location.
Cons: Too much noise.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the actitud service of the staff
Cons: Old building and the towels were very old

Pros: Very close to all the action by the beach. Breakfast buffet was amazing with chef custom making eggs to order. Very nice. Executive lounge was free with plenty of food and was a surprise free treat. Service was good and when we called for towels and toilet paper they brought it within a few minutes.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the executive lounge manager forbid me from taking a drink to my room or the beach. In fact as I was walking out with a soda bottle she yanked it from my hands and said I am not allowed to take drinks out and also said I cannot enter the lounge with my bathing suite on even though it was dry. Room was small but clean with latest techno gadgets, the beds were uncomfortable with Twin beds. I am used to king size beds at home since I am a big person. Air conditioner did not work and I had to call service guy to fix it a few times. Dinner and Lunch food was way too expensive and breakfast was great with many items to pick from.

Pros: Great sea views. The hotel lounge had a spectacular view onto the sea front.
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent.
Cons: Disabled access to business lounge is via a lift operated by security. Very long waiting times made this facility worthless.
6,5 Good
Pros: Close to beach and had a pool.
Cons: Staff did not speak English fluently which was hard when it came to billing. The facilities were nice but a little confusing. Not enough hours of pool available.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Room was nice and comfortable. Big and comfortable bed
Cons: When I checked in with my children, they were extremely rude, took a long time, and seemed to be suspicious of me as a woman traveling alone with children. I found the attending manager to be extremely inappropriate and sexist in his interactions with me. Hotel seems old and the main restaurant closed before 8pm. Breakfast was mediocre and several of the items on the buffet tasted off. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The location of the Peer Boutique hotel, in the Yemenite quarter, is convenient for seeing the city and for driving out of it. The rooms were reasonably quiet. My room was cozy and comfortable, and I appreciated the snacks and tea available in the lobby. Also the cat greeting me every time I walked in.

Pros: Lovely service, very helpful staff. The location is great too - close to the best beach and also to a genuine area of Tel-Aviv. The facilities are basic, but charming and sufficient. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked marvelously. They offer free coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings, perfect for me.

Pros: It was an interesting hotel. The room is a bit tiny and having the bathroom (tub and sink) separated by a glass door was interesting. The bathtub in our room was amazing and was so inviting my wife took a bath, very nice. It is close quarters, so I would recommend married couples, as you have no privacy. the fresh coffee in the morning was a great waker upper.

Cons: The check-in stops at 11pm and my flight got in late, so there was no way to solve problems (I didn't have pillows in my room), and the room felt a little dingier than I expected (dent in the wall, that sort of thing). But they did provide me a bottle of wine to make up for the pillow issue.

Cons: Sink in the bathroom was very very small, the shelf was installed so close to the sink, it was impossible to wash face without spilling water on the floor, more than uncomfortable. Toilet flashed but then water wouldn’t stop running until I figured to press button second time. Small button didn’t work.
