Pros: I would like to make a few comment 1. the property is very nice- very clean and very nicely decorated with a lot of modern small art pieces the rooms are very pretty the higher level is better 2. The main problem is that you cannot be sure what type of room you will get and if they will address your requests even if you book a long time in advance. If you ask for high floor even if they answer that your request reached the hotel they will give you a room according to the availability. We were surprised to get a low floor room though we made it clear that we book a high kevel one. The lady in the reception made a real effort to provide us a 4th level floor on that day and we really thank her for that. We think it should be motioned clearly in the hotel details and in booking .com that this is the policy. 3. we booked a room with breakfast or at least this was the impression we got from booking.com. However on the very little words on our voucher is was stetted "breakfast available on selected rooms" and our room was not included. The area is full of coffee shops so it was not a problem but is inconvenient to be surprised during check- in.

Cons: There were three of us in the room but housekeeping only provided two bath towels every time. Quite dumb because you could see 3 beds. Forgot to provide our free water on a daily basis. Access to the beach is also a bit of a walk, and they close the bottom entrance at 7pm so it is quite a walk to get back to the entrance of the hotel if you were on the beach for sunset (which is what Tel Aviv is all about!). it disappointed about this.

Cons: It can get very crowded at breakfast in July. The Jellyfish at the beach created a situation where it was dangerous to swim. We had to swim at the pool instead. The pool can get very crowded in summer. Please bring back the fish and chips at the pool. Thanks!

Cons: The way they communicate with the guest, I had a complaint with the booking and when I mentioned that I was not satisfied with their handling of it, the answer was: "welcome to Israel". I visited many - many times Israel but this was the very first time I met such a rude attitude in a hotel. They need some training of handling customer complains, especially when they know the customer is wright.

Clean, comfortable and fantastic service, great facilities - the rooftop pool and jacuzzi being a highlight. Every member of staff I encountered, was courteous and helpful. Cons: The suite had a bed, as expected with our party size, in the common room. However, there was no sofa, or place for us to sit as a family other than the dinner table. We were very happy for the bed so that Se Suites could accommodate our family. The lack of a sofa was an acceptable trade off for all the other awesome things the hotel offered.

Cons: We were allocated a room on the left hand side of the hotel looking it from the street to the beach. We had loud disco music playing belowus until 2am in the morning. The staff did move us to the other side of the hotel the next day.

Cons: Although the shower was very large with a good shower head, it was very hazardous, the floor was very slippery and there were no rails to hold on to, this was not acceptable. I have never stayed at a hotel where the shower did not have rails. I requested a non slip mat and after the second request I finally received one. Also, my bed was not turned down until the last evening, whereas my daughters' beds were turned down every night, and little extras ie olives and dips were only supplied in the first room my daughter had, she changed rooms as her room was on top of a restaurant disco. The price of the room approximately £250. per night was the same for the four of us so the service should have been the same. The swimming pool area was good with, but the bar food was not very varied, mostly hamburgers and chips, no salads or fruit. Also the leftover food was not cleared away, so the birds were coming down and eating from the plates, and doing there business on the chairs.

Pros: Great location near the beach, nice rooms, wonderful sea view, great very rich breakfast, good Wi-Fi, good parking, pool, fitness center, very clean and the most important very friendly staff, very professional and helpful with any request. We get bottles with water, Belgian chocolate and Louise clean daily and very well our room. Ronit and Valentin - concierge staff - did for us everything to have nice room and great stay. Mister Valentin knows English, Romanian, French, Spanish... He is really very professional and very kind person. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staff was friendly / helpful. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of foods. Room had reasonable amount of space and plenty of storage areas.
Location is very hard to beat: 2 blocks to beach; close to restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Bograshov; close to Carmel Market.
Cons: Due to large groups, lobby was often crowded, as was dining area at breakfast. However, crowds never caused long delay for us.
Hotel did not have printers available for printing airline boarding passes. Front desk staff offered me to e-mail boarding passed for them to print (but my airline did not include that option).
Trash can in bathroom had not been emptied, and bathroom had faint "off" odor.

Cons: - housekeeping; entered the room twice during a six-night stay in spite of Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Spoke to reception about it after the first time but it happened again. - fully opened the curtains to find a cigarette butt on the inside of the window. - breakfast, plates and table setting cleared away more than once whilst refilling coffee (solo traveller) - large groups of students seem to stay here and while they were well behaved etc., the huge influx filled the lobby and made breakfast especially chaotic at times.

A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.

Bell man was not welcoming at all, didn’t open the door at the entrance, didn’t greed customers. Champagne upon arrival was gone and it took long time to bring to the rest of the family. Staff needs to work on customer Service.

Pros: Location was walking distance from our daughter's apt. ad fro a couple of lovely cafes. Proximity to the beach was a bonus. Being able to sit on the terrace (although I hate cigarette smoke...) and see the ocean...MMMMM. The fresh flowers in the lobby were a joy. The breakfast was amazing--I love fruit and salad! Coffee is kind of slow.... maybe add a non-espresso machine? I was impressed with your staff's languages--I am a language teacher, and appreciate other polyglots. An idea: have a handout with some easy Hebrew phrases so we could all say TODA!

Pros: We loved how accommodating the staff was! It was our last night in TLV and needed to find a place to stay. They upgraded us to a bigger room and when they found out that we had a later flight the next day, they allowed us to check out later at no extra cost! They are located just a block away from the beach and they provide beach towels at no extra cost. Also, the complimentary breakfast was amazing! The only con of this place is the street noise that you can hear from the bedrooms. If I were to come back , I would ask for a room not facing the Main Street. Would definitely come back again!

We were welcomed by the staff that treated us for a glass of champagne and received detailed information about the hotel and facilities. We also received wonderful recommendations about what to do and what is great about Tel Aviv. The room was excellent! Clean, spacious and cozy:) The staff was available for any question and the breakfast was very tasty and was served beautifully! The location is great, 30 seconds from the beach and we received towels from the hotel. They also had a bicycle for free but we didn’t get to use them, but it’s a great way to tour the city. We will definitely come back!!

Cons: This property is tired and worn down. Doesn’t appear like the pictures at all. I don’t particularly like to write reviews like this but I hope the Management company will go back and invest in bringing the rooms up to standard. I had to move rooms due to terrible construction noise on one side of the hotel. WiFi didn’t work in the “bedroom” area only in the front area. My toilet malfunctioned and I had to pull the plastic plate off the wall to get it to work again. Shower handle for the water control fell off and wasn’t attached properly, the cable box for the television was hanging down from the TV mounted on the wall. That was just the first room. Second room didn’t have the construction noise however it had one of those cheap wall mounted AC units that made noise and had a remote which was missing the plastic cover for the batteries... the towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall it was above the toilette which dumped all the towels on the floor during the night. The guest relations manager attended my check out and offered 15% discount for the issues on the first room. She was lovely and empathetic for my experience. I would say, that for the money this is not a property I would stay at again. Their other properties may be a better choice.

Cons: I was told I was being upgraded to a larger room which meant they put me in the basement (didn’t realize it was a basement until I open the blinds and saw dirt and a sewer grate. Anyway, it was musty and to top it all of these cockroaches kept finding their way onto the bed. I also heard the staff mocking a guest who complained about the smell of her room after they got off the phone with her. It really was an insane experience.

Cons: I had my headphones stolen from my room. I met with hotel security and was consistently told that they were looking into it, but 2 days later have still not seen action. I will be disputing the charges for Kt last nights stay.
Showed them my travel cars on the last day and have not received my refund for the travel tax.
Beds were uncomfortable and same quality as a kibbutz. Room was not clean as well as there was hair in my bed and the shower and sink were dirty. Not worth the money and would advise against others staying there.
Staff appears nice, but couldn’t do anything without manager approval and did nothing to resolve the issues of the tax and stolen headphones.

Conversation went: Hi I need to check in. Reception lady: your passport. Thats it!! Disappointing for an apparent 4* hotel. Even basic hotels like Novotel would greet your guests in a smily warm manner to leave a positive lasting impression. Not here! - 2 female receptionists kept talking in Hebrew which I found rude especially knowing I’m checking in & I only speak English. Very off putting behaviour - receptionist gave me my room key, didn’t bother taking me through key pieces of information on hotels amenities. I was forced to ask where the elevator was so I could get to my room. In any respectful hotel receptionist would walk you to the elevator especially(noone after me to checkin). She didn’t ask me if I needed hand with the luggage either. Picked my floor & stood in the elevator like an idiot at least 3 minutes before another guest told me I have to use the key to get onto my floor - pool towels should be available from the pool boy - on piece of paper that reception gives you it talks about breakfast times but never says where do I go for breakfast, which floor. Frustrating - dark hair left on the bathroom floor when I got to my room - at night despite having all the lights off you have blue lights by the side tables which will make it difficult to sleep.

Cons: The bathooms need to be fixed. Water leaks from the shower and floods the floor. This is unaceptable for a high standar hotel. Also in one of our two stays, the hotel lobby was being under maintainance during the day. That should be done at late hours. Taxis were not always been found by the porters in rush hours. The hotel needs to have more options for short rides. A car to take people complimentary around the beach neighborhood up to Jaffo would make a big difference.

Parking not possible, only for a fee, we have negotiated with the parking lot directly next to the house itself). The smell in the room is terrible! It smells like a chemical hell. The rooms are not like on the pictures. The few small windows (studio) are totally dirty and come down and not openable. Completely overpriced, what is offered there (we are not demanding).

But the smells, smaller room and small bathroom, and construction on the elevator and lack of attention to detail (the lamp was out on one side of the bed) made the value not equal the price. However, the proximity to central Tel Aviv and the gorgeous roof top private pool (small but exclusive feeling) with a bar makes this a worthy hotel. Pool staff was very polite. Fast check in.

But the smells, smaller room and small bathroom, and construction on the elevator and lack of attention to detail (the lamp was out on one side of the bed) made the value not equal the price. However, the proximity to central Tel Aviv and the gorgeous roof top private pool (small but exclusive feeling) with a bar makes this a worthy hotel. Pool staff was very polite. Fast check in.

Cons: It has no easy access because the main entrance is under the bridge and I had to ask a few people how to find it. when arrived at the hotel, the closer parking was full, I had to find other parking and walk a few minutes with all my stuff, I paid 60NIS for few hours parking and later on when closer parking had space I moved my car, for 20 hours of parking I had to pay another 120NIS (total 180NIS for a day). I hope the hotel will get cheaper options for their customers. The room was just fine, not the best hotel I ever been, but was ok. I will recommend it if you can't find any cheaper 4-5 stars hotel around. the room was clean but they can do way better for the price of a high-end hotel. they can improve the food options by the pool. It is taking time to get them on the phone even for a small question.

Cons: The check in process. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at the hotel at 11 am. I was hoping for an exception to get in the room earlier. They said no, check in is at 3PM. First time I've ever experienced this. Yes it is the rule of the hotel however every other hotel I've stayed at has kindly made an exception, so if you think they will for you, don't get high expectations. I used booking.com to book the room, it said 'ocean view' and i thought it mentioned balcony. I also requested 2 twin beds as i am travelling with a friend. I told them at 11 am that we needed two beds. At 3pm when we got the room, it was one double bed, no balcony and no ocean view. I went down stairs to reception and the person behind the counter laughed as I said we didn't have 2 twin beds and the room has no view or balcony. I was offended and told her 'I am happy to see you finding some humour in this, unfortunately as a paying customer I am not'. She then said 'I will send a worker to the room and he will unzip and separate the bed. When I got back to my room, she then sent a bottle of wine and apologised. Besides this drama, the hotel has a sewage smell. on the first day it was intense, and I complained, the hotel staff said 'cleaning was being done' which I guess meant they were emptying the sewage?. The smell got better over the next few days but was present the entire time. I won't stay there again.

Breakfast was mediocre and several of the items on the buffet tasted off. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Cons: The Hotel is run down and looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. We asked the reception staff to book us a shuttle to the airport and specified and confirmed that it would be a shuttle as we had a lot of extra luggage and a confirmed price, only to find that an ordinary taxi had been booked and so had to organise another taxi and pay double and the staff member on duty at reception had a really bad attitude when we said it was not what had been arranged. Also the breakfast are of poor quality. The Chef making the eggs did not know how to make an omelette and called someone else to make it who landed up throwing it away as they also couldn't make it. The breads were all dry and juice watered down, so basically unacceptable breakfast.

I left my AMEX card on the desk at the counter and I called to tell them and before I could even finish asking if he found it he said he doesn't have it. I proceeded and asked if he could please check before he says he doesn't have it then finally he checked after 3 phone calls to the front desk. The staff does not care about its guests and overall customer service lacks tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: The bunker bedding, mattress and pillow was straight out dirty, sweaty and in very poor condition. They give you sheets for the bed and pillow and while changing the sheets, you can see clearly the sweat soaked/ stained mattresses and pillows, that have not been washed in perhaps weeks. It is very hard to climb the bunker bed with no ladder and no side protection. They are the cheapest possible bunkers and lockers with no locks (you have to bring your own) and the lockers are breaking apart. The rooms cluttered, smelly and dusty with dust/powder falling on the beds from the ceiling. Residents are charged extra for virtually everything: Towels, water, storage of luggage after checkout. The place provides low value. The previous place where we stayed in the same city, provided all the above for free as a courtesy. Was much cleaner, nicer, well maintained, centrally located, and costed about the same. The property management can do a much better job with maintenance and upgrades for the amount being charged.

Pros: Excitable hosts. Excellent location, close to the beach, opposite the hotel is the cheapest store in the city "cofix" with a basic product and very good coffee for 5. Breakfast is ok. Coffee is tasty and a good sandwich, a version for economical.
