Pros: the stay at the hotel was fantastic. All the hotel staff were kind and thoughtful, especially Fradie at the reception is really kind and valuable with all the information she provided. everything was great.

Pros: The location was great...not too far from the beach and in the most interesting neighbourhood, with lovely places to eat near at hand. The room was lovely with a super bathroom and staff members were really helpful.

Pros: Florentin House is a great base from where to explore Tel Aviv, both the new and the old part. It is advertised as a hostel, but definitely has a hotel feel to it in terms of interior design. The rooms were very comfortable, simple yet chique. We loved the rain shower in the bathroom! Staff was extremely helpful, upon arrival we were even given two vouchers for a free beer at the hotel bar.

Cons: The photos are out of date. There’s isn’t a restaurant in the hotel anymore. Looks like there is a ramen restaurant in all their marketing but is now a reception and bar which only offers 10% off to guests when most bar on the street have a buy one get one free happy hours. So why would you drink there? Give a better deal guys or you loose captive business. I would have drunk there as lots of cool people staying there x

Pros: The location was great...not too far from the beach and in the most interesting neighbourhood, with lovely places to eat near at hand. The room was lovely with a super bathroom and staff members were really helpful.
Cons: Just once or twice there was no ordinary milk available in the upstairs kitchen, so it made it difficult to make tea and coffee. However, the staff member behind the bar was able to give us some on one of these occasions.

The Florentine Backpackers Hostel features a spacious common terrace equipped with sofas and tables. There is also a shared kitchen that guests can use free of charge. Guests benefit from free landline calls within Israel, and 2 computers with internet access can also be used on site. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. The Florentine Hostel is a 10-minute walk from Old Jaffa and the flea market. The Rothschild Boulevard is 15 minutes’ walk away. Cons: In the staff there are two categories. Salaried staff and voluntary staff. Employees respect clients and do their job very well. In the group of volunteers, there are people who do not respect the clients and who make them uncomfortable and who do not respect the rules of silence of the establishment. People from the volunteer team are very uncomfortable, and they speak behind the backs of customers and insult them. Cons: This is a true backpacker hostel, so expect a lively, talkative crowd — which may not be the best fit for all types of guests. Some reconstruction also ongoing, and if your room faces the street it is quite noisy.
