Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often describing it as central and convenient for exploring the area. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews highlighting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The comfort of the beds is frequently mentioned positively. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the lack of amenities such as refrigerators, TVs, and coffee machines in the rooms. Service receives mixed feedback; while some appreciate the efficient digital check-in and quick responses via WhatsApp, others are frustrated by the absence of on-site staff and difficulties reaching support. Overall, the hotel is valued for its cleanliness and location, but could improve on amenities and personal service.
