Pros: Friendly staff, great location with shops and restaurants close by.
Cons: We were woken up in the morning by cleaning staff while still in our beds. When they realised we were still in our beds they went away but did not come back later.
Pros: Unfortunately, I suffered a reaction to an eye procedure and had to call relatives to take me to the hospital, so I was unable to enjoy some of the benefits of my stay. However, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the manager and staff for their kind help and consideration the following morning, and allowing me to have a later checkout. I would certainly stay there again!
Cons: That a great seafood restaurant near the Motel was not open on the night I stayed there!
Pros: Typical "one night stand" highway overnight accommodation - clean & friendly if you need a bed
Pros: Location cleanliness and friendly people
Pros: Great room.
Cons: Unfortunately the cook had a hernia operation and was off for a few days so there was no breakfast. So have no comment on the usual breakfast.
Pros: Great family room, not cramped or short changed on bedding! Really excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Pros: Comfortable old-style motel with updated bathroom and fittings, great location close to activities we were in town to attend (regatta on the river).
Pros: Close to shopping mall and Aquatic club where we had a function to attend
Pros: Very noisy, could hear neighbours in toilet, rowdy guests.
Cons: More sound proofing, no smoking on balcony as a crowd gathered and the smoke entered my room

Pros: Ok for a night, helpful staff, clean & comfortable
Cons: A bit small. No night light & only one bedside table & light
Pros: Location was most convenient
Cons: My room backed onto the water pump for the swimming pool and ran for the entire night. Quite disturbing for a good nights sleep.
Pros: Didn't have breakfast. Motel was clean and comfortable. Proprietor very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for getting dinner.
Cons: We booked late so our room was a smaller one but still good. Took a while to get out of town in the morning but no real problem
Pros: Units clean and updated. Beds very comfortable.
Cons: Old and did not offer advertised restaurant
Pros: I always feel safe here and the pub across the road has fantastic meals. Owners are very friendly and approachable. Will be back!
Cons: Our room was given to someone else even though I booked a couple of weeks in advance :-( But the owner did try to accommodate us with adding a roll away in a room. Not as comfortable this visit due to this.
Pros: The room was very comfortable. Good location and very quiet.

Pros: Good price

Pros: The beds were really comfortable.
Pros: Clean and pets
Pros: Clean, convenient location good overnight stay
Cons: Leaking tap, door to bathroom difficult to open and close needed some repairs
Pros: Easy to locate and a was quite location. Nice big room. No problem with late book in time
Pros: Great motel for a night. Excellent value for money.
Pros: The property is far enough off the road to minimise noise, and close enough to the highway to be quickly accessible. Taree has a great culture, all the usual facilities, and plenty of food options, and some lovely architecture if that is your thing. All Seasons are Animal friendly and have large open garden areas for exercising your travel weary companions. The staff are excellent and friendly, the rooms are large enough, beds are big and comfy, and there is lots of hot water. Prices are reasonable, so there is absolutely no excuse for not breaking that long journey and staying safe.
Cons: Nothing. There is a sense of peace when the only morning noise is nature waking up. There is not much noise transfer through the adjoining walls, so other travellers have to work quite hard to make their presence felt.
Pros: We liked the setting. With a small dog it was very nice for walking him. It's far enough back from road that it isn't noisy. It's not 'the Ritz' but it was clean & comfortable. The little kitchenette with microwave was an added bonus & the room was quite spacious.
Cons: It's an older Motel so does need some repairs ie the bathroom was not easy to close & was hard to open but it was clean so it didn't really worry us.

Cons: Cleanliness was not to standard, the shower curtain was filthy, mattress was not comfortable, carpet stained & curtains ripped - certainly NOT acceptable
Cons: TV remote did not work. Air conditioner did not work despite the power being on. Both were reported. Pillows were terrible. Noisy bathroom fan snd frig. Old and tired. Mould in shower. 2 cold labels on shower taps. Residue around taps in wash basin. Thank goodness it wasn’t too cold. No tea towel or wash solution for cups and saucers.
Pros: I liked the location View was great
Cons: Small shower Bed was hard
Pros: Location, View, Balcony, comfy bed.
Cons: On the whole cleanliness was good except bathroom attention to detail needed.
Pros: Good location, nice view of the river. Gym nearby was good the next morning.
Cons: No filter coffee in our room despite advertising it as a feature, a/c didn’t work as the remote was faulty and it took an age to get it sorted, despite that we arrived wet and cold.
Pros: Location and size of room
Cons: No problems all good
Pros: Near the River
Cons: People leaving there TV on all night
Cons: A few things
Pros: Close to everything, comfortable.
Pros: It was close to the Aquatic Club for dinner, within walking distance.

Pros: perfect for just 1 night, there was no issues and everything worked well
Cons: nothing it was good
Pros: Free breakup was good.
Cons: Bathroom/shower was poor
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: It was an older style room. Which I feel needs about more maintenance done.. The bathroom a bit on the small side and the sink has a slight leak Also the door to the bathroom is not the best
Pros: Friendly staff close to town and clubs
Pros: Friendly staff, had everything we needed for an overnight stay for a weekend event at Taree
Cons: One room had Foxtel and one didn’t. Some channels were also very fuzzy
Pros: The location to the shops is not too bad.
Cons: In need of a refresh and a new coat of paint.
Pros: Reasonably clean and comfortable. Location is great , close to aquatic centre (sailing club) for nice dinner.
Cons: Wifi non existent in our room which we needed for work, we were told we had to connect outside the room which isn’t practical in cold weather. Couldn’t tell hot from cold tap in the shower .

Cons: Its time to get new pillows!
Pros: the staff where very friendly.
Cons: The hotel was very tired and run down, the exterior was in need of a good clean and a fresh coat of paint, as for the room I had, it didn't look like it had changed from the 70's, with the exception of a cheap flat screen TV which only seemed to be able to manage about 1/2 the channels.
Cons: The motel is advertised as a 4 star motel, not true, its a small room, uncomfortable bed, and very old. It should be looked at again and rated as is. That is probably booking.com fault for over rating the motel.
Pros: Tea/coffee tray provided in the room was very good. Parking right outside our room was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows available. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Cons: The room was quite cramped with the lounge tucked into a corner, making it not very useful. But as we had stayed here previously, we knew what to expect. Continental breakfast only was available Sunday morning - was left in room Saturday night for us to toast bread using toaster supplied in the room so that worked out ok as we could choose the time to suit us.
Pros: The Manager was helpful upon checking in and courteous. He was definitely trying very hard and very welcoming. He clearly wanted to please and was most generous in his dealings with my child. The bed was awesomely comfortable! Suited our purpose - wouldn't rave about it. If I return to the area - I would stay there again - if cheaper. Whilst small and cramped, the room was nicely presented.
Cons: Very very very small space. Literally hit my shin on the bed upon entering through the door. Too small. The light switch on the floor lamp was not safe with the extension lead. It sparked. My key and my hubby's keycards BOTH failed to work. I had to ring the manager (outside with a child and pneumonia) who implied I'd had it with my mobile - which I hadn't. My hubby returned from work at 1am and his also didn't work, however, I was inside - so only I was disturbed. Sadly the people upstairs were very noisy. Some very poor quality workmanship on the refurb.
Pros: Very neat and tidy
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Dirt / sand all through the bed (not just on top but underneath the sheets). Fridge had leaked and rotted out the cupboard it was housed in. The whole room smelled damp. It seemed obvious that the room hadn’t been used for a while.
Pros: Dude on reception was friendly
Cons: Needs deep clean badly
Pros: Comfortable rooms, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
