Pros: The attention given by staff!!!!
7,5 Good
Pros: It`s a very beautiful resort. lot to do.
Cons: I thought the food at the buffet was average at best, could have been a lot better
7,7 Good
Pros: Staff was always cleaning
Cons: Had a couple housekeeping issues, only have two choices for beer
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Overall, my family and I had a great time
Cons: I wasn't aware that you had to wear formal clothing to attend different restaurant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Variety of food was awesome and so were the juices. We especially liked the restaurants. Service was great and lots of smiles. Very clean.
Cons: Would like less oil used for cooking. Would like colder milk.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant buffet offers a lot of variety. Even though the cooking is on a large scale the food is still tasty. The "standard" room at Tropical was lovely - very big with a lot of storage space, quality furniture and a comfy bed. They clean every morning and stack up your fridge with beverages. The entire staff is very kind and helpful making you feel at ease all of the time. We were impressed by the cleaness of the facilities - it's a huge resort and it's good to know that they are constantly taking care of it, otherwise things would quickly start to go south. If you're looking for a few days of complete relaxation, just enjoying yourself by the sea and beach then Barcelo is the place to go.
Cons: The biggest and more or less only downside was that you need to pay 20$ for the wifi per day.

Pros: The Rosewood Mayakoba is quite possibly one of the finest resorts I’ve ever experienced around the world. The staff is hospitable and accommodating and the luxury, pampering experience can best be described as other-worldly. Each guest is treated like they are old friends of the staff and every detail is catered to hand and foot. There is no request that can be made and not achieved. I plan on visiting this location from this point forward for many years to come.
Cons: Nothing, it was absolutely perfect

Beautiful well maintained property; lovely ambiance, quiet beachfront, exceptional amenities including a truly fantastic SPA, Teen Club that the kids loved, variety as well as quality of meal options offered and the personal concierge service !
Cons: Would have preferred more beach entertainment and possibly a nightly buffet. Would have also liked to see more local entertainment.

Pros: Great staff, beautiful grounds, excellent service

Pros: Entertainment staff is very good!
Cons: Their top of the line resort needs a high end coffee shop, like they have at the next door property.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff, facilities and nightly activities were excellent.
Cons: Better selection of included wines. The wine selection included with your stay is a very poor. Instead, Iberostar has a better wine selection for an unreasonable additional cost. I would prefer for Iberostar to provide a better product for their guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The service and staff were awesome as well as the facility.
Cons: The sudden hot/cold temperature of the shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every element of the property could not have been more perfect, but the staff stood out, they were genuinely friendly, gracious, and experts at their jobs. It was a treat spending time at this world-class resort!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Teater shows with drinks service Activities available ( biking, karaoke, etc..) Food - high quality and a lot lot of choice, cannot be unsatisfied Very beautiful hotel and design Bars, casinos, music, club etc...
Cons: -The room service doesn't take your request seriousely. Every time they bring something different: For Espresso I got a normal coffee When asling for Grand breakfast, I got only the eggs and the juice - when we arrived they told us all the restaurants were fully booked except one for one dinner, but this is not fair, since you book for all inclusive option and you cannot reserve the restaurant. Finally they made the resevations happen, but I would prefer not complaining about this and having equal treatment as other guests who were able to get their dinner in the restaurants

Pros: Quiet resort, nice pools, great service and awesome food.

Pros: Everything! The location, the amazing considerate and friendly staff, the privacy, the amenities, the whole experience just staying at Banyan Tree Mayakoba was amazing! You MUST try the Haab experience, it was an amazing experience. Also, FYI the hotel offers free professional photo sessions which you only need to pay for the actual photos(we were bummed that no one told us we would’ve liked to try it).
Cons: I wish there was an all inclusive package, not sure if there is. Also, it wasn’t clear to us that the food stations(french toast, omelette, quesadilla stations) at the breakfast buffet were not included in the price of the breakfast buffet.

Pros: Everything about this resort was amazing and exceeding our expectations. We will be back.

Cons: Somewhat remote. Expensive to take any day trips
7,9 Good
Pros: Everything was very good
Cons: The check in process. Too long and didn’t recognize the price I had with the booking I did with you. Had to pay extra
6,5 Good
Pros: The food was pretty good. The staff were nice.
Cons: The inability to get reservations at a reasonable time, especially when your friends would tell you there were many empty tables.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The food, location, beach
Cons: The entertainment could be better. The singers were so so.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quality and range of food and drinks, cleanliness, size of room, resort facilities were all excellent. The food in the French a la carte restaurant was amazing! The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The biggest positive though was the beautiful beach, with coral reef within easy swimming distance, loads of fish to spot, and a group of visiting turtles!
Cons: Housekeeping seemed a bit random, with the door cards resetting a couple of times, and a dressing gown disappearing. These are very minor niggles though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The VIP Level at the Palace was extraordinarily good! Food was fantastic! Loved every second!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, beach. Food.
Cons: I think the entertainment shows could be improved.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: - Friendliness of Staff - Quality of Food at the buffets - Excellent snorkeling and swimming with turtles
Cons: - A la carte restaurants - Spring breakers - way too many loud and obnoxious spring breakers here - avoid March and April!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were very impressed with the cleanliness, food options, beach and pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe at the resort. This was our 2nd visit and we will be returning.
Cons: We prescheduled and prepaid 4 snorkeling excursions with Dressel Divers which are listed on Barcelo's website. We went on 2 trips, both taking us off location by bus and took way too long for travel (11 hours for only 3 hours of water time with a guide who could have cared less about us) and the sites were not impressive. We were very sorry that we did not know to access higher quality trips with Barcelo's Guest Services.

Pros: Everything was so great! Will be back!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: TRS Yucatan is a luxurious resort for a really great value. Most of the staffs are very helpful and the amount of entertainment option they have is incredible. Also, while staying in TRS you can also experience other restaurants or activities from other Palladium hotel groups, however from my experience generally the service offered in TRS is far more superior than the other resorts. Their private butlers are really helpful and their restaurants and room service menus are also great quality.
Cons: Check-in and check-out process wasn’t really smooth for me. I had to check in twice during my stay, and first time the receptionist forgot to inform us if the room is ready for check in and we weren’t given a bracelet (resort pass) until 3 hours after the check in time, so we couldn’t do any activities on the first day. Second time, the receptionist asked me to show the receipt for payment (I’ve paid for the entire stay the night before), apparently their system does not show if a client have already paid for the stay or not and he couldn’t find a copy of receipt or the documents I signed the previous day, so I had to sign another copy of their documents. Also, their mobile app to call the drivers for golf cart ride does not work.

9,6 Excellent
Cons: too big
8,0 Excellent
Pros: we liked that the Heaven accepted our reservation for the entire 5 day stay.
Cons: the choices of top shelf tequila. We did not like the food selection for lunch, the only food service was the outside pool bar or room service. We found out the room service was a better choice.
7,1 Good
Pros: Walking in the lobby blows you away, stunning space. This was our last stop on our honeymoon so We paid for a room with a roof terrace and jacuzzi, the room was absolutely amazing. I can’t fault the room at all. The staff were also all lovely and helpful.
Cons: The heaven section pool area was like one huge frat party - drunk people there all day very loud music. Nowhere really to go for a quiet swim and sunbathe. Food was ok - nothing special just buffets in every restaurant. Had room service lunch and no one came to take the plates away. I called at 7pm and they said someone would be right up - we left the plates outside and we’re awoken at 4am to animals scratting around the plates that were still there. Would not stay again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful and there were many pools and "beaches" to choose from.
Cons: Nothing stood out as outstanding.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything... Well, the hotel and grounds were absolutely stunning - both Heaven and Hacienda. Lovely greenery, great pool area with a swim up bar and a number of beaches in both parts of the hotel. We stayed in Heaven, adults only and sheer luxury. Upon arrival to our ‘Diamond Premier Suite’ room, we found a large king size bed, jacuzzi bath in the room and a waterfall shower before being shown to the balcony which had a sea view with a seating area and hammock. The room however, had a terrible damp smell, the floor was full of condensation and the lampshades had mould on them - being asthmatic, this obviously done my chest no favours. It took 2 days for us to be changed rooms, to the same room with a better smell. The pool area was lovely, great entertainment team and music to suit all preferences - this however, was slightly too loud - meaning if you wanted to relax you had no option but to head to the beach. We ate in Ciao, Zen and Le Petit Cochin and WOW - absolutely outstanding meals, service and atmosphere with live musicians playing in Ciao and Teppanyaki shows in Zen. Across the whole hotel from bell boys, pool staff, waiters, entertainment team the service was nothing short of exceptional - we tipped each waiter who served us $1 per day and we were treat like complete royalty. The spa was OK, but definitely not as grand as I expected considering I had read on the website that it was ‘the biggest spa in the Caribbean’ - you also had to book a treatment to gain access to the spa itself, so this is not available to all residents.
Cons: In terms of the Limitless All Inclusive - don’t be fooled. It’s not all it is advertised to be. They advertise that you receive a fee for only 25% of the cost of anything you pay for through the hotel. We booked a trip to swim with Dolphins for $400 which we received the discount for - but then had to pay for a transfer with no discount and also extras when we arrived to the excursion. I had a treatment in the spa which was lovely, and the therapist was fab - she offered me a sheet face mask which in the UK can be purchased for 50pence - she proceeded to charge me $15 dollars for this (NOT INCLUDED IN LIMITLESS ALL INCLUSIVE). Then, I decided to head to the beauty salon to get two scalp plaits in my hair - the menu in the salon classed this as a half head braid priced at $48, meaning with the LAI it would be $12, a reasonable amount for the 15 minute job of putting two plaits in my hair tied with two elastic bands. Upon checkout today, it was brought to my attention that I was to be charged $48 dollars for the scalp plaits as the braiding treatments weren’t actually included in the L.A.I - after I’d been advised all treatments were included. I spoke to the supervisor who to be honest, was no help whatsoever and I ended up paying the full $48 for something which would cost £10 maximum in the UK.

Pros: The restaurants were very good, they give you good alcohol and the food is ok. Room service was great, the pools and the hotel was very clean.
Cons: The brands of the alcohol were low budgget, They only have 1 drug store located at another hotel, fra from our saty and they couldnt bring the medicine to the room, you have to go for it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: the food buffet was excellent. everyday dishes are different. Free drinks, and the people were very helpful, polite and humble. absolutely worth my stay here in Tulum.
Cons: the aircon problem, someone entered our room to fix for almost an hour. so we have to wait inside and wait til they were done.
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean, well kept grounds, variety
Cons: Food was bland. In my group 5 out of 6 people got got sick from food poisoning. Need hooks in rooms; place to hang wet clothes
6,7 Good
Pros: Great and helpful staff, adults only beach, calm and relaxing ambience, enough sunbeds - do not have to wake up early to catch sunbed, food
Cons: The rooms and facilities are really run down and really need upgrade. Dirty window shades, no privacy because the buildings are very close to each other, broken furniture, smell from AC that they tried to cover with toilet refresher, so you feel like sleeping on the public toilets.

Pros: The place was beautiful. Much more facilities than expected. Staff was so nice and friendly. Traveled to many resorts. This was the best.very classy.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: everything from the first minute inside the resort i could not find a complain we stayed with my wife 7 nights and it was amazing. i am italian and i love trying food around the world. here food is simply excellent, breakfast and lunch buffer are superior quality for dinner the mexican is the best also as atmosphere. terra and mare is a good alternative. not good the indonesian because far from authentic. didnt try the others we tried the silver suites and then we moved to the ocean front suites villa number 11 which was much better and better value for the money. i think if i come back i would pick villa number 13
Cons: ocean is often choppy and sometimes polluted with algae. reserving sunchairs can be problematic you have to go early morning although many people keep reserving unfairly the chairs during the night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was amazing. We got a good deal in the price and totally loved it. Staff is friendly, service is great, food is yummy. The pool is big, drinks are good quality. room service is good too.
Cons: No security cameras in the main plaza españa. If something happens, there is no way to prove it. One of our friends was sucker punched by another patron and after the incident it was not possible to find that person. It doesn't happen often at this hotel, it's pretty safe usually but I'm not sure what the policy is on these situations. It definitely ruined the night for everyone. Our friend had a bleed from his ear, so he needed to be checked by medical staff. That was his last night so the flight was hard and now he's off work due to concussion. A couple of restaurants' food was a bit on the salty side which is not my favorite. The quality of ingredients though is good. Pools can be cold if the weather is not hot. No public hot tubs or heated pools.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything! The whole experience starts the exact moment you arrive- you are immediately greeted by extremely friendly staff and made feel very welcome. The entire resort and all the facilities are of the highest standard. The food is top-notch and any member of the staff will always greet you with a smile and would help you with anything you need. Our room was amazing! We had a swim-up suite and there's nothing we could fault. All drinks served, just as the food, are always of high quality. This was our first time in this resort but we can assure you it won't be our last one.
Cons: There's nothing we can fault.

Pros: Really wanted to like but...On first day, requested quiet room but was put near large construction site. Was told that it would be quiet because it was holiday week and not construction would occur. Jackhammers started and 7 a.m. and continued until 7:30 at night. Called to ask why they told me that information, and they didn't have an answer but said the hotel was full and I would have to wait the next day. I called the next day and got the same answer. On the THIRD day, I went to the front desk and told them that I was told I could be moved that day. The front desk said no because others were being moved first. The front desk had no record of these phone calls. I felt lied to and manipulated. They also moved be finally to a room where the fan rattled continuously even when turned off. Hard to sleep.

Pros: This all inclusive Wellness retreat is the real deal! Yoga and meditation classes included all day long!!!
Cons: Everyone and everything was fantastic
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The resort is a wonderful size. The staff are fabulous. The food is flavourful. The location is superb. The jacuzzi tub on the patio is a great idea. Every room faces a beautiful ocean view. The snorkelling and swimming were beyond our expectations. Who knew sushi on the pool deck would be such a great idea? Very firm but soft mattresses.
Cons: We were not warned that construction was ongoing and we could not sleep later than 7:00 due to the noise. The room patio only has one chair and we asked for two but none was forthcoming. We were locked out of our room due to a malfunctioning electronic lock and it took well over one hour to have the boss return to the hotel and open our door. Smoking is allowed on room patios and as non smokers we did NOT enjoy our neighbours nasty habit. Double beds instead of queen size made it difficult for my 6'3" hubby to get comfortable - they should find some way to put the two beds together.
7,1 Good
Pros: Snorkeling. Staff. Activities. Restaurants. Penthouse suite! Overall, it was a good stay for the price but we probably won't return in the near future.
Cons: Seaweed was definitely an issue for about 4 of our 8 days. Staff work all day to clean but it's still bad from morning to 1ish. Hotel is a little older but well maintained.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Traveled in June for 8 nights. Wonderful staff, very friendly. Only had a little bit of trouble finding space at the beach or by the pools - but we did hear the hotel was at capacity. No problems with our room, which was on the bottom floor of building 2, but heard about flooding in other rooms during the storm that hit. It was worth it not to have any room issues, but our room was super close to the snack bar and main pool, so not a great view. Was nice to walk easily out of our patio door and to the pool or bar though. Loved the yoga instructor for vinyasa yoga - wish I remembered his name - he was a really terrific instructor and the location/view was out of this world. For an hour a day you could rent free snorkeling gear from the hotel, but I recommend bringing your own so you can be out in the water with the sea turtles for hours. Lots of tour groups, so the best time to go is early in the morning, but we went out many afternoon and still saw plenty of turtles, rays, and fish, without being crowded. The food at the a la carte restaurants was great - our favorites were the Mexican and the Gourmet (just skip the chicken at the gourmet). Restaurants were all small though, so we heard there were frequently long waits to eat dinner at any of them (though we usually went at the beginning of service ~ 6 or 630pm and were seated immediately). The made to order eggs for breakfast and pasta for lunch and dinner at the buffet were excellent. The sushi bar was so so and very slow service. I think I got very sick from eating a mushroom at the Japanese/Peruvian restaurant (it was just about the only thing I ate that my boyfriend did not eat that day). The room service was included with all-inclusive 24/7 and usually very good (though it varied from day to day with regards to quality, quantity, and even ingredients for the same menu item).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the snorkeling, saw lots of fish and turtles everyday. Although sparce, the rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi is a nice idea but we never used it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Overall the food was OK, some we liked some we didn't. We ate most of the time at the buffet because of the variety. We did not like the sushi restaurant of the asian fusion. The brazilian restaurant was pretty good once we learned to ask for rare and medium rare pieces, otherwise the meat was so overcooked it was like leather. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of Mexican food, there was chips and guacamole but would have liked more variety of local foods.

Pros: Hotel is amazing. Very much recommended. Staff and stay. Breakfast is great! If you have an auto rental even better because staff can recommend you places to visit near by. Second time staying. Also they release turtles they keep when are born.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: The problem of seaweed in the beaches! The cusine suppose to have an international standard
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and there were so many amazing animals around!
Cons: It’s a perfect resort. For me the only downside would be the mosquitos ... I would like to return in a different time of the year. (Avoid the raining/mosquito season!!!)
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff, the pools, the beach. If you just want to sit on the beach all day and be waited on and don't really care about the room it might be for you.
Cons: The rooms were uncomfortable and needed updating. Sea facing rooms balconies practically facing each other so no privacy and all seem to be right overlooking the bar/restaurant (view of the ocean in our room 26 almost totally obscured by the huge roof of the bar as well). Smoking allowed on the balcony and our neighbour was smoking cigars so it wasn't nice to sit outside. Food hugely expensive. Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Captive animals really upset me. They keep a peacock in a tiny cage and put a poor stressed looking parrot out each day for people to gawk at.
7,1 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel and beautiful beach if there would be not the problem with the seagrass. The hotel makes everything in their power cleaning up daily this natural Desaster. It’s a pitty but the reality is different from what the hotel provides on pictures from the beach and the sea which I do not understand . I would communicate this subject transparent wit the customer. The kitchen / food is excellent but a bit to expensive. Same for wine and others .
Cons: Food was excellent . The provided cooking classes are super nice
7,9 Good
Pros: The people are super friendly and honestly want to make your experience unique. The facilities are very nice, a bit old fashion so you need to like it (I do). The weekly program keeps you busy (yoga, tennis, cooking classes, theme dinners, trips). 24 hour service. Good food.
Cons: I think prices are a bit excessive but I learned this is the case in all Riviera Maya so I am not criticizing the Hotel necessarily but the destination. The restaurant serves good food but 100 $ for a BBQ buffet dinner or a Mexican buffet dinner it is too much in my opinion. All prices have an additional 16% service and 16% tax. you feel like you are in the US! In Mexico City for ex. you pay 100$ in the best restaurant in town with Michelin stars. 240 $ for a 50 min massage (I pay less in Switzerland in the same type of hotel!) I think they could balance by offering more complementary things (more yoga / Pilates class over the day for example, or nonalcoholic cocktails by the pool). I had to organize the trip to Tulum myself because they could not find a guide for the Friday and they work with only 1 tour operator that charged double the price of what I paid. Overall it is a good hotel and I had a good time but I am not sure I would travel 14h from EU for it.

Pros: Facilities in general very good and general staff vet good
Cons: Had an aircon issue took 3 days to get sorted the supervisor at reception was very rude you would think I should have just put up with a damp room, it wasn’t bad after room move that seemed to be a real chore for him to give a functioning room to a paying guest

Pros: Everything was great: the facilities, the food, all personnel, the drinks, everything.
Cons: Not a huge deal, but there were no towels to be had any day after 11am or so, and neither was the towel person that nice, either.

Pros: We are never disappointed with the Hard Rock All-Inclusives- loved the rooftop jacuzzi, fresh food with lots of options, good drinks, friendly wait staff (Jesus at the poolside area was particularly great). We felt safe and comfortable and knew we would be well-taken care of.
Cons: You have to know it’s more than an hour from the Cancun airport (but close to Tulum and some great snorkeling). Wish the Heaven (adults-only) side was bigger, as we had to get a room in the family side of the resort since Heaven sells out faster. But we love that there are adults-only pools and beaches (and restaurants) so we don’t have to listen to crying kids when we want to have some quiet time.

Pros: Tons of kids friendly entertainment, kids everywhere. Kids buffet, kids friendly meals, gelato at coffee shops. Great family vacation spot!
Cons: Room has two beds but it was only two double, wish it was queen. Buffet tends to run out of foods. Pool bar service is very slow and never come.

Cons: Food was good although after a few days, it got repetitive. They should have an Indian restaurant - people would love that.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself was not bad. The Tapatio, Corners, and Rancho La Carte restaurants were good. I wish I would have gone to the Star Cafe sooner, the pastries were good. The pool was very clean. I liked the Star Camp for the kids. Majority of the bartenders, waiters, and housekeepers were very nice. On our daughter's birthday, the housekeeper made a cake shape out of our bath towels on the bed, left chocolate dipped strawberries, and a nice note; she loved that they made her this beautiful detail.
Cons: The day of our arrival the rooms weren't ready until 6 pm. The food selections and taste at the buffets have some room for improvement. The food at the Beach restaurant was lacking taste. The animators need new material, the "pirri pa" and the Ciao Mickey Mouse" by the 3rd day it became annoying.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were beautiful, really loved the pools, I was like a little kid in the wave pool & lazy river, yay! The Food was great, everyone was friendly & Helpful, we even got a upgrade. Very clean & spacious room. Im coming back, oh yea the coatis were so cute and friendly I loved them.
Cons: I loved everything

Pros: Everything, it’s HUGE!!!!
Cons: That there wasn’t more to the shopping centre
7,9 Good
Pros: resort & property was extremely clean & beautifull. Suite was very nice. Staff very nice & helpful.
Cons: Very confusing. Reservations were required even if restaurant empty. Buffet was good. Our biggest disappointment was the food in the restaurants! Very substandard. The french was the worst(we went straight to buffet). The next biggest disappointment was having only on choice in beer. My wife & I are not big drinkers but like a beer before dinner. She does not like XX! Also no diet or sugar free drinks. No guest guide in room. These mat seem like small things, but when spending over $500 per night, they are important enough to us to never use Iberostar again.
6,7 Good
Pros: Pool area was huge
Cons: At check in staff was rude. Staff did not seem tentative.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Food choices, service staff
Cons: Pool closed too early, ‘preferred package’ was absolutely NOT worth the cost. I was offended that in order to sit poolside at a two-person table the resort charged a minimum of 150.00. However, if you sat four feet away at a table for 8 the price was ZERO. It code not a cent more for the resort to set up a two person table yet they tried to make a buck off of people and the way they did it with their ‘hostesses’ who were there to explain the ‘packages’ was in poor taste because they didn’t tell you it was no cost to sit at a large table unless you asked them.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all phenomenal. Abraham (waiter by pool) had everyone's drink full and was so friendly! He knew your drink orders after the first day and made awesome drink suggestions. Rene, Halmet, Jonas, Laura, Felix, and Miguel all were amazing on the entertainment team. Playing volleyball and the afternoon games by the pool had to be one of our highlights of the trip. They organized some amazing shows at the entertainment theater at night as well.
Cons: There are a lot of mosquitos in this area. We had to cover ourselves in big spray every night and still would manage to get bitten. The resort would spray a heavy fog every morning and evening to help keep the mosquitos away. The spray was not pleasant and left a lingering fog in the air for 20 minutes or so that we had to breathe.
7,5 Good
Pros: The friendly staff and commodities
Cons: The food didn’t meet our expectations.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the professional, prompt, and joyful staff. They are what make a great and pleasant stay. Everything was always clean and organized. They have staff on location around the spot always keeping everything perfect.
Cons: Didn’t get to stay long enough! We will be back for sure.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was a cruise fan but I am now a convert. All Inclusive is the way to go. The staff was amazing. I have never been so pampered!!
Cons: It would be great if they had a phone app for the resort showing specifics for the day. They do have a tablet in the room that provides this info so this is just a wish list item.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The resort was great for relaxing and unwinding! My wife and I traveled with another couple. Rave reviews all around. Resort is not massive as many resorts in the area are that they require transportation to even get to dinner or go to the beach. Everything was within short walking distance. The beach though public was amazing primarily because of the ability to snorkel with turtles just a few yards off shore. There are also little clumps of reef you can see exotic fish at. You do get groups or snorkel tours but it does not affect the beach or the enjoyment. The resort is very peaceful. Even the activities pool always has soft island music and not any thumping boom boom music. There are 3 total pools and the serene one is like a peaceful oasis of silence. Service was great. Couple of bars right by main pool one being a swim-up. Basic food service also available right at the pool. And 2 restaurants about 50 feet away from main pool. Excellent entertainment team (Felix, Karen, Jonas, Hamlet, Guadalupe and Laura to name a few) with a good amount of activities ranging from water polo, beach volleyball, pool basketball and volleyball, etc. Beach is just a few steps away from main pool. Enjoyed the fact you dont need bracelets or room key exchanges to get towels. You grab or ask for all the towels you need. Simple as that. Drinks were great which included good liquors such as Johnny Walker Black, 1800 Anejo Tequila, Bacardi, Herradura, Flor De Cana, and more. Restaurants were also top notch. There's Japanese, Italian, Mexican, French, Steakhouse and a seafood. Note there is no dinner buffet. Only breakfast and lunch. Kinda missed a dinner buffet for when we got the munchies. But all the restaurant food was for the most part top notch. Steaks, seafood, pasta, etc. all done very well. Desserts were hit or miss though. So we each just ordered 2 of what kind of looked good and you'd at least get one you liked. They are very small too. Evening shows were great too. Resort is close to Xel-Ha and Tulum ruins which we visited. They were great! Playa del Carmen is a $30 taxi ride each way if you want to visit. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: We agreed to go to the time-share presentation for $100 credit. DONT DO IT!!! Its high pressure and the last salesperson got nasty. Really left a bad taste in our mouth. Not worth the credit nor the supposed 2 free nights at another resort. Wish there was an evening buffet when you just dont feel like doing the dinner restaurant thing or youre tired or not feeling well.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The resort layout and grounds was beautiful, the service was impeccable, the spa is wonderful.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner and it was difficult to get in the restaurants for dinner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Although the food and drink are outstanding, it is the service and people we like best. Everyone greets you with "hola!" and seems genuinely proud to help. This is why we keep coming back.
Cons: I can't honestly say there is anything I would change. We had activities that we could participate in (or not) all day and evening. Entertainment spanned a wide variety of interests, and no boring shows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hospitality and customer service! The resort was beautiful, very clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness), EXCELLENT restaurants, beautiful pools with soothing lounge music (the middle pool), and the spa was our absolute favorite!!?
Cons: Only one complaint, the beds are really loud. Just sitting on the bed creates a loud banging noise.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: People upstairs from us running back and forth. Not much sound deadnig
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We had the swim out pool which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and room was one of the nicest I stayed in.
Cons: For the cost I don't feel like it was worth it. We went to the Italian restaurant and it wasn't good. I ordered from room service and theres a limit on how much you can order. My reason for booking this resort was to get more time to see the sea turtles. You can only to go to see the sea turtles with paid guide.

Pros: Everything was fantastic. It was intimate, clean, great food, very helpful and accommodating. We loved it ALL!
Cons: Wouldn't have changed a thing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hosts. Great location and facilities. Best homecooked Italian food ever. Probably the best resort we could have found in Mexico. Completely different experience than any of the large hotels in and around Cancun.
Cons: It has now spoiled all the other hotels for us. The bar has been set way too high.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. Tranquil, friendly place. We loved our little bungalow! Located right in the jungle, no noise except singing birds and talking geckos. Super clean. The nicest staff. Great hint on how to get to a beautiful beach as well.. And delicious meals prepared by Italian chef :-) Highly recommended!

Pros: This place is a dream! The hosts are super welcoming, the bungalows well equipped cosy charming and perfectly clean, breakfast is delicious and they offer a beautiful swimmingpool. This is the perfect romantic paradise !
Cons: Everything was absolutely perfect!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Little paradise in the woods. Nice relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Owners are wonderful people. Very hospitable and super friendly. Wonderful to wake up to the sound of all different birds in the forest surrounding the property. Breakfast was superb! We had dinner as well. Really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: WiFi was limited in our cabana, but we found it to be very relaxing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are really taking care of their guests with a lot of kindness, the place is beautiful, the rooms (cabanes) are perfectly organized and well furnished. This place is like paradise! And the breakfast is delicious! I wish I will come back one day in this paradise!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The owners, staff, pets, food and the facilities were all wonderful. And our family loved all their pets, especially Ramon! The bungalows are beautiful and even the toiletries are awesome. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was very unique although it was not real cold because it was very hot outside. You can tell that this property is very well taken care of and the owners have put in a lot of effort to make it very nice. And the sheets were very soft too.
Cons: There is truly only one negative and that is lack of air conditioning. It's too hot during the Summer with no air. It would probably be fine during the Winter months but it was a bit rough.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from the location to the room itself and the service. Vanessa and her family are running this hotel in an excellet way. They are always at your disposal and they fulfilled any extra request. One day we had to start the day very early and they ensured the breakfast was delivered at our porch half hour before we had to leave, even if well in advance of the normal operating hours. Also they were always available to give suggesstions on the surrounding turistic areas. The cabin is built in a very nice typical design and give from the get go a feeling of cozyness. All that is needed is there. The cabins are facing a central pool that is very family friendly. Also, the fact you have a kitchen allows to cook you own meals, should you wish to. However, we used the family reastaurant that delivers mexican and Italian specialties really home made and delicious. The location is retired from the main road that brings you to all major locations in the area, from Akumal to Tulum to Cancun or the nerby biosphere. Being in a forest, you really feel the nature and not the cars or any non-natural noise. The sound of nature and the quiteness makes this place very special and the entire family appreciated it above all the hotels visited while being in Mexico. The fact that also the complex leaves almost entirely on solar power makes it amazing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully located eco hotel which is wonderful to have a total relax, chill by the pool
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved it here!! The property is amazing: very natural but also refined. The cabanas (we had a standard one) are also awesome: beautiful and no sacrifices regarding comfort (fridge, kitchen, ...). But the best part of staying here: the staff. Vanessa and her mom are amazing. The food was EXCELLENT, both breakfast and dinner.(Make sure you eat dinner at the villa). They helped me to set up the proposal to my now fiancée with a romantic dinner at our own cabana. More romantic, no way. Muchas gracias y espero que volvamos!!
Cons: That we only stayed for 2 nights

Pros: Food was ok but still need to improve the quality of the ingredients
Cons: The staff was mostly unfriendly and left unsolved matters for a while. Their responses very discomforting. After a few attempts we started getting our concerns resolved.

Cons: Travel Club hard selling (time sharing).

Pros: Food was consistently good, including the buffets. Never felt crowded, always a trolley to help get around, staff always eager and helpful
Cons: Petty complaint, but there is No elevator to rooms. And the beach can be rockey when entering the water.

Pros: -The service was great, the staff were always there to help. -Te food selection was very good, there is always a restaurant open. -The beds were very comfortable and the room was very big. -The resort itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature.
