Cons: On booking site was stated that property pet free. That was the reason i booked it. I have an allergy on animal hair. But at place found out that pets were present at the hotel, even in opposite room. Find out, please, if it was booking fault or the fraud from the property side. Cons: - Too crowded for breakfast - not enough tables to sit. - If you book a standard room, you don’t get a nice view - it’s facing H&M huge parking. - They run out of double beds, offered extra pay to get an upgrade with one big bed, although we booked a room with one big bed. - Bad coffee quality for breakfast. - Sauna isn’t great, although offered for no extra charge, so it’s ok.

Cons: Every other day while staying there. Our room was cleaned except the bathroom. I had to go to the desk to ask them to change our towels or ask for toilet paper because there was non left. After a long day of exploring the city that’s the last thing I wanted to do is ask for things that should of been done before I got to my room. And nobody apologized and had to pay full price/rate those days.

Pros: Absolutely nice personal. Very friendly workers in the restaurant! (Lime cake is delicious!) Great spa zone for relaxation, especially during cold season:) 3 hours here fly by. Huge swimming pool (8 lines) and nice water park. Situated very close to the Old town, so you can enjoy a tour around the historical part of Tallinn. Not so far away from the port, what is comfortable if you travel by ferry.

I had an extremly Noisy room to the street and had to use earplugs for sleeping. Room decoration was different to pictures in the internet. Bath Room with Toilet was very small.

Pros: Absolutely nice personal. Very friendly workers in the restaurant! (Lime cake is delicious!) Great spa zone for relaxation, especially during cold season:) 3 hours here fly by. Huge swimming pool (8 lines) and nice water park. Situated very close to the Old town, so you can enjoy a tour around the historical part of Tallinn. Not so far away from the port, what is comfortable if you travel by ferry.
Cons: We had rather loud neighbours or it was the staff room nearby because during the day time there was a lot of noise. But this does not bother a lot, because the evening and night were great and quite. So it is just a small notice.

Pros: Fantastic staff who were always happy to serve, one of the best locations you'll find in Tallinn, at the doorstep to the old town, and right outside Hobbujama tram stop which is the cross roads between all tram lines (including the airport tram, route 4). Also within the property is a large shopping centre. The buffet breakfast, which was included in my way was delicious and plentiful, with many things to choose from. The hotel itself has a colourful history having been built in the 1970s by the Soviet Union to attract international tourists into what was once a closed city. At the time, Soviet paranoia brought with it the KGB who also felt very welcome in the top floor of the hotel, brought in to spy on foreign visitors. The Soviet Union is now long gone, and along with it went the KGB, guests are now free to be themselves. The hotel offers daily tours into the KGB life in this hotel, which cost me €11, and I'd highly recommend if you have a spare hour in your day.

Cons: The bed was a little too soft and springy, it didn't feel too supportive, but not uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep. The windows did not open, not even a little bit, so the room occasionally felt stuffy while waiting for the aircon to adjust.

Cons: Smelly toilet in room. Room was old, not modern. Also staff was rude, and didn’t help me whit persone in wheelchair.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the port and is great if you are coming in on Viking or Ekero lines. Oddly it is a little further afield from the Tallink ferry. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the old city.

Cons: The weather was cold and the heating system was not working properly in the room. It was a big problem because we were with our 1y old baby. You should have a shuttle to the Tallink port in the mornings and should provide early breakfast for the ferry customers.

Cons: Room was a bit too small for 3 of us. Sofa for the child was not made up. We had to do it ourselves.

Cons: After booking I was write by email and got agreement to have room with balcony. When I was there, the room was without balcony and could change only next day.

Cons: The spa area, while neat seems to primarily be the domain of local and Russian families who stay all day and pretty much hog the best spots.

Cons: I did not get the room I booked. I booked a standard double room (one queen bed), but I got a twin bed which was very very very uncomfortable.

Cons: One desk clerk repeatedly questioned me coming in to the hotel after he had seen me coming from my room and going outside 20 minutes earlier. This was humiliating and made me feel unwelcome.

Pros: The hotel's location was great as it's right in the middle of old town and everything we wanted to see and experience (museums and restaurants) were easily reached by foot. The room was tidy and clean.
Cons: We wanted to have a calm, quiet weekend getaway, but it seems that our room was located above a night club. You could hear the music all night long. Also, you could hear doors banging in the hallway and the people next door talking and coming back from bars late at night. So I wouldn't recommend the place if you'd like to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was pretty basic, not 4-star hotel quality.

Cons: One of the receptionists was a bit rude. They also requested a credit card number on paper, and I find it hard to believe that they have a regulation compliant storage for those papers. The breakfast was tasteless, also there was not much to choose from.
