We were supposed to have a superior room but the one whe had looked like a normal double room (quite small). The was an empty bottle of vodka under the desk. When we arrived, we asked if we could pay with the card we put on the booking but they refused. We then had to pay with another card and when we asked for a receipt, they told us it was impossible to have one at the check-in (that means we had no proof that we payed and they could have taken the money from the card we put on the booking...not very reassuring). We were quite disappointed as the hotel looked a lot better and more professional on the website.

Great location on the edge of old town. It's also tucked away, so is very quiet. The room was ok, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot. Wide selection for breakfast, though the hot food wasn't very hot. Staff were helpful There is also a large balcony, which is probably great in summer. I used it to smoke in the snow.
WiFi was a bit erratic.
