Pros: Good location
Cons: Beds were small and breakfast did not start until 7 on Sunday morning.

Pros: Hair dryers could be upgraded. They are very slow and don’t get so hot. The doors need to be adjusted so when people leave they don’t slam and wake others up. Otherwise, best Hotel in the area.

Cons: The elevator was broken.
7,0 Good
Pros: Everything was great except for two things. See below.
Cons: 1) no hairdryer, but I knew that from my previous stay. 2) plenty of hot water in the shower (a good thing), but no hot water in the sink this morning, making shaving less than joyful. Mentioned at the front desk at checkout and was told that no one else had reported a similar problem. I was satisfied with the response from the desk person.

Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Desk was great to have for work. Felt safer with the security of needing room key to enter after regular lobby hours.
Cons: No!

Pros: Honestly, the staff was superb. Although I only had interactions with 2 different people at the desk (Checkin and Checkout) they were very courteous and pleasant.
Cons: I think hotel pillows in general are terrible. It did seem to take quite a while for the whirlpool to fill, which the checkin clerk informed me off upon my arrival.
