Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location, and satisfying breakfast. However, many were frustrated by the recurring issue of non-functioning elevators, which was especially problematic for elderly guests and those with mobility challenges. While the overall atmosphere and amenities like the pool and gym received some positive remarks, there were also complaints about room odors, rough towels, and limited breakfast options. Despite some negative experiences, particularly with the elevators and isolated service incidents, most guests found the hotel comfortable and appreciated the attentive service.AI-generated from customer reviews
