10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to stay in the room with our doggos so hubby went to get us both breakfast (which is amazing by the way!). One of the staff saw he was struggling with all the plates and offered him a box to take upstairs. That's customer service! The room itself is very nicely decorated and was a relaxing place to call home overnight. The shower (no tub in our suite) is huge and the shower head is actually above my head! I'm only 5'7 but on our week long road trip and staying in a hotel every night, this one was the first I didn't have to contort myself under. All in all I highly recommend this hotel!
Cons: The hotel is right off a very busy highway and also seems to be a popular place for trucks and rigs to stop momentarily. It gets a bit loud but it's not awful. Also, the pillows are square so if you're used to a long rectangle pillow they can be a little awkward to pile up to sleep on.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good bed - very clean.
Cons: Fan in bathroom was mis-wired and couldn’t be turned off. Thermostat could not be adjusted.
7,9 Good

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the rooms were bright and cheery. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: While some members of the staff were very accommodating others were not. When asked to check out an hour later they were not willing to make any adjustments at all. This was difficult as I had to leave meetings early to check my wife out before noon. Also maid service was asked if they could wait 15 minutes to clean our room & they said no!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was all very nice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and an awesome pool and slides for the kids.
Cons: They accept pets, and we were unsure which rooms had pets or not. I am allergic to cats, but I don't think they had cats. No real problems here.

Pros: Pets are allowed in a very nice hotel.
Cons: Regular oatmeal instead of instant.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and easy.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Location is optimal off Zoo Drive.
Cons: No fridge, no microwave, no closet, no hangers, nowhere to hang my clothes. $--- price was a rip off and a total joke. Cannot believe I paid $--- for this room - felt completely ripped off and scammed paying this price for no amenities whatsoever.

Pros: Location, clean, good free breakfast with more choices than often get, friendly staff.
Cons: Had to ask for more towels which I got second day but back to 2 third day. A bit of mold in one corner of shower—need to use a little Tilex.

7,9 Good
Pros: The beds were super comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was ok, wish there was a meat option.
Cons: The staff was not friendly at all. At check in the girl took our card and handed us our keys. No explanation, nothing about the hotel, nothing. I had to ask her if that was it? Not very welcoming. Breakfast attendant also didn’t acknowledge anyone. For the price, I would expect more hospitality.
6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable.
Cons: Toilet in bathroom needed to be cleaner and light over sink needed. After connecting to Wi-Fi, the server would not download anything.

Pros: When I arrived it was late. I had to argue with the gal that I even had reservations. Thankfully, I was able to convince the gal to call her manager. I had my wife and two year old standing there for a hour at 2am. Not Impressed with booking.com lately. I feel like there should be more benefit to this damn thing. I cant imagine the greed behind this site. I mean as a member of this we should be able to see the revenue of this and damn near make money like you do LOL, I'm just not impressed Sorry.

Cons: The room smelled very musty. Got better as I turned the air on. Also, I called Marriotts Spring Hill number in Billings I thought. I was on hold for 5 minutes after I went thru a menu and got no answer so I used the on line booking as offered on the web page. I found out it was another booking site after I asked about getting the AARP discount. He said he couldn't do anything since it was not booked by Marriott. Kind of sneaky since I didn't realize it was different. My friends there with me got the same type room for about $30 less.
7,7 Good

Pros: All the staff, from front desk to restaurant were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. A burned out bulb was replaced immediately after we called the front desk. The beds were comfy, as were the pillows.
Cons: The nightstands and TV stands had fairly large chucks of laminate coming off and the bed skirts were very dirty. Since the sink/mirror area is so small, they could use a small table and better lighting by the full length mirror so more than one person can get ready at a time.

Pros: Close to airport
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The mattress is too soft.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean place for a good value
Cons: This was by far the NOSIEST place I have ever stayed. Zero insulation in the walls so you hear every sound amplified like it’s happening in your room. You also here everything from the street even though we were on the 4th floor. Air conditioner and heater sounded like some was hitting it with a hammer. Nice little spot but, if you’re a light sleeper, stay somewhere else.
