Pros (+) The main lobby was beautiful.
Cons (-) I got a room with a king size bed. It came with 1 pillow for the whole bed. The toilet paper in the bathroom was pretty much empty. Their wasn't enough to use once. Also getting into the room was a pain due to the bathroom door was open to the point of opening the main door it was hitting the bathroom door immediately. The bed was super uncomfortable. Not worth $100.00 a night. Plus the fire alarm...

Pros (+) Coni the manager was an excellent host for the conference that we attended; despite power outages, etc free ice machine close to my room. I would like to return to the Radisson Billings and stay in the Executive Suite; as intended, comped.
