8,3 Excellent
Pros: All was quite good. No real complaints.
Cons: They charged my card without giving me any opportunity to decide how I would like to pay (I got extra 25eur charge for currency change) and they were not too understanding and gentle in communication. But to be honest the reservation was pre-paid and they had the right to do that. Just not very nice about it. The coffee maker in the room is a cattle and some plastic cups - do not expect too much.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was exceptional (especially for Italy). A huge selection of food and I really loved the availability of healthy options. Very comfortable beds. Extremely clean with brand new bathrooms.
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds, kindness of the staff, cheap street parking pass for just €3/day, very dog friendly, Annex building is in the pedestrian zone in the middle of Ferrara just a few minutes walk of the main building, bicycles and scooters for rent. Tea cattle in the room.
Cons: The air-condition is a little bit noisy, but it was neither hot or cold, hence we just turned it off. I humbly do not understand why having a nice ceramic tea pot but offering plastic cups for hot tea in the room. It's a pity for the taste and the environment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice room

9,2 Excellent
Pros: a nice building, close to the city center, aircondition, bikes for free
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: A boiler or small pot to make tea would be usefull
9,2 Excellent
Pros: What is not to like? Hostess is very friendly and takes time during check in to give you useful information about Ferrara and supermarkets close to the location. She also Location is in a quiet area, but still in walking distance (maybe 5 minutes) from the centre. Bus stop from/to the train station is a 5-10 minutes walk. Apartment was spacious, with comfortable couch and good shower. Small kitchen with microwave if you want to snack or heat some water (there is no tea kettle). The apartment is cleaned every day and that shows, it was all very neat. Breakfast was very extensive, lots of choice. The croissants and bread are fresh, even a bit warm if you are really enough. Aside from that there was also yoghurt, cereal and juice. There was always a little extra (like cake or muffins) which would change each day. The hostess insists on making the first cup of coffee (or cappuccino, or espresso) for you. Very good place to stay, it feels like home away from home.
Cons: Bed was just a bit too hard for my taste, but still comfortable enough. A tea kettle for boiling water would be nice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The name! The peaceful location. The peace and quiet. The little kitchen was useful. The cycles in the yard. Cycling is the principal mode of transport in Ferrara.
Cons: The fact that the nearby Palazzo Schifanoia is now closed for restoration. No street view from our room.

Swimming pool is amazing - clear water - daily cleaning A couple of times a week, Paolo organises brunch, apertives, ... Very tasty lunch can be provided.

Pros: We stayed for just one night on the way back from Bressanone to Rome and as soon as we saw the place, wished we were staying for longer. Our room was huge with very comfortable beds and everything we needed. The pool was a lovely unexpected bonus, a good size and like everything else, super clean. Paulo was the perfect host and his enthusiasm for and knowledge of the property and his family’s home was great. Although we didn’t have time to really make us of the grounds we are really looking forward to returning and spending a little more time exploring Ferrara. So pleased we found this gem!

Pros: The owners were lovely! Very hard working and very accommodating! And the property is away from the town, but close enough to get to within 20 minutes. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast offered coffee, tea, breads, yogurt, local cakes, cereals, juice, fruit and salami. Nice way to start the day! A very popular restaurant in the area, La Stella, was a 3 minute drive and we ate there all 3 nights. Great experience! It was delicious and reasonable. Try the fish soup! Seemed like many locals are there because after the second night, I began to recognize some faces:-)
Cons: The Wifi was spotty at the property.

Cons: The only minor issue was that the wifi did not work in our room.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean, quiet and in a great location. The Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. All in all its a good hotel.
Cons: The Hotel is good and I would recommend it. but needs some Improvements in the kitchen! The breakfast selection was a bit poor ( very limited options ) The bread looked old, the waffles were cold, no vegetables such as cucumber or tomatoes and most of the food didn't look fresh (The jam Tartes were good and looked fresh). This wasn't a big problem for us; as we were there only for one night as a resting stop from our round trip. I guess what was provided fitted the price we have paid.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location Nice and kind stuff Very helpful stuff Room was very nice
Cons: Noise from outside Noise from upstairs
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very good breakfast, comfortable room, super friendly staff, car parking provided as requested. If I come to Ferrara again, I will definitely look no further than this hotel. Very satisfied.
Cons: I could not manage to change the settings of the air conditioner in my room. But I think it was for the better anyway: if I could make it work, I'd set the AC to extra cold (as the weather was really hot) and probably catch a cold. As it was, it was just right :)

Pros: Lots of free parking, close to the city. Quiet, clean, large room. The people at reception were pleasant and spoke good English. A book on the area is presented on check-in along with a map of Ferrara. The bed was comfortable, the shower was small but adequate size with lots of hot water and water pressure. There are no window screens but the air conditioning worked well. We did not have the breakfast.
Cons: There was smell of cigarettes in the hallway in the morning.

Cons: Ok
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Parking was big enough
Cons: - On check-in reception guy was almost too polite and try to show us everything what was a bit of annoy. - Breakfast room is too public. Every time that you go to the room or to restaurant you need to go throw breakfast room. - Nothing to eat for breakfast! Only sweet goods and 8 pcs of ham and 4 pcs of cheese. No milk, no yogurt to drink, only fruit yogurt. You need to drink from plastic glasses (juice). No eggs, nothing hot to eat. - On the toilet light was turn on all the night (you couldn't turn it off). You receive 2 waters in minibars that is very loud. - Wi-FI is not working at all. - I have bigger screen for my computer then TV was in the room. - Bed was to soft. - Due to family emergency we had to left one night early, we understand that we choose non-refundable room, but if you get 65eur per night without city tax. Don't ask to pay 5eur of city tax since we left you 65eur for room that we didn't use for 1 night.
