Pros (+) The bed & pillows were comfortable.
Cons (-) The doors slam so hard that they’re not only heard, but felt. We were woken multiple throughout our stay during the night. The walls are thin & we heard conversations that were behind held in the hallway, as if they were in the next room. I ordered coffee on Sun morning & was told it would be 15-20 minutes; I cancelled my order after 45 minutes passed & it still hadn’t arrived. Very disappointed, ...

Cons (-) Shower only put out scalding hot water. Tv remote did not work. No coffee anywhere in hotel. Ice machine broken. Plugins didn’t work.

Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. The valet people were very nice and accommodating. The bar was nice but pricey.
Cons (-) The front desk staff were not very helpful. Our room was not cleaned the next day. The beds were made but the bathroom was still dirty. In the lobby restroom they were out of soap and toilet paper.
