Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests found the hotel to be poorly maintained and unclean, with frequent complaints about bugs, dirty rooms, and general disrepair. While the price was often cited as a positive, many felt the value did not match the advertised amenities, as features like breakfast, pool, and restaurant were often unavailable. Some staff were described as friendly or helpful, but issues with safety, noise, and misleading advertising were common. A few guests appreciated the location or laundry facilities, but overall satisfaction was low due to cleanliness and maintenance problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
