Pros: The had a great breakfast.

Cons: The equipment in the fitness room is in poor condition. The treadmill is wobbly and the weight machine is hard to work.

Pros: The location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was huge.

Pros: They provided free airport transportation, no one else in town does. I called a month in advance to check on this because of the pandemic, spoke to Lance who was so helpful and did arrange two rides for me. This was important because my flight was getting into Lansing too late to get my rental car (the counters close so early on Saturdays), and I had to go back there the next day for this. Other transportation is very hard to get right now.

Pros: The breakfast is wonderful as is Tom.

Cons: Bathroom floor a little cleaner . I did see an ant in there.

Pros: AC didn’t work. Staff said we could grab a fan downstairs. Wasn’t the same.

Cons: The toilet in the room did not work, they changed the room but they gave me one bed and the original reservation was for two. breakfast didn't taste good

Pros: I let the staff know we were traveling with our dog and cat, due to a move into the area. The staff were prepared with a ground level room that I could walk my dog out of to allow him to do his business. They also had a treat bag for him.

Cons: Nothing really. The food was ok for continental breakfast. Probably could've been better, but under circumstances of coronavirus, it was adequate.

Cons: The room was not up to date to include microwaves mini refrigerator and the sheets we’re not changed ans when I asked for some the staff was not worried about my request, she was busy on her cell phone!! I will not recommend this property nor return unless my issues are addressed and I get some form of compensation because they clerk said that the hotel does not refund money when checking out early, so I got taken for 80.00 dollars

Pros: I used to stay at this facility frequently when it was a Hampton Inn (about a year ago or so). I didn't realize that ownership changed and they were now a Comfort Inn. I found them through Kayak and I'm glad I did! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the fitness area, pool, or breakfast, but I know they were all there for me. I'll be back!

Cons: It's located near an interstate freeway and I was a little afraid that the room might be noisy, but it wasn't bad at all. About the only complaint I can note is that the wired internet cable they provided didn't work (the wall jack just had a hole in it, with nothing for the cable to connect to). The wireless access was free; they provided credentials on the outside of the holder for the room keys; it worked great - so it was no big deal.

Pros: We stayed here for two days for a convention. The hotel was about 15-20 minutes away from it, which wasn't very nice, but it was also booked two weeks before the convention. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was nice. I left a pillow there and called about it the day after I left, and I received it 4 days later. Overall it was a good hotel and I would consider staying there again.

Cons: The breakfast that was included was questionable and the shower heads were very low, I'm 5'10" and I couldn't get my head under it without having to bend down. However, these are both minor things and there's tons of other food choices in the area. I would still happily stay here again.

Pros: My son had a basketball tournament here in town for the weekend and our stay was great. Very close to all his games, close to all restaurants and the highway.

Pros: This hotel is clean and conveniently located just far enough from campus to avoid the noise. There is a golf course adjacent to the property. We stayed in a queen suite. It had a full fridge, stove and microwave. It seemed to have been recently remodeled. It was perfect for us.

Pros: Co-location with University Club facilities nice. U-Club dining good, but bar closes early if in need of late night, and a very long and confusing walk from the hotel. U-Club health facility appeared nice, but they would not allow under 18, even with a parent, despite hotel telling us it was acceptable. We were there in winter, so no pool available, but it appeared lovely assuming East Lansing will ever thaw out.

Cons: One of the worst hotel beds ever. Virtually no water pressure for shower. Leak (repaired) in ceiling. Dated decor and musty smell. They claim a proposed redo is in progress and it appeared to be addressing some of the above concerns

Cons: The spa bath pump didn’t work on the spa bath. The bathtub in the bathroom needs replace I thought I was gonna fall through the tub. There’s a puddle of water in the center of the tub and I showered last night which means when they put the tub in the bathroom it wasn’t set right underneath it. The Bed was so stiff and springy could hardly sleep. Plus there’s only one tv. Just all around a disappointment. I will be spending more money next time at a better hotel. Not here

Cons: Guests having party, drinking, ALL afternoon on patio right under room, until at LEAST 12:30 A.M. Overnight front desk staff was completely unhelpful. Clerk clearly didn't care that us and our 3 year-old were being kept awake. Even when we complained at 12:30 A.M. about the noise, he brushed it off and did nothing to help. Otherwise, staff and hotel were excellent, but when the front-desk clerk sides down-plays guest complaints and sides with a bunch of drunks... we will NOT be staying here again.

Pros: The girl working the front desk was very friendly. She gave us lots of ideas of fun things we could do around town. She even knew one of my son’s names after only seeing her a couple times.

Cons: The website said the pool and restaurant would be open May 31, but when we checked in on June 4th they were both still closed. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool so that was a disappointment.

Pros: I love that my 2 bedroom suite had 2 separate bathrooms in each bedroom, as well as a full kitchen with pots and pans, plus dishes. Not to mention a beautiful fireplace.

Cons: First off, the tv in the main suite did not work. It took them hours to figure out what was going on, to where eventually we had to move to another room. The first room we were in also had ants. The 2nd room, was way nicer and bigger, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. It needed some updating though. The lock on the door to our room broke as soon as we locked it. Also the shower head in the bathroom was extremely loose. Other then that it was decent. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Cons: When I booked the hotel online, the website said they had a pool. Well they do technically have a pool, but it isn't open and actually has no water in it at the moment. I had some pretty disappointed boys.

Pros: We went for a wedding and stayed here.the front area is beautiful when you walk in! Our room was very clean and all staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast and bar was not included in price but was available and really nice. There is a lovely courtyard only accessible from inside, great for lunches.The LA Senoritas is within walking distance just across the drive and was a great place to relax. The waitress was so fun and attentive, I think her name was Sheila. We were about five minutes away from the wedding and ten from the reception so it was a perfect location for us with plenty of shopping spots in between. Great experience overall. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Dinks left in the fridge from previous guest, A/C would not run properly it was either freezing or too too hot. Would not run on auto. The front entrance sidewalk was gross, no ashtrays so cigarette butts everywhere.. the breakfast was a complete joke, and the receptionist couldn't be bothered to answer my 73 year old mother's question about a veteran discount. Extremely disappointed overall. No oñe cares one iota about their job performance or that property. Radisson should be embarrassed to have their name on it.

Cons: The pillows were flat no room service. No one picked up the trash during our 3 days stay. Also the room had a funky smell like dirty feet.

Pros: I had an issue with closing my door, and after telling the front desk, they had a maintenance person come and fix it.

Cons: the heater didnt work, and their door should have better seals on them because there is definite sunlight coming through open unsealed cracks on the side, and bottom of the door. which makes it so you can hear everything that is going on outside your doorway.

Cons: This place is in serious need for new management and upgrades ! The tv in the room is seriously small , probably a 20 inch could honestly be a computer screen . I’ve never seen a housekeeper during my entire stay (5 days) they cleaned the DAY BEFORE MY CHECKOUT on their own . Breakfast included in price is a granola bar , juvenile juice box and mushy or bruised fruit . You have to insert your key twice for it to open the room door . Our door didn’t shut all the way in its own so , you guessed it , the door was ajar all night one night . The outside door is NEVER secured despite the signs . The elevator opens while off level creating a falling:tripping hazard . The hotels store is desperately over priced and NO THEY CANNOT charge it to your room so don’t forget to bring money and ENOUGH . The lighting in the room is poor , consider turning on all the lights at once . The air conditioning unit is from the late 1900s…need I say more ? My specific room had a burnt iron so I couldn’t iron my children’s clothes . I really feel ripped off ! I was going to take pics but if you’re one of those ppl who have to see it for themselves , you will see exact what I’m talking about and wished you listened ! Definitely not worth the price .

Pros: Location was phenomenal. Near everywhere that mattered to me. The hotel was very quiet. Staff were good. Not much conversation with them.

Cons: The room needed some updates. It wasn't DIRTY but it was lack luster. The corner lamp shade had stains on it. Not sure if cleaning tried wiping them down at one time or if the room flooded at some point. BUY again, for what I paid it was top of the line. I would stay there again if the chance came up and the price was right.

Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff was congenial. The location was great. It was pretty quiet.

Cons: The elevator is quite a distance from the rooms, and the stairs are hard to locate. The stairwells were dingy and dirty. My air conditioner barely kept the room cool even when it was on high and set at the coldest setting.

Cons: Room's carpet were damp all the time. Bed sheets were damp all the time. Carpets were not clean - step into the bath tub and just look at the dirt and hair that would come off the bottom of your feet. And this is after wearing socks and shoes.

Pros: Great children's amenities beyond the pool, ping pong, toddler playground and arcade. Kept children of all ages happy on a rainy afternoon.

Cons: Central areas were showing age and breakfast was mediocre.

Pros: Location was perfect for what we needed, the bowling alley, arcade & restaurant next door was really nice. The staff was very friendly and nice upon arrival.

Cons: The hotel is in rough shape. Tons of water damage, causing peeling of drywall and open drywall. All of the joints where the walls meet the ceiling or floor was so dirty and gross. Lots of dust bunnies in the cold air returns. Caulking in the shower was peeling and dirty. It just was not worth the money. We could have stayed at a lot nicer and cleaner of a hotel and paid the same amount of money.

Cons: Room Heater not working. Stayed in room 157 end of hallway rooms. The back exit door, nearest our room is not secured, was able to open from the outside even without using the key access card. Didnt feel safe on overnight stay. Was asking for another pillow upon check in at 6pm. Front desk said no more housekeeping until the next day.

Cons: Nobody had a mask on that worked there.

Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly, good free breakfast, 9 ft pool.

Cons: The hallway and bathroom smelled moldy, the a/c did not work well, small television, small bathroom, only double beds, no queen size. The bar area was never open, and you couldn't be in the courtyard after 11pm. I was with lots of family, and was not able to sit and visit with them.

Pros: Myself and a lot of other people were in the bar area. The man came out and said we close at 10 y'all need to leave. The other guest were upset as well.

We were followed to our room from some guy at one of these party rooms. The room definitely did not match the photos from the website. Bedding looked dirty, huge gap between the door and frame, wires dangling from where the smoke detector was. Bathroom was the worst. Black hairs in the tub and on the floor. Not sure bathroom has ever been cleaned. The refrigerator froze solid anything we put in it. Room was just filthy. Woken up several times by the smell of cigarette smoke either coming from the pillows or the room next door. Surprised how dirty this place was considering how paranoid the state of Michigan is with Covid

And it just had an all-around dirty feel when you walked into it I would not stay there anymore. The price that I paid was not worth that room.
