Hotel not ready for three staying in the room. No cookies were ever offered. A random food charge was erroneously assigned to our account. The indoor pool was closed for construction.

Cons (-) This hotel was a very big disappointment compared to the Radisson in Kalamazoo. It is old, out of date, run down and expensive for the quality of stay When I commented to the staff they agreed and said the were thinking of updating
