Pros: staff friendly was very confused on the drop off where to go, leave the car & the person at the counter left & went outside I think for the customer in front of me but didn't say anything about coming back to help me
Cons: when picking up car explaining some things about the car, for someone that has never driven this type of car, like starting, window adjustment, heat/cool adjustment, would be helpful

Pros: Woman at Lansing desk was very friendly and was willing to join my small talk. We need that kind on honest people at customer services.
Cons: Drop off was kind a mass production. Hurry officers were trying to give information to all customers in same time. Something to fix/change in drop off process?

Pros: The car was comfortable, clean and a pleasure to drive.
Cons: When we picked up the car in Lansing, the guy behind the counter did not know what he was doing and it took a long time. We learned that the regular guy had to leave to take a car to somebody, so we understood but we did have to wait quite a while for the other guy to figure out what to do.

Pros: Gas mileage was above 35miles/gal/
Cons: Cashier was not able to process credit cards, and gave unheard explanations. The car had uncomfortable seats.
Pros: The car was clean and plenty of room. One fill up we got 35 mpg.

Pros: Easy pickup and drop off.
Cons: The price that I was quoted when I made the reservation, was NOT the price when I picked up the vehicle. It was $100 dollars more when I picked up the vehicle.
The vehicle that I reserved online, was NOT the vehicle that was available when I picked it up. I reserved a luxury car, and received some type of SUV when I picked it up.

Cons: Windshield fluid was empty and after I filled.it, it leaked. I was driving in snow/slush and had to keep pulling over, dump bottle water on to the windshield then turn on wipers, otherwise after a little while of driving, I had zero visibility making it dangerous for driving.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: They rerouted me to another rental provider because they don't staff their own desk. There were people in back that didn't come out to help so I had to wait for a long time with other customers. The return lot is unstaffed and not well marked. Took way too long.

Cons: The Car selections were very limited, no options to be exact, kayak needs to let customers know they cannot use a debt card at airport terminal car rental places. I paid more for a midsized vehicle for 1 week than a full size from the same company

Cons: Rented online for Enterprise pick up at the airport. Arrived and Enterprise said we booked at another location, we were a bit confused. The biggest perk from Kayak was pick up and drop off at the airport. Enterprise did not have a shuttle to the different location. We chose another rental car agency at the airport because it was cheaper than the car rental at Enterprise with the added taxi cost to and from new location. Disappointed with both Kayak and Enterprise.

Crappy Car and Service
Pros: The guy in the office says "Sign all this..." Part of which was the inspection. I haven't even seen the car yet at this point. He says, "Sign it anyway and it'll be fine," in his cool guy cocky way. The car was a mess and not even full of gas. Sorry to annoy you, dude, but I'm not signing for something sight unseen.
