Pros (+) They provided free airport transportation, no one else in town does. I called a month in advance to check on this because of the pandemic, spoke to Lance who was so helpful and did arrange two rides for me. This was important because my flight was getting into Lansing too late to get my rental car (the counters close so early on Saturdays), and I had to go back there the next day for this. Other t...

Pros (+) Facilities and staff were great, the room was bigger than expected. bathroom was a bit tight.
Cons (-) The heater.... every time it turned on, it was absurdly loud and impacted my wife and I sleeping well throughout the night.
