Cons: The breakfast spread was amazing and to a great quality however the staff always seemed to be a bit unorganised and it was an effort to get their attention for a coffee or a tea. It seemed as they were proactively trying not to serve.

In room had electricity sockets that were damaged by other clients - this happens when person sticks plug that does not fit, thus spring within sochek gets damaged and one can not plugin socket anymore. Unfortunately I had both damaged near bed. 2. in bathroom there is an macro mirror with light, but batteries where dead so there was not possible to use the mirror as it was intended.

Cons: On booking site was stated that property pet free. That was the reason i booked it. I have an allergy on animal hair. But at place found out that pets were present at the hotel, even in opposite room. Find out, please, if it was booking fault or the fraud from the property side. And i hope that in the future booking will control it's contractors more strong. I trust booking and looking forward that everything would go in a proper way. WBR. Vlad Goldberg

Pros: Excellent location with 20 minutes walk to the city, and 30 minutes walk to Teliskivi Creative City area! Some rooms look out onto the old harbour. Modern, clean, and comfortable beds. Its also possible to check out late with prior notice. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are always taxis available. Many activities and outings can be arranged before you arrive. This is a great hotel for a short stay in Tallinn.

Pros: Our suite (room 300) was spacious, well-lit and had a large balcony overlooking the ferry harbour. The bathroom had a bathtub, bidet, walk-in shower (much appreciated as we are senior travellers) and the ventilation was effective. There was also an extra toilet in the suite. The extra large double bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons: Every other day while staying there. Our room was cleaned except the bathroom. I had to go to the desk to ask them to change our towels or ask for toilet paper because there was non left. After a long day of exploring the city that’s the last thing I wanted to do is ask for things that should of been done before I got to my room. And nobody apologized and had to pay full price/rate those days.

Pros: Excellent location with 20 minutes walk to the city, and 30 minutes walk to Teliskivi Creative City area! Some rooms look out onto the old harbour. Modern, clean, and comfortable beds. Its also possible to check out late with prior notice. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are always taxis available. Many activities and outings can be arranged before you arrive. This is a great hotel for a short stay in Tallinn.

Pros: Our suite (room 300) was spacious, well-lit and had a large balcony overlooking the ferry harbour. The bathroom had a bathtub, bidet, walk-in shower (much appreciated as we are senior travellers) and the ventilation was effective. There was also an extra toilet in the suite. The extra large double bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons: The WiFi in our suite was very weak. Help was requested from the hotel's IT expert, who was not available during the weekend and we had to wait until Monday morning for assistance. Breakfast was the same each day (rather boring for a six night stay). Fresh fruits and more imaginative warm dishes would have been appreciated.

Cons: we had massively oversized pillows (very high!!) that were good for sitting up but impossible to sleep with. Since we did not notice the pillows before we were about to fall asleep we couldn't be bothered to ask reception to change them. I ended up ditching my pillow and slept without anything, that was rather uncomfortable. I'm sure they would have changed it for us if we would have asked earlier.

Cons: Room was chilly and when I turned heating system on, it was very noisy. Breakfast omelet tasted really bad. Reseption lady, she spoke very poor Estonian, so I didn't get my answers. Value for the money was very poor. Room was chilly and worn out. Floor was full of scratches and cold. I ordered extra large bed, but when I arrived, they gave me two separate beds pushed together! What a joke! Next time I spent 30 more euros and I get better room and service some other hotel.

Cons: I am just so tired of the arrogant and impolite (when they do certain polite manners over the top) customer service in Estonia. This is the problem with the Estonian customer service: there can be many well trained customer service people at one place, but then there is few, who really just don’t care at all, they let you feel that they really wouldn’t like to be there and talk with you, although they are getting paid for that. The room was ok. The bed wasn’t so comfortable. I don’t know why I thought that there will be a small toothpaste and shampoo tubes ... there were not such things.

Pros: Fantastic staff who were always happy to serve, one of the best locations you'll find in Tallinn, at the doorstep to the old town, and right outside Hobbujama tram stop which is the cross roads between all tram lines (including the airport tram, route 4). Also within the property is a large shopping centre. The buffet breakfast, which was included in my way was delicious and plentiful, with many things to choose from. The hotel itself has a colourful history having been built in the 1970s by the Soviet Union to attract international tourists into what was once a closed city. At the time, Soviet paranoia brought with it the KGB who also felt very welcome in the top floor of the hotel, brought in to spy on foreign visitors. The Soviet Union is now long gone, and along with it went the KGB, guests are now free to be themselves. The hotel offers daily tours into the KGB life in this hotel, which cost me €11, and I'd highly recommend if you have a spare hour in your day.

Cons: The bed was a little too soft and springy, it didn't feel too supportive, but not uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep. The windows did not open, not even a little bit, so the room occasionally felt stuffy while waiting for the aircon to adjust.

Cons: It couldn’t have been worse honestly. I’m not a picky person when I travel whatsoever. I traveled 8 months pregnant for my birthday weekend and a last hoorah before baby. This is rated a 4 star hotel and was anything but. We got to breakfast at 9.20 (served until 10) and it was literally empty with no plans to replenish. I asked for an extra pillow and was told “no sorry”. There was used towels and left belongings under my bed. Bed was uncomfortable and I got 4 hours of sleep per night. The stairs were difficult to navigate and when I called to ask about this before our stay I was met with a rude staff member. Horrible smell everywhere and staff is super unpleasant. The ratings from booking and TripAdvisor differ so much for this hotel that you have to wonder if the bad ones were censored. Tried my best to enjoy my time despite the huge mistake of hotel. Would literally be better off with a hostel as this was the level of service you receive here. This is my first poor experience with booking.com and I book a significant portion of my travel with them. Will be rethinking in the future.

Pros: Such a great location. Lovely old charm. Quiet. Very helpful staff.
Cons: WiFi speed was terrible, basically unusable. Beds were quite soft which was fine for me but not for my sister. No coffee making facilities in the room.

Cons: Our first room was over a disco at night which went to 5am - no sleep. Ask for a quiet room well away from this disco.
