Sunny Isles Beach resorts

Pros: The location is fantastic!

Cons: The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The hallway to the rooms are outdated and has a funky smell. The beds are in desperate need of new mattresses. Could most definitely use an update.

Cons: They charge for all kinds of things and tell them that everything is paid as a site controller they say that it is not true and that they have different thing

Pros: It was right on the beach, food was great but very expensive!

Cons: Lots of hidden charges, they take advantage of tourist, no one is helpful.......long waits for anything!

Pros: The atmosphere, the Christmas tree and the location.

Cons: The concierge's at the desk are so busy multi-tasking that they do not have time for interaction with the staff on a meaningful and consistent level. Every request is another task despite that pleasant demeanor. Anyone can see they have more tasks than can be put upon a person and still expect excellent customer service. They are not available to answer the phone because they are so busy so requests at all phone numbers are often in vein. The difficulty is not with the staff as I found them to be very friendly however the management has put upon them more than they can handle.

Pros: Location

Cons: This is a nice hotel. But they need to clean the pool area. Is full of sand around and inside the pool.

Pros: Very nice old hotel room was clean location is very convenient There are shopping and restaurants across the street

Cons: Clean room was not good. Dirty floor, dirty carpet. Staff just make bed and poor bathroom clean

Cons: Go to beach early come 4 pm you lose sun do to high rise n Ed xt door other than that perfect scenario

Pros: Nothing hotel super deteriorated dirty and was under renovation which was never anounced..... elevaters out of service.... stafff was rude specially the night manager vincent....and the rooms were super old and dirty... we found sand and cigarette buts in the balcony and sheets...

Cons: I went w 3 baby's and there was no bath in the room only a shower. Also the picture shows the room had a wall in between the bedroom and seating area and my room had no separation. This is unexceptable. I would like to be compensated for all the inconvenience I had.

Pros: Location was the only thing I can give as good, ok we will say it’s clean nothing else

Cons: To expensive, you have to pay for everything, nothing included, they say kitchen but have only a micro way and a little fridge no plates no forks or nothing else, so even if we bring food nothing to eat, for the beach they only give you two old towels and a chair no umbrella cause you have to pay extra, no food you have to pay, advertise as kitchen and parking but have to pay 20$ per day for parking, simple two expensive for nothing !

Pros: Location is great. Easy to get to South Beach and other areas of Miami. Lots of stores within walking distance for food and necessities. Beach area is very nice. Restaurant on the pier had a Caribbean feel. Drinks are pretty expensive compared to the food!

Cons: The constant noise of spring breakers in the corridor. Even after phoning the front desk several times and spoke to the manager the next day, nothing changed but at the end I could sleep one night out of two.

Pros: kids activities, pool and beach were very nice. Also nice have a 1 bedroom suite with separate sleeping areas for the kids and adults

Pros: The paid parking system was convenient, you could select a self-parking or service-parking. The latter was just a little bit more expensive, but it was worth it.

Cons: The standard-room could has quite borrow views, end even the window is tiny. I didn't expect that the view from the standard-room would be luxurious, but I didn't like to spend nights in a cellar.

Pros: Location - beach

Cons: Room was dirty and in terrible condition. Complained to hotel staff and they said that hotel is fully booked so no possibility of relocation.

Pros: I already stayed several times in this hotel and will choose it again due to location and value for money

Cons: This time, when I arrived I was not given the room type I had booked (one bedroom room instead of a bedroom suite). Since I knew exactly to what room I was entitled since I stayed in the hotel before, my room was changed but only after some insistence from my side
