Air conditioner and thermostat did not work 79 degrees in room! Light switch at sink was taped shut, no cups in room, no bathmat in bathroom.

Pros (+) Two out of the three staff members I dealt with were accommodating and nice.
Cons (-) The first room they gave me the a/c didn't work. They were very accommodating and gave me a new one promptly. After the multiple times of my key cards and others key cards didn't work I finally got in my room. The showers smelled milldewy right away.
