It was a very good flight
Boarding process was insanely unorganized and we boarded twice so it was very apparent the gate agents had no ability to control the situation. Announcements were quiet or never made

Customer service was not good. Flight 526 Boarding crew staff member named Brooklyn, was very rude. She was only forcing people of minority to pay for their bags, and she let others pass without question. She refused to give her last name. She provided us with the worse flight experience. She threatened us that “if you don’t pay, you don’t fly.” She said, “I’m not going to give you my last name, I’m the only Brooklyn here at spirit in Las Vegas!” She had her badge turned over so others could not see her last name. When asked to speak with a manager, she stated “the manager doesn’t come here for this kind of problem!” Please reprimand this person for her behavior, very unprofessional, unkind, unjust and rude.

Low cost and they board quickly. They are bad-focused. My bag fit the sizer and the zipper pull was still poking out. I was told even the pull had to fit or it’s $90 to out that same bag inside the plane. It all fit, so not to worry, but a zipper pull makes the difference? Come on!
Spirit airlines sent me an email stating my flight was not booked due the a payment issue (payment was still pending) come the morning of my flight is when they stated my “flight” time was changed to a earlier time. I want to add that email was sent at 11:45pm the night before I was supposed to depart. They wanted to fault me for the flight. I will NEVER fly with them again. I will be have my bank issue a CB for poor customer service.
Always late to take off. 3 out of 3 flights late to depart!
Well they first cancelled my flight due to weather which is understandable… but then rebooked flight in reverse .. I caught it and had it taken care of but then they changed it to fly in at 11pm Saturday returning Sunday Morning at 6 am to fly out instead of Monday like promised … so I had to pay another flight just to get home … also told me it would be 72hrs to a week to figure things out … I don’t plan on using Spirit ever again.. I have another booked and trying to figure out how to change it and go with another airline
I liked nothing. Stop delaying the flights
Severe delay from 10.00 pm to midnight. Spirit admin gave up on keep updating the delay after delay… we started boarding 15 minutes after the posted latest delay. No USB charge in aircraft. And as usual, spirit airlines the ONLY airlines that charges for water. Website and spirit airlines very aggressive ve and annoying with pushing customer to buy additional services… repeatedly in the same session….. I rather pay little more on other airlines, and avoid Spirit airlines aggressive sales of unnecessary services.
Spirit Airlines once again earns their poor reputation with multiple flight delays, incomprehensible voice announcements, rude and churlish flight attendants, and not even a mini bag of pretzels for customers. This really is the epitome of “you get what you paid for”, and this airlines is cheap for a reason
They charge for everything. A carry on should be free or told during the ticking buying option if you wait to get to carry on at the airport the going to change you 90 dollars for a little bag. I flew once before and the service was trash. They seem to have gotten the service part together. A lot of helpful people.

this flight was better than most flights I have taken, flight attendants were very friendly and considerate of some minor inconveniences we encountered but Spirit boarding/check-in staff is always disappointing no matter where we are.
The crew was very polite! Getting of the plate could have been better!

You can improve on the overall experience. You are the Hyundai of the Airlines. I think Southwest is the same class and 10X better!
My flight was delayed for 3 hours for no discernible reason.
Online check-in was annoying and possibly ON PURPOSE CONFUSING. Had to read and reread the fine print and look around to confirm that I don’t have to buy a seat. The seating nap showed no no-fee seats availability. When I still declined to buy, and after an effort, found the “continue without buying, sit me anywhere, even separated from my group,” we were auto-assigned good seats - 9 D&E - together. Prior to the flight, a week earlier, I was informed that our flight schedule Changed. We didn’t mind at all that the outgoing flight was changed to a later flight - insead of 6:15 am, 8:45 am- we were happy with this change. However, canceling our 7:15 pm return flight and offering a 6:15 am flight instead, was impossible for us to accept. We already had horseback riding tour booked. We ended up canceling this segment, and buying a one way flight with southwest. It cost us more than three times the cost. Not at all happy.
I paid a couple hundred for a small cabin bag which is more expensive than the flight. There was no drink or snack offer - not even a water.
We had such a great experience. Flight was right on time and staff was so nice and helpful.
