Cons: Unfortunately the safe didn’t work, we did mention it but it wasn’t repaired but no real issues we Locked our stuff in our case. Also the air conditioning didn’t seem to go very low and the room didn’t cool down much.

Pros: Very nice hotel situated in the Triana district of Seville, which has some very nice tapas restaurants and are more tourist friendly than some other areas of the city. Hotel Monte Triana is just across the river from the main city and only takes about 10 minutes walk from the hotel before you're at the bus station, or "in" the city. Exactly what you'd expect from a 4 Star hotel; lovely staff, service and amenities. I sprang for the breakfast on my first morning there, after needing a little bit of normality in my diet after eating tapas, bull tail and various montaditos for 4 days solid. It was exaclty what I needed, bacon,eggs, cereals, fruits and importantly; a cup of tea.

Pros: The parking was much appreciated in the cost of the room and our windshield was cleaned before we left the next day as a considerate extra from the hotel. The staff changed out the TV in our room when the original one failed to work properly. This was done in a timely way. The air conditioning was working and the room was cool when we arrived on a 39 degree celcius day!

Cons: Only possible critism was that at 14€ the breakfast price was a little steep, but at a 4 star hotel, that is to be expected. It's a big hotel in the middle of a vibrant city so you'll hear the other guests coming and going, and a degree of street noises.

Cons: Aircon was cold and couldn’t change it. House keeping walked into our room without knocking at about 915am and laughed when i made it clear i was angry and disgusted. Location is terrible from centre. Remote control on tv need new battery, the front doors of the hotel are locked and you have to be buzz in and if the front desk person is buzy you have to wait til they can come over to open the door and this is a 4 star hotel that looks amazing.

The lighting in room was not in order, she immediately came up and let us move to another room. Everything was managed properly. The size of the room was good. Quite spacious. Cons: On the other side of the river. Neighborhood is residential and seems very safe, however walking back at 11 PM from Plaza Espania made me feel little uneasy just because there was no one on the streets. That's all. Maybe I felt this way because we were two women ( myself and my teenage daughter) walking and I my nature is that I am usually highly safety concerned.

Cons: Out experience with the staff- they appeared to be quite rude. Due to language barrier it appeared that hardly any staff spoke english. Throughout the whole stay when walking into reception there was a horrible sewer smell which let the hotel down. I understand spain in general has sewer issues as when you do walk down the street the smell still remains

Cons: On Arrival No welcome, (Katerina ) staff were dismissive. When asked about parking preferred to point in direction and give little eye or engaging contact . On greeting her with “Ola “no reply just wanting to get the room handed over .. job done . On checkin no info / map given about area no mention of welcome drink to the side of reception area even though we mentioned we had just driven from Nerja on a 38 * very hot day . Information on pool .. available at until 10 pm and opened at 12 noon nxt day . Next day noticed clients in pool area at 10.30 . And a flock of pigeons bathing in the pool .. Decided to check out early and drive to a friendlier hotel we had stayed in 2 other hotels in Spain 1 other being in Seville also and the staff were superb. Very friendly and courteous as would be expected by a 4 star rating . Would not recommend or return , sorry we decided to check out different side of city and use another hotel for walking reasons . Also the shower has no regulation changing from very hot to cold when in use ..

Cons: Air-conditioning in the rooms was not very effective but did cool the room down eventually and was quiet. The beds were quite "bouncy" and not the most comfortable. The pool area would benefit from additional shaded areas. Big problem with people placing towels on the sun loungers but not using them.

Pros: Everything. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very nicely decorated and smells really good (important to me). The room was a 5 star room. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The towels and bedding is very nice. Lots of space. Large bathroom with great water pressure in shower. Toiletries and the bag of candy on the bed was a nice touch. We did not have breakfast, but from what we saw, it was nice. They have onsite parking which is such a treat when you travel in the small towns in Europe where parking is difficult. We plan on returning to Sevilla and will no doubt stay here next time.

Cons: Position was too far from the best part of Seville. Laundry service expensive, and was unable to be returned for two days, then mixed up with other guests washing. Airconditioning broke down on our last night. Breakfast was mediocre by most standards. If a hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, it should have at least an ice machine. Walls are thin, we were kept awake well after midnight by a family in room next door.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Near constant construction noise could be heard throughout the day. The staff kindly switched our room to a less noisy one, though the noise could still be heard. In my opinion, the hotel should not be open to guests during such a major construction!

Pros: This hotel is located right at the San Bernardo metro and tram station. The tram will get you to the city centre in like a good 5 minutes. The rooms are very clean, and spacious, have good airconditioning and the beds are excellent. The windows are not that well insulated, but after 23h30 , you hardly hear any noise at all, even though there's a bar right across the street. (We were on the tram side, which stop near 23h30) And, very handy for an allergic person, there are no carpets. You can book a parking space just below the hotel, and frankly just use the public transport, or hop on hop off bus (about a good 20 minute walk to the centre Toro d'Oro) The breakfast is until 11h30, so you can sleep in if necessary, but don't arrive 10 minutes before it closes, if you want to avoid judgmental looks ><) The breakfast is very varied, containing hot and cold food and even soy milk and almond milk.

Cons: The staff were not very friendly - polite, but seemed to be reluctant to smile and engage in anything aport from answering direct questions. This was very unlike my experience in the NH Granada hotel, where the staff were warm and friendly.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel to the Santa Justa train station. Plus the fact it had a grocery on the next street behind the hotel. Also there was a very clean laundromat within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was spacious but the view was a construction going on next door. The jacuzzi and swimming pool on the rooftop was excellent. Wish the hours of those facilities was longer especially in the summer.

Cons: I was somewhat disappointed with the service this time. Within the first few hours of being there, I reported to the front desk that the toilet seat would not stay up and could they please fix it. I subsequently asked a second time. Nothing was ever done about it during my four-day stay. Also, I had one of the cleaning staff remove all the extra pillows from my room because there simply wasn’t any space for them and I didn’t need them. Two of them were brought back the next day. I’m not quite sure why these issues were dealt with properly. It was disappointing.

It was very spacy, clean, with quality furniture and very nicely decorated. We arrived by car and for convenience used the hotel parking which was quite expensive, as any other parking in the historic centre. The hotel is in a quiet street, about 15 min walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar of Seville. And if you would like to enjoy a quality Flamenco performance, the Casa de la Memoria is a great place just 5 min straight walk from the hotel. The staff was helpful and provided good advice when asked, although we had little interaction with them, being out in the town for most of the day. Overall we had a good stay and think it was a good value for money.

Cons: The rooms are not really sound-isolated, a couple of times you could clearly hear the phone conversation from the neighboring room. Also, when taking a shower or flushing the WC, the water rolling in the pipes became very noisy, which was especially disturbing in the evenings.

Pros: In general the hotel was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and it was quiet at night.
Cons: It is a bit far from the city center, but it is a nice walk (if it is not too hot)

Pros: Everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly even keeping our cases on check out as we had business to attend to. The facilities were great, food, drink, wifi, lovely rooms and onsuites. The hotel is modern, bright, clean and very spacious. Lovely

Pros: The room service was very clean, the ladies doing there job are very friendly.it is very central and quiet a small bottle of water in the minibar for 3,50€ (in the shop across the street 0,35 cents) that is a "little" rip-off.
Cons: We didn't liked the dirty dishes at the breakfast. Almost every day the same food but u have a big ranch of different dishes. While eating the people working in the restaurant were very loud doing there job. Mold in the bedroom and the bath...the bathroom door is not functioning well everytime you try to open and close it makes a noise like it's going to break apart (glass door) door of the balcony is not functioning properly the bed was two hard also the pillows.we had backaches everyday:(

Cons: Unfortunately our room had a substance that looked like black mold around the windows. When I enquired about it the reception person apologized, and said that they were waiting to have licensed people in to to remove it. I found it strange that people could stay in the room, but specialists had to be hired to remove it.
