Pros: Good breakfast. Nice pool. Very quiet even though in a city. Very pleasant staff. Shaded parking spaces. We had a junior suite, which was spacious.
Cons: The beds were o.k. but not great for those of us with bad backs. No real sitting room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was ok
Cons: We requested a particular room we had last year but were denied !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful building in a lovely area close to Jerez centre
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The service from the moment we arrived was excellent. When we sat down to check a waiter named Juan came out & poured us a glass of water followed by a glass of sherry.....what amazing service. Susana who checked us in could not of been more friendly & helpful, always smiling. The fab service continued around the bar area & by Juan again st breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The villa is beautiful & we thoroughly enjoyed the chilled out vibe around the gorgeous pool
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great great property - Best Coffee ever
Cons: Little distance to downtown
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Large room. Car parking. Swimming pool area. Helpful concierge.
Cons: Looking tired in places. Cooked breakfast a bit mixed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Charming friendly welcoming and calm property. Were offered a choice of sherry on arrival and at bedtime. The bedroom was beautiful, large and comfortable..separate walk in shower as well as jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Loved the calm atmosphere around the beautiful pool. Would love to come back.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect, although maybe some decoration downstairs as some paintwork was in need of restoring.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely rooms and very close to the equestrian school which was where we planned to visit
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Had an amazing welcome after a hot drive with a complimentary glass of sherry by a very friendly Paco who could not have been more helpful. We chilled with a drink by the inviting pool, before checking out our air conditioned room which was spacious and the bathroom huge. Breakfast on the terrace was superb
Cons: Nothing could be improved
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Nice Pool Very quiet and relaxing

Excellent 8,8
Pros: A bit bigger hotel offering very professional service in all fields. The room was smaller and not easy to stay even for 2 people because very narrow corridor next to the bed. Really wide breakfasi intcluding special offer from the cook (eggs, pancakes, etc.). Very helpful staff offering even printing of our boarding pass free of charge. Free parking in the hotel's parking area, sufficinet Wifi.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We booked this hotel because it had free parking, and it was easy to leave the car there while we stayed in Jerez. It's located a little out of town (10 min very pleasant walk) which means it's quiet but easily accessible. Great swimming pool outside (one indoor, too). Enough sun loungers and nce towels. Safe in room. Great showers. We'd recommend staying here.
Cons: The gym was boiling with no air con. And we had to ask reception about how to turn the air con on in our room (simple when you know how but instructions in the room would have been good).
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Good accommodation with lots of areas for relaxing. Good service in the pool side restaurant with very good food being served.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My 3rd visit this year! Fantastic breakfast, very helpful polite staff, lovely pool terrace & bar
Cons: I would like a kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved everything. Hotel, staff, food, facilities
Cons: There was nothing i didnt like
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything.... lovely bedroom, excellent food, wonderful gardens with swimming pool and charming staff.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, and facilities were all to our expectations. Had been recommended to us by a friend that had previously stayed in the hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great breakfast, swimming pool and room.
Cons: The air conditioning was weak in the room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean, comfortable. Highly professional staff. The el Abaco restaurant on site is second to none. The food is exceptional and the service brilliant.
Cons: Tea and coffee making equipment in room.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The pool and gardens are fabulous! At the end of August there were plenty of sunbeds and lots of parasols and trees for shade if needed. The pool was cool but lovely in August. I imagine out of peak season it may be rather chilly.
Cons: It's a fair walk from the centre though not horrifically so! There are rooms without balcony so please be aware of this. Drinks and food are relatively expensive compared to Jerez itself but that's normal for a 4* hotel I guess. There are no bars or restaurants very close to the hotel.

Pros: Lovely rooms excellent breakfast and the golf course was in excellent condition short drive into Jerez with excellent restaurants on offer
Cons: Extra golf charges Additional fee if you want to play golf before 12, expensive buggies
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very relaxing place
Cons: Place is infested with mosquitoes, cockroaches and wasps. The open buffet was disappointing
Okay 4,2
Pros: Villa was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast great choice
Cons: Location terrible, cost a fortune in taxi’s! At time of booking, paddle tennis was listed as a facility, but there were NO paddle tennis courts!!! Reception staff not helpful or friendly. Pool towel policy a joke, we were expected to keep towels until the next day. On arrival no help with luggage and reception did not appear to be expecting us. Requested iron and iron board which never arrived . We were so unhappy we checked out 3 days early of a 7 day paid stay, no offer of any refund, we were happy to be transferred to sister hotel in Seville, but we were not accommodated in any way.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Barcelo Montecastillo is a Perfect place I liked everything
Good 7,1
Pros: Staff was helpful especially at the restaurant. Sophie particular was very professional and friendly with our kids, thank you!
Cons: SPA facilities could be improved by extending time opening and teaching your staff to speak English. Also you might need to get more people during busy period as I wasn’t able to book massage, as it was already fully booked. Furniture in the lobby looks a bit dated and well as menu in the bar- you need to updated it according latest trends.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Pleasant helpful staff. Food very good. Facilities especially golf very good. Pretty setting and gardens.
Cons: Sounds from reception area heard in room despite being moved.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: 4th time staying at this hotel. I love it. Great facilities and pleasant people.
Cons: It's very quiet. If you don't like quiet then it's probably not for you.
Good 7,5
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Food Bed View from the room
Excellent 8,3
Pros: This is a beautiful golf course and resort outside of Jerez. It is beside the Jerez racetrack and sometimes you could hear the buzz of the racecars but it did not bother us much. The facilities for golfing are top..a great practice area and a beautiful course that is very well maintained. The main hotel is well appointed and caters to the needs of mainly golf clients but also has many other extras - pools, sports clinic, spa, etc. We stayed in one of the villas which was comfortable, albeit the decor was all a bit bland. It was very clean and handy to get to the pool area. There's a wonderful children's water play and nursery which wasn't yet open for the season but looks great for families. The food was very good..a large and plentiful breakfast and lunch buffet with a la carte options didn't disappoint. Air conditioning worked well. Beds very comfy!
Cons: In the villa, many things were provided but for example there were no bowls, no dish soap, no salt and pepper.. a few things were missing. The decor of the living//dining room is pretty bland. No artwork.. a lot of empty beige shelves- all a bit blah.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Golf course could do with some TLC.

Pros: Convenient central location and very clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Better breakfast than expected- and proper pots of tea!!
Cons: Access with the car was a bit tricky - if you are planning to use the available parking, make sure you ask for directions to the parking area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel has the wow factor. Everything was perfect from our magnificent room to the great staff and the superb location. We were staying one night as part of a trip to see the Andalucían Horse Show. Highly highly hugely recommended.

Pros: Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Jerez De La Fronterra. Walk out the front door and you're right in the heart of the town with everything around you. The rooms are also excellent with every comfort and detail thought of. The restaurant food was exceptional. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!!
Cons: Parking was a little difficult to get in and out but manageable.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beautiful Hotel. Good location. Friendly, English speaking staff.

Pros: Upon arrival we received and upgrade to a larger room with a nice balcony in the main hotel, the staff were very helpful. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, with probably the best pillows we've ever had on holiday. €20 taxi into Jerez itself and walking distance to the Racing Circuit.
Cons: more staff in the terrace would have been better, they were rushed off their feet due the large amount of Communion parties, the large pool didn't have any water in it, although the small pool was more than adequate.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect for visiting the Circuit at Jerez. Really nice hotel and very helpful staff, Breakfast as always was really good and enjoyable sitting outside on the terrace. Bar staff very helpful and attentive.
Cons: Na
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff very friendly. Excellent facilities.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Everything. Buffet was excellent and beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing.
Cons: There was no bar at the adult pool, even a small one would have been great. There were also no sockets beside the bed which I thought would have been useful.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Beds are separate two single beds no queen or king size bed available . Buffet food wasn’t good at all The swimming pool in construction not accessible No kids entertainment or clubs as advised Rooms very small and balcony quite dangerous The curtains are not blind curtains therefore it’s extremely hard to sleep !
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Loved the pool and the children's water park. Also, great buffet (ample selection).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love the fact that it has a pool for adult. The breakfast is amazing, specially the smoothies

Pros: Staff friendly. Bathroom very clean. Basic but great value and very traditional, great atmosphere. In good position to get to the sights and to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Nothing to not like. Functional, fab value.I really enjoyed my stay.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Lovely feeling, beautiful plants, friendly and helpful staff! Hope to come again soon!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel is delightful! From the moment you step through the door into the plant filled patio reception area, guests are made to feel very welcome. Juan was very knowledgeable about local places of interest and restaurant recommendations. My room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The hotel location is excellent only a few minutes walk from the historic centre. Breakfast is not served in the hotel, instead you can go to a nice cafe just around the corner.
Cons: I liked everything about this hotel.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The gentlemen at the reception was extremely helpful and concerned about our comfort. He gave us a quiet room as we requested. He gave us good information about the points of interest in the old town and where best to eat.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Awesome quality-value ratio! Very clean and extremely central to walk around the city center. The staff was very friendly and polite. Would stay again, no doubts.
Cons: -
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, lovely and clean and the hotel owner was very helpful. My friend and I were delighted with the stay. Take some earplugs for the "darling" cockrels on a morning. (Not a problem as it is a lovely sound).
Cons: Nothing that we could fault about it.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very calm location, about 20 min from the railway and bus stations. Big supermarket Mercadona is about 7-8 min walk from the hotel, which was very suitable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and i’m grateful for the support.
Cons: -
Good 7,5
Pros: A very nice man working on the reception.Very simpatic, funny and great tips!thank you very much!
Cons: Very small bathroom very ,small room(one bed).
Mediocre 3,2
Pros: Nice lobby and approach.
Cons: Awful bed. Backpacker standard. We;ve found alternative accomodation in Jerez, which in comparison is luxuary and only a couple of euros more.

Pros: The breakfast was very nice. It had enough options for a selection to the point that I overate.
Cons: They charge $12.00 for parking which I thought was a lot
Excellent 9,5
Pros: Hotel desk staff really helpful. Gave good advice on visiting Tabancos and booked trip to a Bodegas for us. The hotel itself is in a good location with easy access to the town centre. Taxi from station only 5 euros.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Super terrace to sit out on and in a great central location
Cons: There was a bad smell in the room at times
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Did not eat breakfast at the hotel but there are two cafes next door doing a very cheap Spanish breakfast .The room was larger than expected and the staff were very kind as our suitcase was delayed for two days and helped us with extra toiletries and directions on where to buy clothes at a reasonable price . Central hotel and only a short walk to the main attractions of Jerez .Would definitely stay again .
Okay 5,0
Pros: Great service from staff , excellent breakfast . Hotel easy to find with parking secure and easy to use and find . Location was so central with a short walk to all restaurants and attractions - highly recommend!!! Bed also very comfortable...
Cons: Very happy with how a small problem was resolved immediately
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Break first very good selection. location very good
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location was perfect. The staff were great and the accommodation was very nice. I would go back again
Good 7,9
Pros: Nice hotel, located a short distance from the centre and bars/restaurants/churches, etc. Secure on site parking, though there is a charge.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The position was good and with easy parking
Cons: We had two premium rooms one with terrace and this room was lacking in mirrors as there were none in the bedroom. The other premium room was at the front of the hotel and the large yellow street lights even shone through the curtains!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The breakfast was the worst I have had in any hotel, let alone a supposed 4 star hotel. Stale bread, poor selection, not fresh, unhappy staff, broken equipment, toaster that doesn't toast, the list is endless.
Good 7,5
Pros: the bar and restaurant no35 was really nice , staff were very helpful in everything we wanted. pool was very clean and big we used it every day just to cool off, cost wise for a hotel was very reasonable,we will be back.
Cons: just a slight smell from the drainage system in our room.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: A quality hotel, spotlessly clean, great rooms and a friendly staff especially on reception. Breakfast excellent too
Cons: What’s not to like!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great staff, great pool and spa, and great restaurant. Rooms are ok, clean, quiet, and good a/c. Good bed, good mattress.
Cons: The rooms need renovation, specially the bathroom, furniture and flooring.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: wonderful pool, excellent staff, very peaceful
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Room
Cons: Pay for swiming pool (towel)
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The restaurant is amazing, very nice food at very fair price. The breakfast is also very good. Rooms have good size.
Cons: Noise by cleaning team in the morning. Toilet loosing water all night and making noise.
Good 7,9
Pros: The room was light and airy with a good view of the pool.
Cons: The room smelt of smoke , there were no tea or coffee facilities and just one bottle of small water between 2 of us that was complimentary. The snack bar was very very limited indeed. The room service was very limited and despite advertising 24hr the menu was restricted at certain times and most things were not available. This meant a 35 minute walk into Jerez to get something to eat and drink and 8.5 hrs of travelling.

Pros: The hotel was very nice although the room we booked was not as per the photos we were there for one night so it didn’t matter. The pool was very good with nice comfy loungers. The room was a good size, and we walked to town from the hotel and to the Andalucian Horse show. There were car parks on the property which was a bonus. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We had a room equipped for people in a wheelchair not what we booked.
Good 6,7
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Pool photograph creatively taken, pool very small. There is only 8 double sun beds and those were in very poor condition, requiring replacement. The hotel looked tired in need of updating particularly the entrance which displays a very worn red carpet. Staff not particularly friendly. More resembles a 3* than a 4*
Okay 5,0
Pros: Room was a good size but only had a small window overlooking scrub land. Only 10 minute walk to old town and plenty of points of interest around.
Cons: Bed was horrendously hard and uncomfortable.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: No ironing board and traffic noisy if room overlooks road.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Selection of food at breakfast
Cons: No UK news channel on the tv and the cups in the room were for espresso size coffee only
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfectly placed between The Andalucían Equestrian Centre and the centre of the old town. Easy onsite parking at a reasonable price. Opening windows, excellent bathroom with bathtub.
Cons: Pungent smell outside at night. Had to close the window.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Pool smaller than the picture on website
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The pool was fantastic. Gym was round the corner. Massage was excellent. The staff were very helpfull.
Cons: The bed was like laying on a tile floor, other than that everything else was excellent.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location was good. Car parking was very handy bonus. Breakfast good value and great choice. Room had lots of space.
Cons: Pool was VERY small compared to photos. Do not want espresso in the morning so was not happy that was the only option in the room. Our room was poorly lit by both window and lighting. Weird smell in hotel in the morning, probably from kitchen.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Lovely pool, not as big as it looks in the photo but big enough to cool off after a day sightseeing. A really nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Good 7,5
Pros: Good location to visit the Hipica.
Cons: No coffee making facilities in room, poor breakfast.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: hotel is a little bit far from the city centre, but it was excellent for us as we used it as a base to explore Cadiz and Seville as well as three days at Circuito De Jerez. Free tea and coffee 24 hours is a lovely touch! Staff were so helpful, recommending restaurants in city centre, printing off train timetables and giving us directions.
Cons: Breakfast was continental which I expected but it could have been better. Bar area un-exciting and not a lot of choice of drinks.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean and friendly staff, good price
Cons: The location was an easy 20 minute walk away from the main areas for food
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Parking available Clean Huge and confy beds Silent (room facing the football pitch) Efficient and Friendly staff (quick checkin and also provided a cot for our baby) Free coffe and soft drink in breakfast area
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Breakfast was good, with a reasonable variety of food. The room was 4-star level
Okay 5,4
Pros: Breakfast was simple but adequate, replenished regularly so late risers still had a good choice available to them
Cons: First room offered to us absolutely stank of stale cigarette smoke, cigarette burns clearly seen on bedside table. We were shown another room which did not smell bad but again there were cigarette burns on the bedside table. Clearly the hotel does not adhere to their no smoking policy.
Good 7,9
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was useful having the use of the underground car park.
Cons: We would have liked an in room safe, to save carrying out valuables with us. The breakfast offering was adequate, a bit more choice of cereal and prepared fruit would have been appreciated. The pathway outside the hotel was dimly lit.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: It was spotlessly clean!! Amazing.
Cons: Pictures of the views are very impressive but in reality is not.

Pros: Abundant breakfast
Cons: Need more staff, only 1 lady for many guests, nobody verified room numbers
Good 7,9
Pros: Pool
Cons: Pool bar should be open during the entire afternoon
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable and large, staff very helpful and nice. Hotel parking is available for free, in case of no free parking space street parking is available. Location looks very safe. Close to the hotel is a gas station which is very practical when you are returning your car in Jerez airport. Airport is 10 Minutes from the hotel. Absolute top is the pool with a bar. It is awesome after a hot summer day. City center is 20 Minutes by walk what is still comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
Cons: View from my hotel room could be nicer.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: The staff on reception were friendly.
Cons: The hotel is a €7 taxi ride to the old town. The hotel needs a repaint and refurb throughout. No coffee machine in the room. Breakfast not included in price. Nowhere on site to get lunch. Didn’t try dinner as we went out. The pool staff on day one kept coming and going. I think you have to hire towels.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Lovely clean hotel, great helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely. Pool lovely
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We stayed one night at the end of our holiday touring southern Spain. Was greeted by a very friendly and professional hotel staff member . Really appreciated the free welcome drinks by the pool. The bedroom was perfect and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent . We didn’t go into Jerez but used our night to drive to Cádiz which is less that a 25 minute drive away. Well worth a visit .
Excellent 9,2
Pros: We enjoyed the whole experience.
Cons: The pool bar could have been open.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great hotel with friendly staff. Pool was a good size, lovely and quiet plenty of sunbeds available and pool side bar. Couple of good restaurants nearby and 30 min easy walk into centre of Jerez. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Air conditioning worked well and there was a small fridge in the room.
Good 7,5
Pros: Location was pretty good and the pool was a great place to relax at the end of the Day
Cons: A lot of noise coming into the Room from the hallway as the drink machine is next to the room. Breakfast was not great
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Good value for money. Location out of town but handy for the riding school and had parking. Rooms big and quite. Bed comfy and pillows comfy too. Ideal if not wanting to be in amongst it.
Cons: The pool area was very old and messy - needs alot of work.

Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great swimming pool. Good hub for south Andalusia.
Cons: Breakfast was good but was same every day.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The front desk staff staff were welcoming and friendly, spoke English and were very helpful. We had a good laugh about living in foreign countries. We had food served at the beautiful pool and the food was hot and the drinks were cold and served by a friendly waitress. The room was comfortable and having a bath tub was a plus. Be warned the air conditioning doesn't work with the window open! The food in the restaurant was good albiet expensive but that's hotels isn't it?
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Quiet, nice breakfast.
Cons: Flies at pool
Excellent 10,0
Pros: location, ambiance, superb rooms, first class restaurant
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location was perfect for us, as we were attending an event at the Circuit nearby. The staff were very friendly and generally helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good choice and the food was fresh and kept stocked during the breakfast period.
Cons: Bolster pillows with no obvious alternatives The hairdryer in the bathroom was one of the old fashioned, hard wired ones that just get hot and don't really dry your hair. When I mentioned it to the Receptionist she told me I could have asked for one from Reception as they are in the process of replacing them - it would have been useful to have been informed of that in advance or in the information in the room. The restaurant were unable to cater for us (Vegetarian) unless we wanted salad every night we were there. Very disappointing - for example a vegetarian paella or pasta with a non meat/fish sauce should not have been too much trouble but it was
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I felt at home. Food was fantastic.
Cons: ?
Good 6,7
Pros: Service at the restaurant! The kitchen staff and waiters agreed to stay open for longer at night so my friends and I could have a late dinner after completing a tough triathlon in Jerez that night. Thank you so much!!
Cons: The reception supervisor/manager! Very poor experience by the counter when checking-in. We were informed the pool is undergoing maintenance and is closed. Therefore we asked for a lil discount or breakfast included to which the manager replied “No” and that if we wanted we could cancel our stay! Outrageous!!! She should really get some extra training on how to provide a great customer service and improve her communication skills.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Everything was perfetct. A hotel in the deep countryside offers an amazing ambiance, well-beiing and very nice facilities. Staff very kind.
Cons: Nothing indeed!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great position for the airport
Cons: Rather expensive restaurant
Excellent 9,2
Pros: I liked the room layout, the pool and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Breakfast was also beautiful.
Cons: I didnt like that in your room they don't provide basic things such as a kettle and mugs but yet you have a hob with no pans to use anyways. Some sort of facilities to make a hot drink would of made it a better experience for us.

Okay 4,2
Pros: Very clean. Good location
Cons: Tiny room which didnt correspond with photos. Very rude staff at reception. Asked for gluten free breakfast and was made sick as they clearly don't have measures to avoid cross contamination.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: It was close to the Royal Horse School.
Cons: It doesn’t have a pool or gym.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Room
Cons: Cost of parking
Good 7,9
Pros: As usual for NH Hotels, rooms are large and personnel very polite and helpful. In fact, we were lucky to find reasonably priced quality hotel in Jerez during fiesta de San Joan.
Cons: It is time to renovate hotel. Parking, of course is difficult to enlarge during renovation, but Volvo V60 I was driving fits inside very problematically.
Good 6,3
Pros: Location, value for money
Cons: Noisy room
Good 7,9
Pros: Very clean
Cons: No table or chair on Balcony
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Reception staff on arrival pleasant and efficient with local knowledge. Cool lemon water available in reception Beds very comfortable ,good choice of teas to taste and free bottle of water Jerez can be very warm in summer so water much appreciated
Cons: Small lift only could fit 2 people and luggage.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The location
Cons: Not up to the usual NH standard. The room looked out into a dismal central well with peeling walls.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff is excellent. The front desk staff, specially Rocio, were extremely helpful and patient. It was a busy weekend and she went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one, helping me finding local tours and restaurant information, calling for taxis and even finding lost items. She was always very helpful and calm which really made a difference in my stay. I would stay at NH again and recommend to our friends.

Pros: Localisation, and the team
Cons: No internet in the room
Excellent 10,0
Pros: District ; near everywhere.
Cons: Dark decor
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very central, helpful staff.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Good location in the center of Jerez, a bit comfy beds , spacious room
Cons: I stayed two nights in the same room were it had 2 single beds, the first night one person charged me 30 Euro refering to be a double bedroom and the next day they charged me 25 euros refering to it only for single person bedroom, in fact it was the same room with two singles beds, I didn’t like the concept that they charge double or single prices for the same room!! The toilet was very small and uncomfortable it was impossible to sit on the toilet ( design error of the room) No car parking facility only outside where you should pay , the beds was basically clean but the covers was dirty ( it was 2 white staines of other persons thing !!) so imagine what I mean , In booking the price was 23 euros and when I told the check in staff he said no it’s 25 so while I was booking through the website he changed the price to 25 and I ended up Paying 25 euros very cheeky !!
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: The location and the exit
Cons: Noise in spite of asking for a quit room got one with a neighbour from hell Smell of stale cigarette smoke Fake check in times Small bathroom Dangerous cleaners when I moved in the bathroom floor was still slippery and wet
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location in Jerez excellent, helpful staff, room clean
Cons: Bit dated but nothing to complain about
Good 7,1
Pros: Location and price
Cons: It was ok for a budget hotel
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The hotel was very central and the staff were really friendly and helpful (despite my lack of spanish!) It was a safe and nice experience
Cons: It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room with tea and coffee and a restaurant, or breakfast room would be good, but these are the only amenities that I think were missing
Okay 4,6
Pros: There was nothing to like other than location was ok
Cons: Broken drawers, big stain on the ceiling, broken floor tiles

Pros: The hotel exceeded expectations. It’s an absolute gem and staff couldn’t be friendlier. It’s very traditional and dripping with Andalusian charm. I’d go back in a flash.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lourdes was excellent staff
Cons: All was good
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location near the station and bus depot
Cons: All good
Okay 5,8
Pros: Service.
Cons: Room very small. Mattress very thin. Location middling.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Fantastic interior. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast available.
Good 7,9
Pros: The interior courtyard was atmospheric and very quiet. The staff was lovely and helpful. They put an extra end table for the beds upon request as well as extra pillows. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do.
Cons: The room was a little basic. There was not good space for suitcases or places to put toiletries in the bathroom
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great location for Jerez, and very helpful staff, which provided recommendations. Very graphic hotel. Gives you a sense of the real Andalusia!
Cons: No lift.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Location good. Fairly clean.
Cons: Room 117: A/C was dripping, when I told the lady at the front desk she shrugged & gave me towels to put on the floor. Not impressed. A horrific sulphur smell came up from the sink every time I used it, it got so bad that I demanded a new room, they obliged. Room 11 was better, but walls were paper thin, atmosphere was grimy and smoky. Fittings weren't secure. Needs maintenance. Do not stay in room 117 unless you're a fan of legionnaires disease and rotting eggs.
Good 7,9
Pros: The decor and location
Cons: On a noisy road
Good 6,3
Pros: The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. The location great, and it is next to the city centre.
Cons: We got a room without light, as it is an inside hostel and there was no ventilation. The room was quite small and warm, but the bathroom was ok. The price was not so cheap for such a small room, but in my case it was not so bad for what me friend and me needed.
