Cons: - Elevator sometimes awkward (the last two days we took the stairs to be sure). - Water not strong enough for shower but it seems to be a general issue in Andalusia. - The recommended so called “free” tour during which we spent the first 45 minutes to go picking participants from 3 hotels and which in the middle of the tour proposed payable guided tours at “special” prices (which may not be so special).

Cons: Unlike some of Hotels, change towels every day and have tissues in bathroom. But this hotel doesn’t change the towels every day, and not have tissues. For two days, the cleaner didn’t give hand towels in both our rooms.

Cons: We booked this particular hotel because of the pool and rooftop options and when we arrived we found that it was closed until the end of June. Perhaps of no fault to the hotel, but the closure of this facility was definitely detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay and was not advertised very clearly when we booked the hotel.

Pros: Location is good in the old city and the valet parking a godsend if you are driving - but it is modern and lacks charm. Easy walking distance of most of the major things to see. Huge number of restaurants within a five minute walk - many of which do good breakfasts at sensible prices. Spacious rooms; comfortable bed; bags of hot water; coffee machine in the room uncommon in Europe; nice rooftop terrace.

Had to call the front desk to get the AC turned on. Sometimes it was turned on and other times nothing happened. When it was turned on it was turned off a few hours later prompting another call to the front desk.

Cons: The double bed is not a king size but a queen size. If you are used to sleep in big size bed its better to book a 2 double bed room because then you get 2 queen size bed.

Pros: Really nice welcome at Reception when checking in. We had x2 rooms, garage access for two nights and x2 dogs (small to medium sized). Rooms were very comfortable - Seville in January can be cold/cool out of the sunshine, so the ACs converting to warm and cool was really a massive plus (I like a cold room to sleep but a warm room the rest of the time). Location was great - dogs were walked down to the Plaza de España although there is a nearer park depending on your wake up time (in other words, check the park opening times and signs for dogs allowed on or off lead) but PdE is a magnificent spectacle and worth the effort to walk to in the morning. Hotel has been done up so looks the part - garage access can be busy but worth the charge for us with the dogs. Seville is an architectural joy and this hotel makes a great starting point for exploring.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Near constant construction noise could be heard throughout the day. The staff kindly switched our room to a less noisy one, though the noise could still be heard. In my opinion, the hotel should not be open to guests during such a major construction!

Cons: On arrival we were given an upgrade.. but struggle to see what the upgrade actually was. View onto a wall, cramped bathroom with glass door which was cumbersome/slightly dangerous. Booked this hotel because we saw that it had good heating and didn't want to be cold in winter. .but the room was stuffy. Another reason we booked this place was because of indoor 'pool' which was exceptionally small and in a public space by the reception. Not a good atmosphere. We hadn't booked anything for christmas eve dinner and we were told by the reception staff that the tapas bars in the city would all be closed and that we should have booked something. We felt a little told off/stupid- And then managed to book us two places at a restaurant they knew. That was nice of them......but it was nonsense there were lots of places to go....loads of tapas bars open and we found a great place 1st try. So disappointed and when we explored the area we found a lot of great hotels for same price. Giralda lacked in any atmosphere and would not recommend. Sorry and disappointing.

Cons: 1. Cleaner does not left shower gel and shampoo, so I need to ask every time 2. My room card key was not working most of the tine, do I need to ask to fix that at recrption 3. Please note that the pool is in the bar area. 4.as it was new year, we ordered the New Year’s Eve dinner. It was non delicious. 4. When I book the room I asked for the late check out - at the arrival my offer was declined, as the hotel was fully booked, but I saw that on booking Ican book the room, so I consider that the hotel was not fully booked. 5. There eas only one rubbish bin, that was at the toilet. Very uncomfortable.

Pros: The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.

Pros: Just needed an overnight near Santa Justa train station. A very inexpensive solution with a surprisingly good experience. Sparkling clean, friendly English-speaking staff, huge room with attractive modern art and style. Not high end but very well thought out. Huge bath with double sinks. Comfy bed and linens. Great lighting and electrical outlets where they should be plus a dedicated charging station as well. I can’t remember when I stayed in a room this well priced with so many amenities. And in the morning just a walk across the street to the train station. Well done me!!!

For a short night in Seville it was so convenient to be able to walk to the Train station, with luggage in tow.
I asked for a quieter room as there were many on my floor and they immediately moved me.
They have toiletries and more than I needed.

Cons: Shuttle bus is not necessary, as both city and airport bus (and suburban rail) services are frequent, cheap and right outside. All the rental car companies are either in-house or very nearby. No suggestions.

Pros: Breakfast OK. Friendly staff. Small and clean room. I saw some travellers mentioned that the location is walking distance to all attractions. Well, that depends on your own definition of "walking distance". It is about 15-20 minute walk to cathedral and royal palace. But it took me about 40 minutes to Plaza de Espana. Having said that, Seville is a charming place. I don't mind wandering around!
Cons: I just checked my credit card bill. It seems that I was charged twice for the stay! I need to talk to the hotel about this. They don't provide a kettle in the room. I only drink HOT water in winter. I found it is inconvenient to come down to the lobby when I want some drink. Maybe this is only a problem for me.

Cons: The car parking was located in a park around the corner I was given directions but found it difficult on exit to find my way back to the hotel on exiting it was very dark inside and not very well marked up with signage. I found at it was possible to park free opposite the hotel subject to space being available.

Cons: I was initially sent to a room that was occupied! I thought the "Do not disturb" on the door was a mistake since I had a key for the room...but when I opened it, the bed was open and there was a drink on the table. I think the person had jumped into the bathroom when i opened the door. I ran quickly back to the lobby.
No internet!!!!! I had wi-fi in the evening and then when I returned from dinner to book the rest of my travels it was gone. Reception told me to use the public computer in the lobby instead which angered me. At least they do have that as a backup but for the amount I paid for the room they should have wi-fi as advertised.
The lobby and hallways were full of exhaust fumes it seems like. I avoided using the AC just because it would move the stinky air into my room. I opened the windows instead.
The room service menu is very scanty and what they do have is not good. I ordered a sandwhich, pretty gross but did the job. I set it in the hallways when I was done and within minutes I noticed it was covered in ants. That being said, the room and bathroom was very clean.

Pros: - It is not far from the centre, there are a lots of shops and restaurants around. As soon as we get out of the hotel, there is a commercial street. - We were not able to arrive at the hotel for our 1st night, because of the French National Strike, our flight was cancelled. I contacted the hotel. I was informed that we have already paid the night, so it is impossible to cancel the 1st night, however, they confirm that we can come when we want in the future on the condition that there is a room available. It is nice on this point. - The bed is confortable.

Cons: The beds aren't so comfortable. I have stayed in better places for the same amount of money. The heating wasn't enough. Also, the room had a door with winfow and all the light from the lobby pass throught it. I woulnd't recomend it.
