Pros: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.

Cons: - We have been upgraded into an executive room which consisted on 3 separate rooms, which doesn’t give the impression of being big. Also the room was very dark as only had one small window. Quite depressing - the breakfast is disappointing for the price (30 eur pp), nothing is fresh and you get plenty of processed meat and cheese and old cooked crepes. To avoid

Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Cons: The heating had been switched off in preparation to turn on the air conditioning but during our stay it was off . The room was consequently warm at night but after asking we were given a fan A member of staff on reception gave us the wrong information in respect of which bus to catch to return to the airport . Ended up on a local bus and had to jump off and by some miracle managed to hail a taxi in a residential area of the city . It was touch and go if we would have enough time to catch our flight !

Cons: We booked this particular hotel because of the pool and rooftop options and when we arrived we found that it was closed until the end of June. Perhaps of no fault to the hotel, but the closure of this facility was definitely detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay and was not advertised very clearly when we booked the hotel.

They couldn’t do enough for us during a very difficult period when Seville was closing down due to Corona virus. We will definitely visit Seville again and stay at Fernando iii

Pros: The hotel does not look much from the outside, but it is newly refurbished and beautiful and comfortable inside. A perfect location for cafes, bars, sightseeing and restaurants and main shopping areas. (5 minute walk). We absolutely loved this hotel. Nice bar, restaurant and cafe and great staff and great service, really friendly. Great underground parking if you need it. We intend to visit again after the virus scare and we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: We stayed here in March 2020 for 3 nights in a Junior Suite. The hotel has a nice,modern and light atmosphere and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an underground parking, a rooftop terrace with bar, swimming pool (also on the roof), a restaurant, room service and laundry service. Warning: our room was located at the 4th floor and the roof terrace is located at the 5th. In our room we could hear the loud music from the bar at the roof which continues until 22.00 and on Friday and saturday until midnight! Our room was a spacious, pleasant room with a wooden floor and excellent lighting. The room had a small refrigerator, a kettle to make tea, airconditioning, a safe and excellent WiFi. I liked the matras although my wife found it too hard. Shower is good and breakfast buffet very good. Within 3 minutes walk you will find a large supermarket. Less than 5 minutes walk you will find Calle San Jacinto with many restaurants and bars.

Cons: I don't have anything negative to say but there are a few things I wish I knew before I booked because for some people these could be deal breakers. If you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs easily this is NOT the place for you. I mentioned the place is like a maze, which I loved but when I had 8 bags (2 weeks worth of luggage for travel around Spain) and couldn't find my room for 45 min. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout of this place so some rooms are up around winding hallways and hidden passage ways & there are no signs. Not handicap friendly! The other thing is that there is only wifi in the one common area lobby - so if you need to work or don't feel like splurging on an international data plan, you'll be disconnected for most of your stay as a lot of surround places don't have wifi either.

Pros: Because of the Corona virus lock down we spent four days in this hotel instead of one. All our meals we had to take in the restaurant of the hotel: the Tablafina restaurant. Lucky us because the food was very good and the personnel great. Although we were forced to stay inside the hotel for a few days we still had a good time: large room, good wifi and roof terras.

Pros: The staff at the reception was very polite, good English speaker and efficient in solving any requests that I had. Very tasty, diversified and high quality breakfast. This hotel is in an area with good connections to public transportation, very close to the bus station that goes to the airport, and at a reasonable walking distance to the main touristic objectives.
Cons: Poor room lighting Lack of ventilation in the bathroom Towels are quite gray in color. I do not say that they are not clean, but that they do not appear clean. Bathroom is provided with a sliding door which most likely remains frequently open but if you close it you will find that no cleaning was done in that area neither before we stayed nor during the whole period we stayed there (5 days) During 5 days the bed linen was never changed, which for a 4 star hotel is a too long period. Apart from shower, shampoo and body lotion, I had to explicitly request any other amenities to which I was entitled: for example hand cream, slippers, makeup removers, etc. From a 4 star hotel you expect all these to be offered with generosity and not to have to ask it, which is a little unpleasant. However, once I made the request all the amenities were delivered to me promptly.

Pros: Because of the Corona virus lock down we spent four days in this hotel instead of one. All our meals we had to take in the restaurant of the hotel: the Tablafina restaurant. Lucky us because the food was very good and the personnel great. Although we were forced to stay inside the hotel for a few days we still had a good time: large room, good wifi and roof terras.

The NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas hotel is centrally located in Seville. It’s just 7 minutes from the Santa Justa station, next to the 1992 World Exposition Center and near Sierpes Street, a prime shopping district. Guests are within walking distance of the nearby attractions. The NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas is only a few minutes’ walk from the Plaza del Museo, a mere 2.5km from the Museum of Fine Arts and 3km from the Olympic Stadium. There are 5 meeting rooms, catering for anywhere between 8 and 190 people. She went above and beyond to make our stay a great one and will be the reason why we would recommend. Our room was fantastic, especially the balcony. We had a huge bathroom which was light and airy. The bed was super comfy and large. It was great to have a mini bar and coffee machine. We booked the hotel at a good price and the parking is good value for city parking. The hotel is located out of the central tourist attraction area. However, we liked this as it is a great, vibrant non tourist area with absolutely fantastic locals restaurants.

Seems to have loads of parking. Very close to Santa Justa high speed train station - you could easily walk it. Reception staff all professional.

Cons: The air-conditioning didn't work well, for example it blew with cold air when it was set for heating (30 degrees C). I had problems with wi-fi connection. It worked, but not always. Not always I was provided with body wash or shampoo while cleaning the room. The staff was not sure if I can pay in the middle of my stay or only on the arrival/leaving day. Not everyone of the staff speaks English. Breakfast was not included, and it was possible to add it for 15 euros a day, which is the average price of a dinner in the city center.

Cons: First room had a balcony yet the door did not close. Reported it and on returning checked it was resolved. Told it was but found no change. First night had been chilly so I called down and they changed my room and provided a small upgrade (double room for single use opposite side no balcony). New room had a hair on the toilet seat and another one where you place the toiletries in the bath shower. Too tired to complain but as I always disinfect/do my own clean of toilet seats I let this go md did not report.

I am very picky about that so I was impressed. The room was very clean but the lobby and hallways smelled like exhaust.

Pros: Very close to Plaza de España. The room was nice and clean.
Cons: Very noisy, also in the morning and late night. In one day they were doing some drilling to one room from 7 am. In my opinion not acceptable. The breakfast is almost the same every day (some tortillas, sausages and bacon) but no vegetables.

Pros: You can see Plaza de Espana from the room window. Quite surroundings, close to a park. Also 5 minutes walk to supermarket. Room was really clean, comfortable bed.
Cons: Stayed for 3 nights and they took out the garbage from our room after 2 nights, not ok. Not a great variety for breakfast, had better options in a 3* hotel.

Cons: I decided to book this hotel because of nice design of rooms. Unfortunately room we got looked totally different than in picture. It was clean and new but more like 2 star hotel. Room doesn’t have mirror, no electric pot, breakfast very poor. From 4 start hotel is only high price. I can say it’s good 2 star hotel.

Pros: Although I was first sent to a room that was actually occupied (I think the person jumped into the bathroom when I entered!) when I was assigned a second room, it was very clean. I am very picky about that so I was impressed. The room was very clean but the lobby and hallways smelled like exhaust.
Cons: I was initially sent to a room that was occupied! I thought the "Do not disturb" on the door was a mistake since I had a key for the room...but when I opened it, the bed was open and there was a drink on the table. I think the person had jumped into the bathroom when i opened the door. I ran quickly back to the lobby.
No internet!!!!! I had wi-fi in the evening and then when I returned from dinner to book the rest of my travels it was gone. Reception told me to use the public computer in the lobby instead which angered me. At least they do have that as a backup but for the amount I paid for the room they should have wi-fi as advertised.
The lobby and hallways were full of exhaust fumes it seems like. I avoided using the AC just because it would move the stinky air into my room. I opened the windows instead.
The room service menu is very scanty and what they do have is not good. I ordered a sandwhich, pretty gross but did the job. I set it in the hallways when I was done and within minutes I noticed it was covered in ants. That being said, the room and bathroom was very clean.

Cons: The location is not so good, especially if you travel with children. To take a bus you need to walk three streets down, and there is no other option. Eventually, I rented a bike and it was the best decision. The second disadvantage is zero of sound isolation. I heard all the conversations of my next-door neighbors at 3am. And the flashes of anti-smoke system right above my head at night... So, ear plugs and eyefold are the must to sleep well. And it was really hot in the room, there was no possibility to bring down the temperature as it was winter and no AC was available.

Cons: Breakfast area was the mais problem with this hotel. It was dirty. Table towels were plastic creamy with brown flowers but they were sticky and with dark marks on the edges of the table because they were old and not clean. Many coffe cups and dishes available had resta of food that did not come off in the washing machine. BAD!

Cons: We are not pleased because we made a reservation of 2 days for the price 114 euros each.After that we had to change it, work wise, for two days later but you did not change and inform us that you can not return the payment, so we had to pay an extra night that we did stay (3 nights). We also had breakfast but the hygiene on the buffet preparation and the quality of the products was awful. The bread had mould among other things, the waiter cleans all with same cloth.

The hotel is located in a small street off the bustling city centre which makes it a perfect location to stay. Breakfast: The complementary breakfast and the dining area was good. Free coffee(without milk) and tea throughout the day is a bonus. 24 hours reception: The hotel had 24 hours service desk which ensured we had a peace of mind, in case we needed anything late night. Terrace: The hotel has a chic terrace garden setup where we can have a hot cuppa on a cold winter day. The rooftop is open till 12 AM daily.

Cons: There were no locks on the doors and no lockers for out belongings. Anyone could walk into the room. There was on bathroom per floor and each one was used a lot and only cleaned once a day. There was no toilet paper in the one bathroom. The showers were ridiculously small and there was very little water pressure. On the plus side, the water in the morning was warm.
