Pros: Very friendly staff. Concierge offered us an umbrella when it looked like it would rain and gave us great recommendations for things to see around town. Our room had a beautiful beamed ceiling and skylights that let in the perfect amount of light. Very close walk into town.

Pros: There was a nice breakfast of the usual: muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, and english muffins. I liked that I could walk to the plaza. I also liked that there were city buses to take to downtown. Great indian restaurant on same block. Other good restaurants nearby. I liked my room with the outside patio, lovely viga beams in the ceiling, refirgerator and microwave.

Pros: Great value, excellent walkable location, friendly and welcoming staff. Room had good amenities like cable, hair dryer, fridge, air conditioning, and toiletries. Continental breakfast includes coffee, tea, boiled eggs, yogurt, assorted toast and bagels, hot and cold cereal, and made to order waffles.

Cons: I wish we had asked for a stopper to the tub as a bath after our hike would have been nice.

Cons: The light fixture over the sink was never repaired within the 3 nights I was there. Used a table lamp in bathroom. Not great lighting. Maid service a little lackadasical.

Cons: Biggest issue is the overall quality of the facilities----the place could stand some serious renovation, worn carpet, uneven heating, exterior painting. Also, the cable TV package gives new meaning to "basic" although we only watch at night.

Cons: Our bed could stand to be replaced soon; it was lumpy and squeaky, but for the value of the room I suppose that was to be expected.

Pros: I liked the Sante Fe style of the rooms and our courtyard with fountain. Breakfast was also pleasant each morning.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that my smallest room on the property was the same price as my friend's suite, which could have housed both of us for 1/2 the price had we known.

Pros: location, staff were friendly.
Cons: there was no real closet to hang clothes in. The space was only 12 inches aprox as there was large square part of the wall taking up all the space. Also they had said there was a fireplace in every room, ours did not have one and we were told there was "a burning ban, anyway"
