Great rooms so close to The Plaza and to Canyon Road
Room needed some updating and we had to walk up to second floor with our luggage- no elevator in our building
Love the breakfast and location of property. The cleaning lady was very nice to us and we appreciated it.
The front desk lady was rude, and it seems that she was purposely speaking in a fast Spanglish language so I could not understand her. She was also argumentative and we seemed to be putting her out to answer our questions. After a 6 hour drive to get there, it was a disappointment to start. We were told the water was complimentary one night before bed and the next morning the same rude lady charge me $3.00 a bottle for the water/ not the Figi water just the common water.
Personal attention by staff was great. Breakfast wonderful, accomadations beautiful. Location to points of interest perfect plus hotel shuttle.
We were in a casita and it was wonderful. Roomy and quiet. We had our own small courtyard. The Lyft driver commented on the abundance of Roses and the property. It was great. Breakfast was available each morning and offered many selections on the buffet. Every afternoon there was also a free wine and cheese hour. Overall a great place to stay.
