The staff were helpful kind friendly. I loved the driver service to town if I wanted a drink at dinner. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and had variety. And the happy hour was sweet to sit by the fire and relax after walking the town all day.
I wanted the coffee to be a little stronger but that’s OK.
We have stayed here many times. Location is perfect: between Canyon Road art walk and Plaza. Warm, friendly, clean, and mostly quiet.
TV is not HD. Still analog. Bed is not as sturdy as it should be, especially for a king. Decor needs upgrade.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, We arrived early but since the room was ready they allowed us to check in. Afternoon wine tasting a great idea. Located only a couple of blocks from the plaza within easy walking distance. They also have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles. Breakfast was included and the kitchen has a limited offering for dinner that was excellent.
Some minor noise issues, airconditioning fan was a bit bothersome and the toilet sound was very loud when flushed.
