Restaurant staff was the absolute worst experience ever. Not crowed (3 tables occupied) and couldn’t get waited on. Staff was snarky and rude. Recommend management look into retraining. Especially when you spend over $500 for the room.
The hotel accommodation was grea
The restaurant and bar was very pricey. We eat at other restaurants
The bed and linens were very comfortable. Liked the cookies at night.
Bathroom felt a little cramped. Hard to access shower gel when taking a bath.
Excellent service and no detail overlooked. The staff is amazing. I had a work meeting and the staff arranged for a private room and the restaurant was kind enough to deliver my lunch to me there. The beds are very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was consistently delicious. I travel often, and I can say that the Rosewood in Santa Fe is one of the best. I will be back!
