Excellent location & excellent staff
Great location and friendly staff
The room changing was not done properly on our stay and the constant chasing for more towels when they leave 3 and the occupancy of 4 was a little annoying but other than that a very nice hotel
Perfect location! Clean and very quiet. Great bed. Very helpful staff. Starbucks coffee in room and in the lobby, much appreciated! Gym on the top floor with stunning view. Very happy with our hotel choice in San Francisco.
There is a "resort charge" added to the bill that is ridiculous. We paid 160$ and in exchange got some free water and coffee. Its should be called Steal From Tourists Charge. :-(
I loved everything. The team were very helpful and available to meet every need that I had.
I loved everything. Wish I could stay more time there.
Location is great! 2 mins from union square, and China town. Apple store next to the hotel. The buffet is quite nice. And Starbucks and CVS just opposite the street. The city view is quite nice too. Parking is just opposite the corner. Easy shopping and walking.
There was strange noise of door clicking. And next door was very noisy at night. Dunno why there are so many homeless guys in the street, may be SF’s problem. The elevator is always busy. Perhaps section and floor distinction may help with the efficiency?
