There was nothing positive to say about this experience or hotel. No staff at all. Check in and key was done via phone. Room had no AC, no bathroom, the bed was hard, the room smelled like pee, the hotel itself looked and felt like a run down building. I was not allowed a refund and I still decided to leave and make a reservation elsewhere. The hotel is not stayable.
