Pros (+) I loved the location just outside the heart of Union Square. I appreciated the accommodating continental breakfast. The staff were professional and always smiling. The room was clean and quaint. I would recommend to business colleagues and friends in an instant.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

Cons (-) There was no air conditioning in our room. My friend stayed in another room and theirs had better ventilation through the windows. The room we stayed in was a small room with a double bed. IT WAS ENTIRELY TOO HOT. If Hotel staff is aware some rooms are hotter than others, an air conditioning window box NEEDS to be put in that room. IT WAS MISERABLE.
