Cons (-) After holding a pre-paid reservation for 10+ months, they contacted me 3 days before my trip to let me know that due to "construction" they did not have a room for me. In their defense, they offered to put me up at their "sister hotel" near Civic Center, but did not reply when I asked if it would be for the same money they had been holding (and gathering interest on) for 10+ months. Pros (+) location and personal; very flexible, good breakfast included, we didn't like the room and they quickly changed it for us.
Cons (-) bad smell in the rooms, cleaning people are not doing good job, have to sign in to wifi every time you leave the room

Pros (+) There was no hot water so I couldn't shower and Kayak listed this hotel as offering parking but it doesn't so I had to pay an extra $45 to park in a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful however.
