Pros:Nothing.
Cons:After holding a pre-paid reservation for 10+ months, they contacted me 3 days before my trip to let me know that due to "construction" they did not have a room for me. In their defense, they offered to put me up at their "sister hotel" near Civic Center, but did not reply when I asked if it would be for the same money they had been holding (and gathering interest on) for 10+ months. I simply cancelled, and booked at a fleabag near to a BART station down the peninsula. This trip was for the AGU conference in Moscone, with 25,000+ attendees and astronomical hotel room rates. I get that they might have wanted to make more money off of their room because everybody else around them was making zillion$. But, why would they offer it to me at the price back then, take my money, and then break their contract with such a transparently flimsy excuse? Dis-recommended in the extreme. If they push back on my posting these facts here, I will consider legal action.
Pros:location and personal; very flexible, good breakfast included, we didn't like the room and they quickly changed it for us.
Cons:bad smell in the rooms, cleaning people are not doing good job, have to sign in to wifi every time you leave the room
Pros:There was no hot water so I couldn't shower and Kayak listed this hotel as offering parking but it doesn't so I had to pay an extra $45 to park in a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful however.
Cons:The room is very bad smell like mold
Pros:Great view, quiet inside the hotel, bedding and pillows were newer & the room was large and had a bonus sitting room which I didn't expect. overall everything was great I would stay here again!
Cons:During my 4 night stay I saw a bug on the tv stand and one on the bathroom sink. I did not find any bugs in or around my suitcase or on the bedding / curtains which was a huge relef..I guess it's to be expected in an older hotel.
