Hotel was on the smaller side, boutique style so it was easy to get to our room. There is a restaurant right at the lobby level called Jaspers with great food and reasonable prices. Staff was friendly, very imformative and ready to help.
Roms were a little on the small side. No where to put your suitcase to unpack. Tried taking pictures out the window of the view but the windows were quite dirty. Also, location even though it is 2 blocks from Union Square there are many homeless around.
The staff were great, very helpful
No coffee pot in the room, communal coffee area in the lobby though
Lacks hotel parking
Needs a wine bar.
Great location close to union square Nice staff Good for couple of days
