Friendly and personable staff that were very accommodating.
Location was good, but borders on the sketchy tenderloin district.
Clean, wonderful staff that dont bother you. Maid was respectful of the do not.disturb sign(alot of other places they can be obnoxious and nosey), bedroom AND bathroom was spacious with great snacks and mini bar. It was quiet and peaceful but only thing bad was the full grown unmistakable bedbug at the end of my stay.
The large bedbug that crawled accross my pillow right before checkout time.

Hotel needs to be renewed. Small rooms
This hotel is perfectly located to visit San Francisco. The staff is very friendly...also with our kids. There's fresh water, coffee and tea in the lobby and the breakfast is really affordable. It's not a buffet but it's a la carte. But if you would get a breakfast somewhere else you'll pay the same price or even more... The beds are so comfortable and large. We stayed in a family suite and there was still plenty of space for my kids to move around and there was even enough place for our (open) suitcases.
If you are not a member of this hotel chain, you'll have to pay 10 dollars per day for internet. We were not informed of this matter. Also do not move anything from the mini bar...because it has a censor and they'll assume that you took something from it.
The hotel was reasonably well taken care of. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were well insulated and quiet.
The location is decent, but not ideal during rush hour. Staff was a bit on the slower side. Parking was very expensive.
