Wallpaper is peeling, holes need to be caulked, and some paint is also peeled.
I liked that it was clean. I liked that it had cute little spread for its breakfast. The room was quaint and quiet. It had everything to live comfortably while on my mini vacation.
The pillows. Too soft. Needed some firmness but other that the stay was great !
The food and drinks at the white horse bar
The rooms don't have air conditioned, and not much clarity
Location of the hotel
Been close to the machinery and the kitchen: it was really noisy and challenging to sleep
Very central to the cable cars & open top busses. Great little pub next door with reasonably cheap food. Breakfast included was a bonus but only cereals, croissants, & muffins. Hit the spot though. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water & nice strong showers. Good wifi.
Bathroom fittings needed an upgrade. Furniture in the room was a little dated, dark wood making the room seem a bit gloomy inside. The room we had, had window looking out into an alleyway so didn’t get much light. We needed the light on even during the day. Although the room was clean, it smelt a tad musty.
