Pros (+) We didn't ask for anything special, but everything went very smoothly. Easy check-in, room was ready early. Vintage era bathroom was very clean and the towels fluffy. Pros (+) Good location within Union Square. Staff was friendly and provided complimentary breakfast near room. Also, overnight parking is right behind hotel and is affordably priced at $30.
Cons (-) Only one service elevator that is really old. Stairs are steep and would be difficult to carry luggage going up the stairs.
