Stayed over 3 day weekend, hotel was clean and efficient. Front desk, valet were all nice and helpful even though we arrived at 2 am. Got our keys quickly and some great sleep for Saturday morning. I would recommend this hotel

Cons (-) The beds are horrible! Shame on you Hilton. I get that running a full service hotel downtown may be expensive but don’t cut on mattress quality.

Pros (+) Love the location and the facility. It was very clean and very comfortable and we had a blast. It's near every type of food you can think of!
Cons (-) Parking is terrible. Traffic does not allow you to easily park and you have to park on the 7th floor or above. That costs $29 a day! If you want Valet, it's $42 a day. Absolute headache.
