Pros (+) Gorgeous, spacious rooms with big, beautiful bathrooms. So many extra touches - bath slippers, wellness tip of the day, sleeping eye mask, and bath salts... all small and wonderful ways to feel pampered. The bellman and valet also gave excellent service.

Cons (-) The jack hammering and the broken elevator were a pain. The hotel lobby was under construction. Our view was of a boarded up building and a bank parking garage.
