Pros: Overall the hotel really lived up to my expectations, the location was central and the room itself was clean and spacious. A bonus which I was not expecting was the amazing standard of the restaurant within the hotel. We ended up eating here 2 nights, with both dinners being delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also of a great standard!

Pros: Every thing was just perfect ..the location of the hotel. Your few steps of every things .. The accuracy of the room pics they display on the website. I got the exact room I reserved. The great welcoming of the staff . The quality of the food and the way it is surved. I like very much the pictures and historical items placed at the hotel lobby. If you would like to have a special dinner ,go to the fifth floor Gutenbergs'restaurant it has beautiful panorama over the Old city . Thank you very much for making my stay in Riga very special.

Pros: Great location just off Dome Square in Riga's Old Town. Stayed here several times since late 2016, have always been impressed with the friendly front desk service, quaint and comfy rooms and stunning views from the restaurant on the 5th floor (views of the old town rooftops and spires). Breakfast is included in the room price, for €5 extra you can have anything you like as breakfast in bed. That's my top tip! Highly recommended.

Cons: We were staying two nights at the hotel. There were no cleaning during this stay. I don't know if they forgot to clean our room or if the policy is like this. Some items were missing in the mini bar, but we were not asked to pay them either.

Pros: The food selection was great, lots of choices with good quality. The staff was very polite and helpful, even regarding our breakfast preferences (due to lactose). The location was absolutely amazing! The hotel was located in the towncentre and for sure met our expectations.

Pros: It was a gift for our parents for their 45th wedding anniversary. The hotel exceeded expectations in so many ways! They brought a bottle of champagne and a special card to the room, they were beyond attentive and caring. Parents are so really happy with their stay, they loved location, rooms, bathrobes, cleanliness, breakfasts, everything. It was probably the most important booking ever in our lives, and Wellton appeared to be really excellent, extremely lucky choice. When the C-situation is over, we know for sure where to stay in Riga. Warmest *socially distant* hugs to all the team, and THANK YOU. You did it so great guys <3

Cons: Unfortunately the mattress in our 'double bed' wasn't a two person matress as requested, which influenced the romantic experience a bit. One of the steamrooms (+45 degrees) wasn't available during our visit, which would've been nice ofcourse.

Cons: Some rooms still need a little bit renovation. in fact, i had to change my room because of a clogged bathtub. I also believe the restaurant can do better for breakfast.(if you are a vegetarian, you don't have a lot of options). same problem with lunch/dinner.

Pros: At first we booked room for two, but soon we found out that we need an extra bed for our son. And because our room wasn't big enough for the extra bed, hotel reservation team offered as an upgrade to a superior room. Everything was very nice and the hotel team was very forthcoming. The room was very cozy and nice. Beds were maybe a little to soft for my liking (I like quite firm mattress), but I wouldn't complain over it. Bathroom was very clean and tidy. Breakfast should fulfill everybodies wishes and needs, however coffee could have been better. I definitely recommend this hotel (and Rixwell Terrace Design hotel as well)!

Cons: Small little hotel, good location. But unfortunately not what I expected. Booked a double for 4 nights but stayed one night only. Stayed on room 430 an interior room, views to an old yard with a very small toilet probably 3 square meters.

Cons: On saturday the spa was partially closed due to a private Event. Also, the floor of the spa was very slippery. The staff couldn't provide us with all the infos we needed and the breakfast didn't have the Highest quality.

Pros: The location of the hotel was fine, especially if you are interested in art museum. The breakfast was satisfactory, but there were quite few choices. For example only one type of juice (very sweet), small choice of bread and not seemed very fresh. The coffee maschine stopped working and breakfast room worker was not able to help, the worker from reception noticed that the machine was fine but just out of coffee beans.

Pros: The hotel interior is unique and nice.
Cons: The provided breakfast does not reflect to the 5 star hotel level, the variety of food is quite poor. The room was spacious and clean, however for the 5star hotel in the room I expect to have at least tea bags and some coffee and a kettle to make coffee or tea, and two glasses for water.

Cons: I reserved the Big suite, at first I got a normal room,then I complained about it and got a smaller suite, witch was cold so I have to Turn on the heating, when I went down for breakfast there was almost no food left, and it was a breakfast of a 3 star hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Cons: There were bedbugs in our room. We informed the reception and had to leave the hotel earlier. During booking we asked non-allergy pillow and received the answer that it is possible. Unfortunately, there were usual pillows and the reception worker said that they do not have others. Finally they found something. The room was quite cold but they found a heater. Even they say that there is SPA, then actually there is only one small sauna and one pool. The sauna room seemed quite untidy (used towels were on floor).

Cons: Hotel is located right next to a flooded foundation pit of a demolished building and another demolished building is right across the street. Not the best view. Room itself is in good condition, but not the most modern. Looks like something from the 90s or early 00s. But the bathroom is completely new. Bed is a bit too hard for my taste - had problems sleeping.

Cons: The room was very small. The furniture need ergently renovation. Near the hotel there is building construction so it's usually noisy in the rooms which turns to the front of the street.
