Pros: Tasty

Cons: Seems that some of staff members from different shifts were helpless. And one girl tried her maximum to make it work.. but as were many issues in the room.. wifi gone 1st day afternoon, could connect by any of 4 devices.. conditioning remote was missing.. the room had smell of being smoked a lot in it, the window actually was left open before we came.. the light in bathroom dissapeared.. the tv signal gone (at least the girl came and fixed in 15mins).. the additional bed was impossible to sleep.. possible actually but it was actually a pain trying to fall in sleep.. some broken parts in the room like bathroom handle surrounding and etc were only cosmetics..

Pros: Every thing, it was a great stay

Cons: There was not enough glasses and plates in the busy time off the breakfast it took some time for the staff too fill it up.

Pros: Everything. Especially, heated floor in the bathroom.

Cons: Too crowded during breakfast

Pros: Friendly staff, nice room. Breakfast was yummy! I also enjoyed a yummy dinner at the restaurant downstairs.

Pros: Location, decent rooms, sanitizers were available

Cons: Spa was not working, parking was not for free (15 euro) in the public parking

Cons: It is very difficult to give an overall so-called rating. I have mixed feelings. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, cozy, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Also the price was good. But it was friday night and people on the streets was so noisy that even with window shut it was very hard to sleep. At 3 am I looked out the window to check if there are riots outside. But maybe I should have known that and it`s just the old town on weekends.

Pros: Hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of Riga. Restaurants and shops are practically next door. Family room was ok for three persons (but not for four). Breakfast was average but the coffee was high quality.

Cons: Breakfast room was crowded. Spa was unavailable due to Covid limitations.

Cons: The spa wasnt working, during the breakfast there were no room to sit all tables crowded with dirty dishes and occupied with people... We marked that we will be with a child of 5y years old and that we need separate bed for a kid, but there were no bed provided...

Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable but it was not very big issue.

Cons: 30min until the end of the breakfast there was very little food and no clean glasses left :(

Cons: The bed was so squeaky that we couldn't get to sleep for all the noise and our laughing. Get a new box spring, for heaven's sake!

Pros: We like the location of the hotel, good public transport to the old city, to the beach and the airport. Clean room, good bed, shower very fine, nice free view. Good reception.

Cons: There is always some noise, like the airconditioning and air-refreshing in the bathroom.

Cons: room service is very slow, the first time they just forgot to pass on our order...

Pros: Price-quality ratio was excellent. The hotel and the room we had were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the suprisingly excellent - they had a wide collection of everything. The location was better as we had expected as the trams came almost non-stop and took only a few minutes to the centrum. The staff was very friendly, too. Good parking area. Only as we called to the hotel for the first time, a man who answered was not a good customer servant and unfortunately gave therefore a bad and not correct image of the hotel.

Cons: The only bad thing during our staying was the massage I took in the hotel. I couldn't enjoy it as the woman massaged with her knuckles and it hurted almost all the time. My muscles were sore for many days after the massage. In a luxury hotel, I would expect that the massager would have a proper education and touch.

Cons: Standart room and the wardrobe are so small. Foods for the breakfast can be better.
