Pros (+) We loved the beautiful facility, comfortable hotel room, delicious meals (we purchased the dinner meal plan and were not disappointed!), and convenient location (relative to the Riga Old Town).
Cons (-) Overall the staff was quite friendly. Perhaps one of the reprentatives (when we arrived) could have been a little more friendly.
