Cons: Parking price Shower stream was too weak
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I had the Gin Suite which was lovely and the minibar was complimentary in this room. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Large bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries. Short walk to everywhere for sightseeing. Segways are brilliant for getting around the city and we tried the electric scooters too. Only downside to the hotel is no bar on site.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and the spacious Cosmopolitan Suite were great. It was my birthday and in the evening I had a bottle of red wine in my room.
Cons: Unlike many other ratings I was disappointed by the breakfast. Cheap products and a lot of convenience food did not meet my expectations of such a hotel. The design concept is very much standard. Nothing original, only cheap furniture and no real art anywhere. Too many groups.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely and spacious. They staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I love standard German breakfast, which is what they served, so I was quite happy. The location is good for people that don't like staying in the middle of crowds. It was quiet at night and we were on the ground floor.
Cons: My partner didn't like the mattress, but I thought it was fine.
7,9 Good
Pros: Almost everything....amazing room and space..location is superb. Loved the shampoo...available at property. It's available to shop as well and I bought.❤
Cons: No complimentary water in room. No breakfast facility in room.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff guy at the entrance was very kind. He always tried to help us for finding restaurant, visiting the city etc. Staff of the (italian) restaurant was very polite too and food was great. The room was clean and confortable, with a good taste. Location is ok, not far from the Charles's bridge.
Cons: The breakfast staff is very rude. They push you out at 10:37 on a Sunday. You have to ask for everything you need (like hot water or coffee). You seem to bother them. Quality of breakfast is just average, no more. Cleaning staff entered the room several times during the week-end, without knocking at the door. On Sunday morning, they tried to enter at 9 am (while we were still in bed) and they did not close the door behind them... It is very far from a 5 stars hotel on those aspects.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff.
Cons: Bathroom could use updates
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.
Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, great location clean room excellent staff very good breakfast, super service
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Quality of the room, reception staff friendly always wanting to help.Quality of food.Central location.
Cons: Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very, very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served by the hotel worth the money! Tasty and varied food. Highly recommended as the hotel is located in a very good place in the old city center.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation is exceptional. The room is spacious and comfy with your choice of pillows and blankets. The bathroom is the largest we have stayed at in Europe and has a lovely large bath to relax in. The breakfast is also top notch. The location is also perfect - you can walk to everything. The staff are also super helpful - ie. They tell you not to shop at the mini marts as they are a rip off!
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Property location was amazing room was amazing breakfast was ok! Couldn’t fault our stay! The room service lady on level 7 was amazing!
Cons: Nothing really! Was a bit weird wasn’t in the bedroom but near the front door!

Pros: Great location - lovely breakfast
Cons: One female member of reception staff was quite unfriendly
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with a wonderful location. 24-hour bar and restaurant were exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location, Rooms, Blankets, pillows and sheets were good, however Nothing was exceptionnel.
Cons: 1. At the airport: I couldn’t find the driver of the hotel. I stayed there looking for him and calling the hotel. Then, he showed up, didn’t carry my bag and made me walk a long way to get the car. For 38 euros, that was Unacceptable! 2. Getting at the hotel: they gave me a different room from the one I booked. 3. Complained about the wrong room: they moved me to a room with single beds instead the king size I had ordered and with a bathtub encrusted with dirt. 4. Bathroom: towels were old, smelly, rough and almost grey. The bath products were poor and smelly. Shower didn’t work properly, because it was Always fluctuating temperatures to absolutely very hot water or cold water. 5. Breakfast: Breakfast was always the same and with poor products that don’t fit a 5 star hotel. Everytime there was a waiting line for breakfast and the staff was always looking desperate and running around the tables. One day I ordered a capuccino and I’m still waiting for it. Coffee was always cold. The hot foods were always cold. The buffet was located in a place that didn’t have space enough for people to walk around peacefully. There were always someone bumping into you. Oh, and they didn’t do anything special for the first day of the year, there was the same old lame breakfast. 6. Cleaning: stained curtains, very dirt bathtub, dirt walls. 7. Room: windows that didn’t block the cold wind. 8. Situation: I complained about everything to the manager and he sent me a cheap sparkling wine, but didn’t send no one to clean the room and bathtub nor moved me to the right bedroom with the correct bed. The right thing I was expecting, was for him to come to me the next day we talked and make some changes, but nothing happened. 9. Checking out: no one helped with the bags, and charged me with some doubtful rates and fees. 10. Last but not least: this is not a 5 stars hotel that worths the price charged.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Not my first time in this hotel, everything very good as usual. This time Superior room, quiet, spacious and comfortable.
Cons: A free bottle of water would be appreciated, but it´s just a small suggestion and not a critique.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good room and breakfast. The location is perfect, There is a shopping mall next by this hotel.
Cons: I visited Prague in January and the weather was very cold outside in the night. When I back to the room, the hot water of bath system was not hot enough. The front desk told me this might because too many people use the bathroom in the same time, but the water is still slightly cold after one hour later. Since this is a four stars hotel, this kind of issue should have better solution and can be fixed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: nice breakfast! and convient spot in the city.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is wonderfully central in the Lower Town, staff were very nice and helpful, and the facilities were good.
Cons: Perhaps too many people in the same room, which was fine in terms of space as the room was big but it can be quite fussy when people are moving around and getting up and ready. The bunk bed was also a bit noisy. Overpriced on New Year season but that would be expected.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: nice staff, great location, low price, comfortable
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice welcome and 24hr security and most areas accessible by a key pass. Good size 8 bedded dorm with plenty of space and under the bed lockable unit. Beds also had a privacy curtain, night light and power socket. Bathroom very clean and drying radiator. There is a downstairs bar where a great breakfast is served. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor which is adequate but leads onto a little terrace. Not too far from the tram stop but is up a very small hill. All places to see ie Charles bridge and the castle are good 15 to 20 minute walks. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: The staff were helpful. When I was told by the breakfast lady that breakfast wasn't included in my room & I showed her proof that it was & she wasn't honoring it, the front desk manager corrected the error
Cons: The black out curtains in the room, facing the bright street were broken
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I am picky and spoiled when it comes to hotels. I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon.
Cons: The lobby needs updating.

Pros: Nothing good, don't book here!
Cons: Electricity and heating didn't work. We had to change rooms everyday because in each room there was something broken. They don't cover even basic tings
4,0 Okay
Cons: Room was extremely small. Overlooked a depressing back of another building. Beds very uncomfortable and duvet comforter excessively small for two adults as it did not cover both during the night. Heat poor and a bellman had to bring us an electric heater to warm room. Very disappointing. Poor value for money.

Pros: Superb location just off the old Town Square. Friendly welcoming staff. We weren't well the week of our stay, but warm and comfortable at this hotel. Found out on final day about happy hour - 6pm till 8pm daily, Complimentary wine. Wish we had found out earlier in week! Will have to stay again and take advantage of this!
Cons: At breakfast the water for tea was often not warm enough and coffee often not hot enough. You could order cappuccino etc but I drink black coffee and tea. You could ask waiter but just a niggle that needs attention. Ate at restaurant one night. Good food, but wine and steak prices very expensive.
1,0 Poor
Cons: The staff stole a bag from us and they still act like they are innocent and we are 100% sure its them. STEALERS!!!!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was well situated
Cons: Spider webs above my bed, the staff seemed annoyed when my key demagnetized. I accidentally upgraded to a suite and immediately emailed to correct it, hotel passed the buck to booking.com who assured me it was handled. The hotel DID see my email and reply, so they knew of the situation I get to the hotel and was promptly shown to the suite. I explained the situation to the guy showing me my room and he said "we will figure it out tomorrow". I called booking.com immediately. After about 45 minutes he returned to move me to a standard room. When he did so, he said its good I called cause I saved myself 800 euro.

Pros: Just as the other reviews mentioned the staff is excellent. We spent last day of the year there, prior to my departure back to the USA early in the morning. They arranged a 4 am minivan for us, and prepared a to go breakfast box! What a nice touch. The hotel though not in the old town, close to tram and many restaurants around (maybe a good thing not to be so close to old town, as I realized crowds are huge in Prague). We all loved the spacious rooms after staying in other hotels with just one room- 2 adults,1 teen,1 kid, the one we got with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, loved the fact that the bathrooms look recently renovated.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel General is a small boutique hotel located very close to Andel Metro station. Front desk Staff were very courteous and helpful... we were warmly greeted. The breakfast was good with option of selecting any one item from the live station. Rooms were big, nice and clean.
Cons: During our stay the telephone was not working
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here!
Cons: Nothing, everything was fantastic.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious room, friendly staff. We had a great stay, thank you.
Cons: All was great.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to book in and was given a large single room that was well appointed, in fact very comfortable. The hotel felt good to be in it is hard to describe but I was happy here
Cons: I think the breakfast could be better but I was allowed an early coffee which was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: - value for money - the two bathrooms were great - breakfast was fantastic - the cleanliness was very good
Cons: - parking was expensive and we don't use it - the view from the room

Pros: Positive: Bathroom and Room very clean, quiet room, location very good, close to castle (Hrad, Burg), Parking Garage!
Cons: Negative: Hotel Restaurant mismatch between Price, Service and Quality! Breakfast; Food excellent, Service not as expected in an "Five Star Hotel"! Took very long cleaning the tables, so no free tables available! Cleaned table by myself finally! Long reaction time!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very nice and this was a return visit for me after having stayed before.
Cons: I thought that the extra bed in our room wasn’t sufficient. The bed would have been fine for a child but not an adult. I also feel that the extra bed was overpriced as it was only a put me up and not full size.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was immaculate....not a word I use lightly. The staff were lovely and after reading some previous reviews I can't believe we've stayed at the same hotel. Yes it's a bit out of the main town but super easy on the transport and the value for money more than compensated, great stay!!

Pros: Breakfast was amazing - room with balcony large and comfortable.

Pros: We loved the Park Inn Hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The desk staff were knowledgeable, helpful (managed to get us into our room within an hour of arrival even though we were early) and had excellent English. The bar and restaurant staff were quietly courteous and pleasant and there was a lovely air of calm, friendliness throughout the hotel. The room was small but big enough for our stay and we had everything we needed. Bed large and comfy. Fantastic shower in the bathroom. Room was spotless. There was a fridge with mini bar, smart tv (though it kept buffering) good hairdryer provided, hand-wash and body wash in the bathroom. Also tea and coffee making facilities, etc. The breakfast was, as others have said in previous reviews, fantastic. Everything you could possibly want was there. I loved the mugs for tea - just a nice little touch I thought. It was never too busy, always seating available and staff again were quietly working to keep everything cleaned and topped up. I really appreciated this delicious breakfast when we met others who stayed elsewhere and were very disappointed in the breakfast available to them. It started each day off well and we found we didn't need anything but a snack until evening. The location for us was also perfect. It took us approximately a half hour to walk to Charles Bridge, along the river. There was so much to see while walking it didn't even feel like a half hour. On the second day we got the tram as we were starting our exploring at the castle. The tram station is a few minutes walk from the hotel and the staff on the desk can tell you anything you need to know about the stops, which tram to take and can also sell you tickets. The tram is so cheap that it is well worth using to save your feet for the walking around the sights if you do feel tired. We ate twice in the bar and restaurant and found the food and service to be delicious.
Cons: Nothing..we loved everything about the Park Inn Hotel and would definitely stay here again if in Prague. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone intending to visit Prague.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Room service breakfast was excellent as was the New Year gift of wine and water plus snacks in the room on our arrival.
Cons: The location could have been more central but as we were only there for 1 night it was not a problem.
7,5 Good
Pros: The dining room and breakfast were very good although it struggled to cope on New Year’s Day we had to eat our breakfast in the bar
Cons: Despite being only 20 yards from the gym it was in the different part of the building to our room so we had to take an elevator down to reception from floor five then back up to floor 6 in a different part of the building to use it
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staying here for the second time everything was more than perfect. Great staff, great locations easy tram access to Old Town of Prague. Would stay here again oh and the free welcome drink was a nice touch thank you!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was awesome! Public transportation connections nearby. The employee were really kind and helfully, always smiling. The cleaning stuff was one of the best I've ever met. The buiding has an underground garage. Plus point.
Cons: The hotel is bit far from the city center and the railway is running next to the building.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great..Staff, room ...
Cons: Nothing to mention here.

Pros: Perfect location with a metro station on the corner and close to the centre of the Old Town. Old-world style hotel.
Cons: WiFi was pretty terrible.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVE Art Nouveau so the stylings alone were enough for me to fall in love with the place. Our room was beautiful and spacious, we were treated to a bottle of bubbly as we had informed them we got married a few days before. Bed was very comfy (Room 501), huge bath, spa was small but looked fab, I used the steam room once. Lots of variety at breakfast and the staff at breakfast were lovely too. Thanks for a great stay!
Cons: A few instances when the reception staff were not overly welcoming but that would be my only criticism.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in the hotel is designed from the art nouveau period, there are REAL works of art along the walls. This place restored my faith in the power of architecture and design. I hope to return there someday. Great location as well - the brunch/breakfast were also awesome, staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Perfect location, nice breakfast, spacious room
Cons: Reception staff (a lady) at the check in was not polite enough.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is good. The hotel is clean.
Cons: Hotel stuff was unfriendly throughout my stay. Nobody was smiling, nobody was greeting, they just ignore they guests. On the way to my room I was passing by the hotel reception and an open bar. I had eye contact with the hotel stuff and they never show a smile or a salute. I used to say Hello but they barely bother to reply back. I reserved a double room with double bed. I got a three beds room for handicapped people right next to elevator. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, definitely not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The shower's door was not closing properly therefore water was licking out the shower area.

Cons: Couldn't reduce the temperature in the room it was too warm .
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness and facilities
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast buffet but limited hours (0730-1030). Lobby bar was happy to provide ice as there are no ice machines.
Cons: Reported a problem with the room door handle that was never fixed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, breakfast, general look of hotel, price
Cons: Room too warm and couldn't seem to get it cool for sleeping
4,2 Okay
Pros: Clean, mostly helpful staff, modern hotel. Fine breakfast. Satisfactory WiFi.
Cons: I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel. I called 9 a.m. Prague time and explained, asking they not cancel my reservation. This happened two nights in a row due to airline intransigence. Reservation staff refused to budge on refunding either night's stay, even after I had to extend the stay by one day and spend another $150. I thought this very poor customer service.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Design Breakfast Bathroom Location Staff Warming floor in a bathroom
Cons: Too much hot in the rooms and no ability to change it
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great walking distance to everything with good facilities and friendly staff. Rooms were very nice as well. I reccommend staying here.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the grand majestic plaza. The location was great to walk down to all the major attractions, room were clean and beds comfortable and wifi worked great in the room. The breakfast was a good spread and they even make omelette or hard boiled eggs on request.
Cons: I wish they had a gym. And found the housekeeping to be lacking - one day they forgot to put back the shower gel, which was frustrating to discover after stepping into the shower. And sometimes they'd forget to restock hand towels.

Pros: Super Nice and friendly staff, and the bed are like heaven....
Cons: Not enough wine ik de mini fridge ☺️
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with astonishing view, excellent location, breakfast, tea & coffee in the room :)
Cons: Unfortunately the parking could not accept our car, cause it’s only suitable for small models & parking is a real issue in Prague :( Nevertheless we have been offered an alternative, that was more expensive, than the initial rates (the hotel parking rates), hopefully we could find an alternative solution :)

Pros: Breakfast, clean room, everything was perfect.
Cons: All was great.

Pros: Loved this hotel. The room was small but otherwise everything we needed. First class. Lovely meal at the hotel restaurant too
4,3 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very clean, but we found its style was old fashioned.
Cons: I had requested a double bed in my booking which you confirmed was available, on arrival i recieved a twin beded room.
7,7 Good
Pros: Everything was almost perfect during our stay at BW Maj Plaza. The staff was nice and friendly, we had our room cleaned every day and the way how it was done was nicely with care not to tuch our thigs. The breakfast wasn't the same all the time-there was a little bit of variety. The location is also very comfortable espesially for tourists and business trips, as there are two metro station next to the hotel and it's a 10 or 15 min walk to Orloj. At the same time it wasn't noisy at all around the hotel. For short, we enjoyed our stay at the BW Maj Plaza.
Cons: Well, I think, that the reason why I feel a little bit upset about my stay at the hotel hardly can be removed or improved. The matter is that there is a bad bathroom sound insulation. We didn't hear any sounds but only the moments when somebody - I mean our neirbours - took shower or bath. I could hear the water sound and the noise because of using different things at the bathroom. So sometimes I thought that our neibours had their bathroom in our bedroom. Nevertheless it would be a little bit stressfull only for those people who has a sensitive sleeping like me:)) My husband slept very well in the mornings and heard nothing:)
5,0 Okay
Cons: Cleaning could have been better, room needs more electric plugs in my opinion. Room very dry.
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location, 10 min walk to old town square, very clean, modern, comfortable, breakfast is decent.
Cons: Rude staff but above average by comparison to czech standards. Advertised wifi in room but this is not true. Only in lobby.
5,3 Okay
Pros: good central location for sightseeing. Room comfortable.
Cons: Noisy outside with early morning bottle bank collection.
4,0 Okay
Pros: location and beautifully decorated hotel, excellent breakfast
Cons: It was like a good symphony badly played, the Aircon was poor, you could not cool the room enough to sleep under the doonas provided, the windows, single glazed, let in a lot of noise, nothing was replaced in the room in 4 days. They grabbed your bags in the foyer and you then had to tip, not giving you a choice.
6,0 Good
Pros: Well-maintained hotel, close to Wenceslas Square and Old Town, with friendly, polite staff and providing ample breakfast to suit all tastes.
Cons: Its closeness to the centre's drinking establishments can mean noisy revellers on the street below on a Saturday night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a new hotel and right now it is in extremely good shape. I like the location with easy access to shopping and all major attractions. My hotel room didn't just have hotel-like furniture, rather, it was designed in a type of art deco style. Obviously someone actually thought this trough and it shows. Of course, there is a good danger that the quality will not last. As we often see in similar new hotels, the moment the staff lets the first dirt spot remain on the carpet or upholstery, it will go down hill. But if they manage to keep their standards high, this will be my first hotel choice anytime I am in Prague.
Cons: The buffet breakfast, although good, had rather limited choices.
7,6 Good
Pros: Convenient location, breakfast
Cons:

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful.
Cons: We liked everything, nothing bad to report
7,0 Good
Pros: Comfy bed and shower. Clean room
Cons: We stayed in an en-suite double room. Based on the supplies, it was like a hostel with no additional things provided to make your stay extra comfortable, e.g. no slippers. We could easily hear people upstairs walking all day and night - it would make an irritating noise. Also the room wouldn't get warm enough (talking of January).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Its ambience and cleanliness and nice facilities
9,0 Excellent
Pros: good experience in mosaic house. the reception young boy is very nice and has good english skill. he also give me good advices for our meals.

Pros: breakfast walking distance to attractions room
Cons: music from downstairs bar loud until 3am
8,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was cosy, stylish and large enough. Overall location is excellent.
Cons: Being a four-star hotel one could expect a proper juice on breakfast. Overall the place is mostly hostel-oriented, actually more like three-star hotel
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice restaurant and good selection at breakfast. Only a short walk into the old town and to the National Museum
Cons: Unfortunately the shower was cold or tepid on a couple of occasions. The staff were very responsive and explained it is sometimes due to periods of high usage. Not enough hanging space for clothes.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: From the moment I arrived, Oktavi at the front desk established this Hotel as Superior in every way, I honestly felt like I was being received at a 5 star hotel. The room was excellent, enormous windows, luxurious linens, a bathroom that anyone would envy to have in their own home, (a full-size deep-set tub, antique external plumbing fixtures of stainless and brass, Carrera marble everywhere, a bidet and plenty of counter space). Breakfast was the best of 8 hotels I stayed in on this visit, endless variety, perfect service, mountains of choices. I loved this hotel, it was worth twice the price I paid for it.
Cons: Housekeeping was the only weak point, but even so, it wasn't bad enough to complain about. It was only a shadow in an otherwise perfect experience.

Pros: Big room , good breakfast, good location
Cons: Pet allowed and make noise
