Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it was clean and the staff were great, breakfast was good. The hotel is very dated and looks a little tired. I'm sure there has been no smoking inside the hotel for years, but there were cigarette burns on the moulded plastic bathroom unit and there was an ashtray that could hold five cigarettes fixed to the wall next to the toilet in my room. I had access to the club lounge which was very nice and a welcome space to meet with colleagues to prepare before a work meeting.

Pros:Everything about the hotel was perfect
Cons:Late check in due to our request for all group rooms on same floor. Due to virus in their software lead to problems in opening room door with keys provided. So everytime bell boy was called to open doors. They compensated it on our request with executive lounge and Swimming pool and spa acess. So that was good from them. In one of our friend's room was not cleaned properly and another friend had trouble in blockage of water drainaige in washbasin... later they fixed it.... Rest all is good about this hotel will recommend it.

Pros:Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful let us into room early (8am!) after a long flight overnight with children, so we were so thankful. Rooms were very clean and bottled water each day. Always kept the amenities (shampoo etc) filled up to overflowing. Great service!
Cons:Extra charge to use the pool. i have stayed in many hotels and have never heard of such a thing! We picked this hotel because it had a pool and we have kids so were very disappointed to find we had to pay for a spa package to use the facilities. They did not want saunas and plunge pools. Just a quick swim each day.

Pros:I was in Prague for a conference at the convention center, which is a short (3-5 minute) walk from the Corinthia Hotel. The hotel's room accommodations were fine. Room was clean, reasonably spacious, beds comfortable, and a good desk working area (though electrical outlets were in short supply.) Breakfast was included in my reservation, and it was a phenomenal hot buffet spread. Room service was quick (<30 minutes each time I used it) and food was good quality and affordable. Free wifi. Easy access to the city via the adjacent Metro stop. I did not explore the neighborhood at all -- didn't seem very touristy. The room seemed well insulated from both street noise and sounds within the hotel.
