Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and helpful staff, with several reviewers noting good value for money. However, many guests were disappointed by the cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and poor maintenance. Bed comfort was also a common issue, with multiple mentions of hard or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the hotel offers a good location and friendly service, improvements in cleanliness and room comfort are needed.
