Configuration of shower is strange: you have to stand closer to the end of the bath tub, on top of big drain plug, which sticks out.
This is a quiet hotel in a good location just outside the historical center of Prague. Access to the center of the city is no problem (a 10-15 minute walk), while a Metro station and a tram stop are close at hand. The rooms are spatious and well furnished. Free wireless internet in the rooms is particularly useful for business travelers. The reception people were quite friendly and helpful. Overall a good choice for a conference trip in Prague
The breakfast could be better, given that this is a 4-star hotel and Prague has excellent coffee and pastries everywhere!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to the Old Town. Nice, newly furnished rooms
Rooms are clean and silent, but...
... service is everything - very low-profile.Small window (0.5m x 0.5m) at the top of the room does not give much light. Shower made on the opposite side of the wall is not convenient to use.
Rooms were excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was fairly low quality.
Wonderful modern hotel. Large hot breakfast buffet with a lot of variety! Very friendly reception staff.
During our 5 day stay, the housekeepers did not clean our room on several occasions. We would see them smoking and chatting in the courtyard frequently, but they worked very slowly.
Absolutly everything. It was a wonderful hotel.
The room is clean and very confortable. The hotel is not far from the city center (10 minutes by walking).
The air-conditioned was not working well.
The room is big, high ceiling, furniture is new, bathroom is very comfortable, the bad was a little hard – exactly as I like. The staff is very kindhearted and understanding. The breakfast is great. Hotel location is very convenient – few minutes walking from center but still in a quite place.
The breakfast was excellent, location was great, room was stunning
Nothing all good
Lovely rooms, enjoyed the junior suite
Facilities, such as ironing board, tea and coffee making etc, were not available in the junior suite to which we upgraded.
The hotel is located in a quiet side lane in the city center, just 10 minutes walk from Square of Republic. All major sightseeing points in the Old Town are within walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants and Cafs are abundantly located in the area around the EA Hotel Embassy Prague. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and our full buffet breakfast.
