Pros: Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.

Cons: Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.

Pros: The hotel is a modern building, of a good standard where you don't expect unpleasant surprises. I had asked for a quiet room and got exactly what I had expected. The bed was very comfortable and there is a kettle in the room, with complimentary tea/ instant coffee. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a great variety of hot food, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurts, fruit. There is an espresso/ capuccino/ hot chocolate machine, which is nice. The hotel personnel is very polite and helpful.

Cons: The fact my two sons and I had booked a family room with three beds only to be told on arrival we had mistakenly booked ii twice I took full blame for this error . As the hotel was only a third full I pleaded with the manager to override one of the payments, whereupon I was told under no circumstances was this going to happen Bitterly disappointed I wasn't even offered something as a gesture of good will. Unhelpful manager and staff . We will find a friendlier hotel next time.

Cons: There is a huge problem with the design of the bathrooms, if you sit on the toilet without caring, you will hit your shoulder badly, this is because the toilet is not centred in its space... it is really misplaced. The room was very small and tight, you cant move much because they placed a desk in there and there is no space to move. The check in was a mess, once I was in the lift a girl run after me to get me to sign some documents. The room was dark and cold since the climate control was broken.

Cons: Bed was not the most comfortable and towels had strange blue stains, the smell of mold and only bar soap – but worst of all, I did not really get any sleep because of the inexistant sound proofing; I woke up several times every night at various hours to either people behind the wall coming back and talking in their room or to random people shouting and screaming on the street

Cons: Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom vanity and wall were just unfinished pressboard. The noise was terrible from both the inside and the outside so it was impossible to sleep.

Cons: No WiFi-reception at the room. Only one bar with the notebook directly behind the room door, none at all with smartphone. Boring with no TV and not internet. Bed very hard, Electric heating device very loud. Water at the WC flushing was sometimes running, at least when we first got to the room.
